Sometimes Predictions Affect What Happens

As per the title, I think the US shadow government doesn't like the city of Portland, Oregon. One reason(among others) would be that it was the first(and only last I checked) city to reject the "War on Terror."

I am not really predicting something. I think predictions are mostly naivety. My ET contacts know that too, so others saying they got faulty predictions from ETs I think are either not dealing with real extraterrestrials, are dealing with Dark extraterrestrials, or are dealing with ETs that have no business influencing an undeveloped world(not practical really).........

Extraterrestrial AI knows when it knows something, and knows when something is prone to be incorrect with predictions. I have seen predictions of my life by AI(almost always limited to my memory directly after, until after the fact happens), and also received extraterrestrial AI analysis of predictions of my life. It would say something like "We think there is an 88% chance for X to happen within Y years". I can't see why 3D AI can be more advanced than some of these "5D" beings........

Anyway, I am saying if they plan to false flag Portland, OR, they will have to prove me right in the process. So maybe I can help protect Portland. It is a beautiful city with many awesome people...

Yes Omni it is a serious thing the 'Minded-Word' and or the 'Spoken-Word' We have to be careful of what we think, wish and or say, especially if you are of the 'Mind-Set' that we create our reality's. (I say 'Reality's' because we are forever at the fork-in-the-road with time lines).

The injection by word into the population can have massive knock-on-effects (MSM).

The path of magic and the Sorcerer is a very mindful and strict path that takes total dedication and control of mind and actions through reality, which is partly why there are safeguards like 'Trice spoken once commanded', each of the three verses have to be spoken/e-motioned (Heartfelt intent) exactly the same way, so in-effect spoken once! This stops stray thoughts and emotional creations from someone of higher/trained/blood-lined abilities!

And shows the power of the media to set fires and or stop fires in there tracks,
we btw buy our intentions and awareness/vigilance stop the fires

it depends on who is giving the prediction , the ET's say a prediction given by them is a cosmic event that cannot be changed , a prophecy is not set in stone and can be changed if people take heed of their thoughts , actions , and feelings ... I think we can bring about our fears if we all give them power for words/thoughts have energy , it goes out like an electromagnetic wave , from human to human , from planet to planet , and across the cosmos ... even dear Jehav never made anything until he said it ... thoughts put into words = energy , energy affects matter ... as we all know matter is affected by frequency and vibration , the way you say it makes all the difference ... just me two cents ...
