Default How often do you wake up with unexplained marks or scratches?

I've been wondering about a scratch on my leg. I periodically (and currently) have days or weeks where I wake up entirely dazed, weighed down, and as if I've been majorly drugged, but I never get unusual marks (at least I don't think - there are tons of times I wake up with bruises and wonder how I got them but I am an easy bruiser, so I try not to overanalyze things like that). Towards the end of March I woke up with a long scratch on my left leg above my knee and two small ones on my other leg going in the same direction. I tried long and hard to figure out how I could have gotten these, especially since I was always wearing two pairs of pants at the time (constantly freezing lol), but was certain I didn't do anything that could have caused it. The next day I noticed a bruise had formed at the top of the long one in the size/shape of a thumbprint. The scratch went through many phases as if what I'd done must have really hurt, and I can still faintly see it today, two months later.

Who else has stories about any unexplained marks? I'd really like to know more about what it's like to wake up with scoop marks, because they terrify me.

I believe that is the Greys ,I have a lot of these experiences from childhood
    but very lately as well
some day before a year I woke with severe bruises on both shoulders and all over my hands
Strangely I knew that they gonna dissapear soon, as it happened in a week's time
there is no fear in me ,and I expect this is to be repeated
    But its ok anyway

I looked at your avatar, and thought you may just have a wee scratchy nocturnally food-demanding furry critter? This scenario happens to me frequently, clawing desperado trying to wake me up, until I have to concede defeat, so have a bedroom stash of puddy-pouches, bikkies, and a bowl of water. The next day the damage is revealed, pin-prick bloody regular scabs, long red scratches on arms and legs not under the duvet..... An exhausting business, apparently caused by olde cat with dementia going off his normal routine, and getting upset

    Hopefully, that's your answer!

I meant to say something about this because I thought it would be questioned I do have furry critters but they are not the type to wake me up for food, especially not by scratching. I considered this many times but it just didn't add up. It didn't look like a usual cat scratch as it was long, consistent, and pretty deep. If it were done by a cat, it would have been a very angry one! I've had cats my entire life and take care of a colony outside; it does not resemble any scratch I've gotten before, which is very rare as it is - I've been called the Cat Whisperer on several occasions. Do I sound crazy now?

I've generally heard that abduction marks disappear quickly. That's one reason why I'm extra curious about this scratch and it taking over two months to go away. I'm definitely not saying it was due to an abduction, but I can't exactly come up with another logical answer yet either.

I woke up one morning with a puncture mark on my forehead. It was sensitive to the touch and slightly swollen. By that same evening it was totally healed but it left a mark like a freckle.
A couple of months later another puncture mark appeared next to it and also turned into a freckle.
A couple of days ago I woke up with sand in my mouth and hair. Sounds weird, but it is true.

Shortly after my first UFO experience I kept waking up to find cuts on my arms/legs; bruises, and lines on my face that represent triangular shapes which seemed really strange to me. I've also got a few marks on my skin that seem to represent scoop marks from what I can tell. Recently I must confess that I can not recall any dreams that I have so I'm not sure why that is but I fear it may have something to do with some of these marks that I awake to. On rare occasions I have awoken to find blonde pieces of hair in places that I certainly shouldn't find them if you know what I'm saying haha (I'm black haired and no one in my household has that colour hair); this particular one is quite disturbing really but as long as no harm comes to me I guess I'm ok with that. :-D
The truth exists, it's only a matter of how to find it.

Have you taken pictures of these scratches? Perhaps that would help in identifying them.

I did plan on taking pictures but never ended up getting around to it, now it's too faint to bother. And I'm a photographer so not getting around to it is a really terrible excuse. Although it's not as bad as not having the slightest passing thought of grabbing my camera when there was an orb in the abandoned house's yard next door.

I get bruises in my groin region every now and then. It would require serious beating or hitting to cause them, but I have no recollection of any physical trauma.
Two and a half years ago I woke up with a scoop mark on my leg, I have photos of it someplace - on a flashfree photo it looks like a random scoop mark, on a flash-on photo it revealed a strange pattern, as if it were covered with a reflective layer of some sort, a thin Scotch tape material, very weird!! I have developed unexplainably enormous interest in the high strangeness phenomenon ever since, I signed up here to seek answers but I'm more of a lurker than an active participant.

Every now and then (not lately though) I have noticed strange scratch mark and bruises on my skin and I don't think that my dog who sleeps besides could have caused them while I was sleeping, he doesn't usually step on me like that. Sure it's possible that I've scratched myself, but for some reason that doesn't make sense. I've suspected that there is more to this, but spiritwise.

I cannot remember any dream, but the weird part is that I was sitting at my pc browsing the net and the next moment I woke up in my bed coughing badly from the sand in my mouth and throat. There was sand on my pillow also. It was light in color, almost the same that builders use.

Kez mentioned waking up with blonde hair in places in his body where it should not be.
The same happened to me once. Two strands of very long blonde hair around my private parts.

I have a long history of strange encounters and weird things happening to me.

Default Re: How often do you wake up with unexplained marks or scratches?

When we sleep we usually leave the body and not all of us go off for a night's... usually unknown... exploration...most people actually stay quite close to the body in the room.

Normal sleep is required to allow prana(energy) in the etheric body to charge. This is done by the flow of energy coming into the heart chakra, which is in the etheric envelope...facilitated by the fact that the 'soul' is no longer in control of the body, so energy can be accumulated more easily.

Besides the obvious energy required to move our body and make everything work, the greatest cause of energy usage of the organic body is the emotional baggage of the 'soul' when connected.

When this natural process is not occurring there are a few things which can take place during sleep.

. Emotional/mental problems...not always realized...can keep the 'soul' connected in the body during sleep and a kind of internal role play takes place. This can cause the body to move around in the most strange manner.
Place a camera in your bedroom and record your sleep.... If you have this problem you will be amazed what you, and some of us get up to during the night.

. It is possible for elementals to command the organic body and because they are rather stupid at it, movements of the body are erratic and uncontrolled. This does not often happen because there is a natural envelope around our entire being, which includes the organic body during incarnation, which is called the causal/triad envelope which protects us from elementals. It is only people with severe emotional/mental disorders that this happens too because the protection envelope is compromised.

. It is also possible for discarnate dark humans to take over the body at night, the same way as the elementals... and also those who use mediums to communicate to the 'living'... but the big difference here is that these cases can end up with drastic results...not excluding the 'sleeper' getting out of bed and committing acts of, say, a sexual nature or harming others.

There are no 'aliens'...like 'greys' etc... on or in this planet...and there never ever were...all the pictures of supposed 'aliens' and all the stories you read about in this forum or elsewhere on the internet about 'aliens' are either fake or fiction.

Every scary phenomena which has occurred to you or anyone is a result of forces, either from incarnated or discarnated humans creating the phenomena, or our own emotional/imaginative ignorant creative thinking.

There are highly evolved and advanced non humans, in human bodies as well... and there are highly evolved and advanced non human beings living in the etheric world in this planet space...which we cannot normally see, yet they are there. We do not live ON earth, we live IN earth...earth boundaries are far greater than the surface which we think is the end of earth. None of these beings are 'alien' to earth...earth(terra) is their home also.

The thing to keep in mind is that when sleep disorders happen to 'normal' everyday people, they might end up in a clinic and the reason for their disorder is usually found to be something quite easily explainable by good doctors...but when it happens to the suspicious alternative thinking mind it always seems to end up being 'aliens' or 'demons'.

So what is my point? ... there is so much fiction in the world about 'aliens' and natural phenomena and things which most have no real idea about, that it has become an easy way to indoctrinate and convince the ignorant seeker that these are real.

Of course there are dark people with dark intentions incarnate, as well as...and especially... in the emotional or astral worlds whose soul purpose and objective is to scare the living daylights out of the weak and the ignorant...to influence weak minds... and this is all the more reason for us to stay away from negative thoughts and actions, which draw these entities to us like bees to a honey pot.

Dark entities only have power over ignorance...they are no match for the wise.

    Take care
    Ray

Hi Amberbuttermilk, about 6 weeks ago I woke up from sleep to discover that I had a large blister on my left fore finger knuckle. I remember going to bed without burning my hand. The blister was as big as a half a grape. There was nothing in my bed that could have caused this and the headboard was smooth. It took weeks to heal after the blister burst. It has only now healed, I have heard that when we go to sleep we get up to some mischief as it were, but that is only the astral body presumably. How the physical body is injured after that journey beats me. I often wake after sleep with mysterious aches and pains. Some are easily explainable but others are not.

I'd love too, but you need to be initiated. It's a very powerfull practice from the Nyingmapa School and it needs to be done every evening without one day break.
What I may suggest you is to search out for a Nyingmapa center close to you and ask if there will be soon an initiation for protectors. And when you start the Buddhist path you have to stick with it. It's a long process and it will take a lot of time, but it's absolutely worth it. I'm only in for 18 years and still only scratching the surface.
