Thanks for those kind words, Julia. You are a master at expressing appreciation. Sometimes I wish I could do it as well as you do.
Creating a loving and non- judgmental environment so that people can feel free to relax into their highest potential is not always easy, as it can easily return participants to a sleep state.
Something else is needed, and in my view it is an awareness of the dark side, and a commitment to not let it triumph, and so there is a need to always maintain alertness and keep up one's guard while never losing sight of our goal, which is to be happy and share friendship and love. This is the balancing act that has kept the Village going all these years.

Everything went fine, another 3 hours, he will make me an offer by Thursday. I told him what I need to live and sleep on both ears, knowing that his firm does not have the revenues to pay for it, he said he will try to find a solution - and in that field, solutions are possible..

So we will see, but it looks good . My bet: I am working within 2 weeks.

Yes, it has already been discussed. I told them what my target was and there is possibility of mixing 2-3 different jobs, I did all of them. So I will see the offer. To tell the truth, I could develop the same on my own but I am truly fed up of working alone, this is very hard on me, doing everything. And they have opportunities I could not develop alone.

The good point: I have seen that field of expertise Inside out and.. which is rare, I am a born teacher and a thoroughly trained sales person. So yes, he wants me. I am pretty sure we will find a solution.

It will be fun, hopefully. Much more than working at the Workers health and security board, that job was dulllllllllll... and not for me.

I am still stress for money though, so I am eager to work.

I would like from the bottom of my heart to thank you all for the wonderful support you provide. Believe it or not, knowing your support my gang here makes me much more confident during interviews and much more relaxed, therefore better performing.

Thanks again, we will know by Thursday.

We were constantly switching from French to English to French to English and sometimes both in the same sentence during the interview, him being English speaking from Montréal, this was funny. It would be my first job in a pretty much throrough English speaking environment.

A little story with some new learnings, tortures techniques and physical pain giving a lesson that I lived yesterday:

Last Sunday I moved my hand accidently against the woodwork entrance I have at home (100 years old wood work) and a splinter entered Under the nail of my right hand middle finger. I tried to take it out but could not, it was too deep.

Monday passed, bits of pain, but I could handle it and decided to do nothing other than dipping my finger in javex water to stop any potential infection.

Yesterday morning I had this job interview and sustained the mild pain throughout.

Then I came back home for lunch, wrote a word on this thread, talked to my daughter who was sick and at home, and decided to go to the clinic to have the splinter taken off. I am subject to infections, being diabetic, and when I have, it can be terrible, so I need to avoid potential infectious situations.

The doctor wanted to take it out without anesthetics and I resisted. Then she told me she did not know how to anesthetise a finger and we waited for an urgentolotist who would start his shift soon. He arrived, anesthetised my finger which swell quite large. He made a joke saying that the first doctor can now remove the last finger phalange, I won't feel anything.

We waited for 5 minutes, the first doctor came back and started working on my finger. I could feel pressure and some light pain, but she was gentle and could not remove the splinter. She called back the urgentologist.

He came and lifted up my nail from the skin to take off the splinter. I could feel everything!!! albeit most probably atenuated, it was exceedingly painful. I controlled myself to have my hand remain on the table while tapping with my feet and screaming.

I could feel what was the torture like Under the Catholic Inquisition when they were pulling out nails. My whole hand was hurting up to my breast.

I reviewed all the times in my life when I was supposed to be anesthetised but was not: dentists at times, Mini Flash delivery when epidural took only half the belly and spinal rachidian did not work for the C-section, lots of pain when I was little for ailments others did not have pain etc. all in a fraction of a second.

Then, when it was over, the urgentologist look at me intensely and said: my my, you are a real red hair. Red hair people do not do well with anesthetics, they need much more than usual, it does not work on them, I am truly sorry. (I am more light Brown au naturel, but very white frickled skin, and now hair tints always turned red because of my underlying pigments, grand dad was fire red).

The first doctor then told me "I will leave you alone, no tétanos shots hey?" to which I answered "no thanks"

I came back home, took heavy tylenols as the anesthetics was going away, my hand was so painful that I decided to pass away - went to bed and tried to sleep while on tylenol and beer. Woke up later, took more tylenols and slept 10 hours.

I am fine today, only the middle finger still hurts. However, I am in a good mood.

Now I know: more anesthetics for me than usual in any given situation, and torture is terrible, more than we can ever imagine.

BEWARE RED HAIR!! Greater pain but maybe also greater sensations - I presume and wish lollllllllllllllllll
