    Bump.

How could people forget about the only known method of fixing this issue?

    How?

How could it not be acted upon?

I am only one person. I can only die for you so many times.

The drive to get things done, the drive to understand the drive to fix this world has to come from the rest of you.

No armchair warriors.... otherwise, this will only get worse. There is no hiding from this.

I just saw a video of a sea lion following a boat at 25mph. Not a very amusing video. Not fun, at all. Terrifying, in fact.

    Why?

...because the video took place along the pacific west coast shoreline, where everything is dead and the only fish anywhere nearby was in the boat, in the bait box.

One of the major Japanese corporations just recently patented a method of treating radioactive waste material.

So at least one of them is trying to do something. But the idea of patenting a way of saving lives is, a bit off. Unless they wish to release it widely via patenting and leaving the use unrestricted. (thus preventing blocking patents from others who may be looking to make money off the scenario)

I'll see if I can find it, I just mentioned here on the forum, a few days back.

    OK, found it: https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...l=1#post951190

It was about patents for transmutation as a LENR effect; a side order (Yes, I'd like fries with that) result of a patent doubling down, a result of nuclear waste transmutation.

This may be due to having to 'force' the situation by beating down the front door of science.

Mitsubishi Cold Fusion LENR Patent Granted Transmutes Nuclear Waste

The patent was filed for in 2001, and now finally granted in 2013. If that does not (indirectly indicates) say that science, as a machine, as a racket under control (via bureaucracy), is blocking innovation in the most critical areas, I don't know what does.

Their patented method appears to be expensive, cumbersome, and limited in volumetric capacity. The method, the process... I mention in this thread is inexpensive, built for speed, and volumetric efficiency.

Ok, reading the patent it seems they left themselves a 'way' to get to low cost and high efficiency. they basically proved the process via palladium, and then allowed for the specific function in-situ to be utilized via other materials.

The key phrasing in the patent is:

    (partial list of patent claims)

Quote i) a multilayer structure body; that is made of palladium or a palladium alloy, or a hydrogen absorbing metal other than palladium, or a hydrogen absorbing alloy other than a palladium alloy,

ii) an absorption part and a desorption part that are disposed so as to surround said multilayer structure body on the sides and form a closed space that can be sealed by said multilayer structure body,

iii) a high pressurization device that produces a relatively high pressure of deuterium at said absorption part on the side of the surface of said multilayer structure body,

iv) and a low pressurization device that produces a relatively low pressure of deuterium at said desorption part on the other side of the surface of said multilayer structure body,

Characterized in that said multilayer structure body includes:

    i) a base material including a hydrogen absorbing metal or a hydrogen absorbing alloy;

ii) a mixed layer formed on said base material and comprising a hydrogen absorbing metal or a hydrogen absorbing alloy,
