I took some notes of the essentials while I was listening to some of the podcasts of Mark Passio. Hope it can shed some light on his teachings.
Podcast # 001
Consciousness - Any problem contain in itself the seed of its own solution, and that seed is human consciousness.
There is no such thing as negative knowledge/information. To refuse the truth because it’s ugly is ignorance. The darkness that dwell in our own consciousness and our own hearts must not be ignored, but confronted, we must look into our self.
Without an evolved consciousness we are left wandering in base mentality consciousness - in the dark. We don't know the difference between truth and falsehood if we are in a low vibration consciousness.
Two basic ways consciousness manifests is through the internal feminine manifestation (YIN) and the external masculine manifestation (YANG) of consciousness. Two seemingly opposite qualities but in reality unified polar parts that form the whole of consciousness. Different spiritual systems have given these different names. In Taoism they are called Yin and Yang, which corresponds to the right and left brain hemispheres.
Thoughts - primary expression of consciousness, not an internal or external manifestation but an essence, a fundamental aspect of consciousness, the creator aspect. It has been said that the universe itself is mental, it is comprised of thought energy. Everything that we experience ultimately had to derive at some place in the past as a thought.
Emotions - the internal feminine aspect of our consciousness, relates to the spirit. This is basically the way we express our self within the body. We express our self inside of us through how we feel. This is also The Divine Mother - the spirit in why we do things.
Action - thoughts and emotions creates a synthesis called behaviour. The action we take in the world in relation to others. Action is the external masculine aspect and relates to the physical body, the latest addition and product of the "father" and "holy spirit" aspect, together in a trinity with their "son".
This gives us the mind, body and spirit connection. This concept is also called, in different mystical traditions, the Law of Three or the Triune (three in one) Aspect of human consciousness. How these three qualities express inside the human physiology is critical in understanding how people are manipulated.
Just like the trinity of consciousness
the brain also have a threefold nature:

R-Complex (Reptile Brain) - Governs physical activity and some basic primitive behaviours which we all experience or display at one point or another. It consists basically of two parts, the brain-stem and the cerebellum. The R-Complex is the oldest part and the simplest structure of the brain. Without this part you wouldn't be able to move any muscles in the body.
The R-Complex also governs the fight or flight (survival) mechanisms of the consciousness. During the fight or flight response, which we refer to as stress, the heart starts to quickly pump blood away from the torso (vital organs) and the head (brain), toward other areas of the body. Think of this in strategic survival terms; If you want to survive during a attack you will need rich oxygenated blood mostly in your arms and legs, to fight or run away. Therefore in this reptile/primitive/stressed state of consciousness your brain does not receive as much blood as needed in order to reach higher states of consciousness. Most of the hours of the day, most of us, are living in the R-Complex because of our stressful activities.
Limbic Brain (The Mammal Brain) - governs the chemical interactions through which we experience our emotions. The sacred feminine internally felt type of consciousness. Also called the mid-brain or middle chamber. Without this part of the brain you wouldn't feel any emotions.
Neo Cortex (The Human Brain) - governs all higher order thinking. The left and right hemispheres of the brain. We humans have a highly developed neo-cortex and this separates us from the animals.
Podcast # 002
If you are a person that largely engages only in the physical world, ignoring the creative, intuitive and spiritual aspect of oneself, the left brain completely dominates the Neo-Cortexial complexes of the brain, and the right side of the brain suffers as a result of this. But the Limbic (emotional) Brain suffers the most and starts to shut down and not function as it should, by sending the chemicals, that helps us experience our emotions, into the body. So this person will not be truly capable of experiencing emotions the same way as a fully functioning holistic brained person would experience emotions in the body. And because the Limbic Brain shuts down, this person becomes governed/owned by the R-Complex of the brain.
If you are a person that largely engages only in the spiritual world, ignoring the physical reality, rooting and grounding, the right brain completely dominates. When the right brain dominates the Limbic Brain runs haywire and the person becomes a slave for their feelings and emotions. So when the Limbic Brain becomes over active the R-complex shuts down.
When one of these forms of brain imbalances occur it results in worldviews or characteristics like aggressive, master, dominator on the masculine left side (of the brain) vs passive, slave, unworthy, self-loathing, addict on the feminine right side (of the brain). This is the schisms of the mind. (See illustration below).
The pineal gland/third eye only becomes active when the two hemispheres of the Neo-Cortex comes together in unison and balance.
The dark occultists, who use techniques of mind-control over the general population of this planet, refer to the solipsist as the dead or the unbegun/the uninitiated, one who hasn't even started his spiritual journey towards truth. Most solipsists don't believe in God, so atheism goes hand in hand with the ideology of solipsism. Some would say atheism (the idea that there is no God) is the root of solipsism, some would say atheism flows out of solipsism (the idea that there is no truth). There is no truth therefore there is no God and wise-versa. So when a solipsist gets to determine what truth is, it will most surely lead to moral relativism. Once you get into moral relativism, the idea that there is no such thing as right or wrong, no objective truth and morality, so nothing anybody ever does to others matters. Then you'll get into ideology's such as social Darwinism, the idea that the evolution of the species is determined by the elite, a higher strata or class of society that got the right to rule over, conquer, kill and even destroy lower classes below it. Then you get things such as eugenics, killing people based on your assessment of their breeding worth and their gene pool worth which eventually leads to totalitarianism and total tyranny.

The two basic worldviews are Randomness and Determinism. The attachment to a fundamentally imbalanced world view leads to states of mental dissociation and cognitive dissonance.
Randomness: Five sensory/left brain attitude. The universe is a cosmic accident. There is no underlying purpose of the existence, no underlying intelligence in nature, its all accidental randomness. No natural law. The hallmark of solipsism, scientism and atheism. This is the underlying ideology in our cosmology (the big bang theory), which is based on randomness. There is no right or wrong, only moral relativism which leads to social Darwinism, the ideology of the elite, the black occultists. The random component of reality is our free will.
Determinism: The right brain mentality. The philosophical belief that goes along with determinism is no free will because God control everything. Everything is predetermined and therefore you can’t change anything. The deterministic component of our reality is natural law.

Polarity - Love VS Fear.
Seemingly polar opposites:
Hot and cold - there is only heat and degrees thereof.
Wet and dry - there is only moisture and degrees thereof.
Light and dark - there is only light or its absence.
Love and fear - fear is the absence of love.
Love is the force that expands consciousness. Fear is its opposite, hate derives from fear, and closes down consciousness. We need to understand the difference between the two states of consciousness and their internal and external expression.
Internal love/internal monarch (one ruler) manifest self-love, enlightenment, harmony and internal peace. Internal love is when our thoughts, emotions and action (the way we think, feel and act) are in unison. Then we don’t have any internal opposition and we are in sovereignty/dominion/self ruler-ship. The caterpillar becomes the monarch butterfly, the process of spiritual transformation is resonated through that change of form, (therefore the monarch mind control program).
When there is contradiction between how we think, feel and act our state of consciousness becomes ruled by confusion and cut down from higher awareness. Internal fear/internal anarchy manifests as confusion and internal opposition, no self ruler-ship of the internal kingdom. Internal opposition derives from The Opposer, The Adversary (Satan in Hebrew) - that that divides us when our thoughts, emotions and action are not in unison.
External love/external anarchy (no ruler) manifest external freedom, but it would have to be a LOT of people, in this state of consciousness, to experience true freedom. External fear/external monarch is about control, people wanting to control, this condition leads to slavery/chaos.
Podcast # 010 - 011
The quality of the Self (true/higher Self) exist only in the state of non-duality.
Internal non duality is the state in which you think, feel and act in unison/balance. This is referred to as the ruler-ship of the kingdom of Self and means the true Self/dominion/sovereignty. The true Self expresses itself only when there is balance in thought (mind), emotion (spirit) and action (body). This is the internal expression of love.
External non duality is recognising that there is no separation between oneself and others. If one suffers, all suffers. This is the external expression of love.
Podcast # 005
Magic is a science and an art-form you can get better at. It is the influence to create change, not making the change but influencing the change to occur in accordance with the higher will, not the egoic persons will. The ultimate goal is the state of non-dualism, understanding in consciousness that we are not separated. To reach a state of non-dualism one can apply the science alchemy.
An alchemist takes the base consciousness and transforms it to higher consciousness. The cover-story of the alchemist/mad scientist who transforms/elevates lead into gold is just a allegory for the transformation of the mind from base- to higher consciousness.
The sorcerer plays the opposite role, in accordance with the ego driven will. The goal of sorcery is internal and external conflict, opposition, disharmony, dualism and so on. Just as the alchemist cant make/force people to make change in according with the true will - the sorcerer cannot physically make a person act in opposition with himself, he have to use the vehicle of illusion and manipulation through lies and deception.
Podcast # 007
The four barriers of self-realisation.
1. The five sense illusion - Identification with matter, focus on the physically form of being, the notion that matter is solid.
2. Ego identification - Identifying oneself with the role one plays and believing that the role is who he is. (Like the actor believing that he is the character he plays or the police officer believing he is a cop).
3. Prison of the left brain - The inability to think in a non analytical, non linear way, the intuitive way. Intellect divorced from wisdom.
4. Institutionalised believe systems - Ideologies, not philosophies, that are directed to protect and perpetuate themselves.
Podcast # 012
Mind Control - Mind control is the inability to use the imagination to envision anything different then what is. The goal is the extermination of the imagination.
The sorcerers are those who are manipulating other people in order to get what they want, in a global scale. They serve their own egoic desires and are small in number compared with the general populace. The few are controlling the many and their main tool is mind control, a set of sciences based in knowledge, sorcery and magic.
Human beings are continuously creating a manifestation/scenario/experience that they do not want to experience. This self inflicting suffering is largely because of mind control. The two reasons we experience suffering is because that we accept that which is not true and at the same time refuse that which is true.
We need the ability to tell truth from falsehood - we need balance. This dual dynamics have been around for thousands of years and goes back to old wisdom traditions.
We live in a quantum (amount) universe driven by quantum dynamics. This means that a few people can create an influence but until there is a significant number (critical mass) changing their behaviour, we are going to continue to suffer. Cause there is no separation at the level of consciousness, we are all bound together, one suffer - all suffers, separation is an illusion and we are all universal energy connected in consciousness.
By changing our world view can change the overreaching dynamics of what is creating the shared reality of the whole. Mind control is keeping us in this old paradigm of suffering and therefore it is important to understand the methodology of mind control.
Artificially lowering the vibrational consciousness of people is done through outlets such as TV and newspaper. Poisoning our minds by putting people into states of fear makes it easier for the globalists/dark occultists to make us buy into their manipulating efforts. Fear of survival/the future/monetary issues/not being good enough. This is the main form of mind control and ultimately all mind control techniques is based upon this principle.
