If it was truly an altruistic venture rather than a commercial one, they would have allowed the reader to read all of the book, not just 42 pages followed by a link to Amazon ffs.

I would strongly suggest, Camilo, that you do learn how to use the "Advance Search" feature and that you DO use it!

It's totally OK to "Bump" "older threads with providing new info or just because it's an important one which content needs to be kept in mind.
