errr ... I clicked thanks for that cryptoguru, but not immediately. Thing is, an apple, the second it falls from the tree, immediately has some of the sugars in it begin to become alcohol. It's kind of natural, and impossible to avoid ingesting in small amounts, all the time. Plants are natural too, and for some reason, an extremely beneficial reason it turns out for us, make what are known as secondary compounds that seemingly have no function within the plants themselves. Rubber in rubber trees is such a compound, and so are all of the "drugs" found in plants, many of which are very beneficial to us.

Moderation? You bet, because we've all seen what excess can do to people.

The power of fear is additive, the power of love is exponential ... I think we can see how we hold our love (in general as a collective) and express our fears, yet even the mere act of saying an "I love you" changes your immediate frequency, immediately. It is something that if we just learned to express, en mass, we would see the vast difference in results and value, and never look back.

Add an "I love you" statement to morning affirmations as you start your day and note the difference in attitude that can incur. And most importantly of all, do not forget to love yourself -- you are worth it.
