if we are to be a constructive part of the solution as creator beings (that we are told we are and many of us believe ourselves to be; manifesting capabilities) then we can all work together towards that end.

harald kautz brought up "multi-dimensional cognition" a few times. he stressed the importance of rotating around the subject matter in order to perceive different takes on the same subject. we can go up, down, and all-around. tunnel vision is not well rounded. multi dimensional cognition (mine, not his term ) is well rounded in more than just 2d or even 3d appraisals.

ok, I listened to the part about autism and autistic children, and what he says is that he has seen, while travelling in a bus, a young autistic girl on her father's chest who would move hands and legs in an automated fashion and would scream an alien scream.

He deducted that the mercury in vaccines plus the destruction of the gut's flora damages the child so much and is so painful - which is true - that the soul leaves the body and the body is left without a soul and is then taken by an alien entity - which is in my view a wrong deduction.

Then he gave statistics on the galloping development of autism to the fact that all the boy children will be born autistic within another 20 years and all the girls will be born autistic within another 30 years, as it goes.

This would mean the entire human race on this planet will become autistic.

Let me tell you two things: the soul does not always leave the body even if the body is in pain - in fact, the alien screams are often extreme hurt being screamed out (often due to swelling of the brain). It is a very human scream in extreme situations - then the guts go haywired, which amplify the problems.

Who would speak after such pain (speech problem is a hallmark of some forms of autism), those children shut up altogether, they are in PTSD and everything else.

Second, it is entirely true that the statistic point to a real epidemic of autism and autism spectrum inabilities.

Autism has diverse levels and types. Some types have the person completely impaired and unable to survive by herself, while others are impaired in social situations only.

Therefore, if it ever happens that the whole race is autistic, there is no way an organised society can be built and thrive while filled with autistic humans.

The overtaking of the society by whatever is there is would then become fundamental to survival for those autistic humans, not being able to organise in a coherent fashion their own society.

Transhumanism becomes needed. Do you see what I see? No more free humans, closing of the heart.

Those supporting the pollution and poisoning we are submitted to are absolutely utterly crazy. They are killing the race, the specie. That only a few of them would remain free of those problems to govern the rest is ludicrous, because those few are genetical psychopaths, crazies. The crazies would lead the unabled.....???

In conclusion, I do think that the Kautz did good research, has some facts right, but his déductions and conclusions are not all on target.

We have to retake our planet for the sake of all, including the planet.

I'd agree, having just watched all 3 parts, that this is a fantastic interview - Miles almost ruins it at times for me by interrupting, but Harald is hugely informative - he has done some wonderful and fascinating work and has a unique insight which ties so many different aspects together that are of huge interest and importance. I'm going to make the time to watch again. I love his reasoning for working and living through the heart rather the mind....ie transmitting ones energies with and through LOVE and not through fear.

Kuwait launches mandatory DNA database for all residents

Never a country known for its human rights and civil liberties, Kuwait is now attempting to take the lead in the Gulf for the country most integrated with the technological control grid and biometric surveillance state.

This is because the small nation recently announced the passage of a law that mandates every person residing in Kuwait must submit to a DNA sample that will be stored in a massive database upon penalty of fines and jail time.

Kuwait has 1.3 million citizens that will be subject to the law but its 2.9 million foreign residents are subject as well.

Any person who refuses to submit to the DNA tests and data mining operation will be subject to $33,000 in fines and up to one year in prison. Any person who provides a fake sample will face up to seven years.

Kuwait passed this law conveniently after an Islamic State (and thus NATO-directed) bombing of a Shiite mosque on June 26. The law is being justified as a way to make it easier for law enforcement to track down criminals and terrorists after the attacks have been committed. Thus, the incident stands as another Problem-Reaction-Solution-style terrorist attack justifying an even more totalitarian police state response.

"We have approved the DNA testing law and approved the additional funding. We are prepared to approve anything needed to boost security measures in the country," independent MP Jamal Al Omar said.

Kuwait now stands as the only country in the world that makes DNA tests and participation in a DNA database compulsory. But is it just the first?

After all, many countries including England, Australia, Sweden, and the United States maintain stored databases of the DNA of convicted criminals with the United States maintaining a database of the DNA of even those who have merely been arrested but not convicted. In addition, the U.S. database also maintains the DNA of missing persons and their families.

Now, with the exception of Kuwait, the United States maintains the world's largest DNA database.

The growing number of countries building, maintaining, and subsequently mandating various forms of biometric identification and biometric databases is not only concerning, it is becoming the norm.

In 2012, India launched a nationwide program involving the allocation of a Unique Identification Number (UID) to every single one of its 1.2 billion residents. Each of the numbers are tied to the biometric data of the recipient using three different forms of information - fingerprints, iris scans, and pictures of the face. All ten digits of the hand will be recorded, and both eyes are scanned.

The Japanese have had a mandatory national UID system in place since 2002, under the Basic Resident Register (BRR) program. Under the BRR, each individual must provide their name, birthdate, gender, and physical address to municipal governments who, in turn, issue the citizen a UID. However, an update to the initiative, called My Number Bill, was introduced in February 2012 that streamlined the information sharing process between government tax, social security, and emergency mitigation agencies. This was merely the next phase toward the goal of the Japanese government to centralize already-collected information about each one of its citizens and to expand this program to contain even more data. The information collected on Japanese citizens under their current system is fed into a nationwide computer database known as the Juki-net, which is made up of 3,200 municipal governments. The Juki-net serves as the common data sharing database between the municipal governments and, to some extent, the central government.

Israel also has a mandatory biometrics program.

Initially passed by the Knesset in December 2009, the Biometric Database Law mandates the collection of fingerprints and facial images from all Israeli residents, as well as integrating these biometric details in domestic ID cards and national passports. The legislation also called for the creation of a biometric government database for the purpose of managing access control, identification of individuals and to help law enforcement officials locate criminal suspects. The law is intended to curb identity theft, as well as the loss, theft and destruction of the current blue ID cards issued by the Interior Ministry. In a report submitted to the Prime Minister's Office and to the Knesset Chairman, Erdan emphasized the importance of implementing the biometric system and said the transition would be gradual. "Smart biometric records that cannot be faked [...] will lead to the full protection of the identity of Israeli citizens," Erdan told Channel 10. "It will provide a balance between our duty to ensure the security of citizens and our duty to protect their privacy. We will promote a gradual transition to mandatory biometric documentation." The first phase of the biometric identification system was implemented in June 2013, and since then, some 640,000 people have volunteered to submit their biometric details to the database, said Erdan.
While most of the data collection and database storage via biometrics in the United States is rolled out under the auspices of greater convenience, concepts such as biometric programs for food stamp recipients, and employee tagging are gaining traction, indicating that the push for the eventual mandating of participation in such programs is clearly not far off.

Kuwait may be the first in terms of mandating DNA database participation in the world, but it is only first. Kuwait simply stands as the latest country to make a step forward in the international game of leap frog toward a global surveillance state, technological control grid, and total prison planet.

Wow, I didn’t mean to cause issues with the title. Please don’t shoot the reporter! But it’s just a title and we must guard against censorship just because it might not be how you would have done it, or because it can be interpreted as offensive, etc. Seems there's a lot of this stuff happening now days unfortunately. Bottom line is that the forum rules were NOT broken and I didn’t mean any harm by it.

In short, Harold believes that autism is a result of the negative powers attempts in destroying this earth/humankind. Are any or all autistic children unable to retain a soul due to the mercury type substance poisoning them from GMO’s, vaccines, etc, and thus potential conduits for demon possession? I don’t know. However, I do know we should guard against theories that classify a particular group as “problematic”. But it’s not my theory it’s Harold’s and whether we like it or not he put it out there for your consideration. And it was a unique enough idea for me to include it in the title, imperfect as it may have been.

p.s. It doesn't settle with me for a group to collectively change MY title. And I'm not trying to be egotistical or selfish. But when did individual post' become a democratic decision? I agree, you should have been consulted, before changing, even if I did not agree with Harold's theory and therefore your title. That being said, the new title may attract more readers, and it deserves it.

Well, we, the forum, do "own" the thread titles here ... however, I also appreciate that people don't like having their titles changed.

I suspect that a fair bit of the earlier confusion in this thread could have been avoided if the opening post, with the three "Bases" videos, also had some text, explaining what was what in the videos. This could have explained what you viewed in the three videos that related to the various topics you listed in the original thread title. Just posting videos without text is not usually a recommended practice. Text with the videos allows readers of the thread to understand quickly what's in some videos, and whether it is of interest to them to view further.

If, however (I don't know if this is so, but if ...) the opening material on this thread presented the view that autistic children are soulless, then neither you nor I should be much surprised that some parents of some quite soul-enriched, autistic, children took vigorous exception to that view.

P.S. the phrase in the original thread title "Autistics soulless & demon possessed" is a bit inflammatory. Insulting people, and then getting upset when the insult is edited, complaining of censorship, is probably not the best way to go about getting your material received with an open mind.

I don't understand all the negative commotion regarding this thread. It's healthy to take things in with a grain of salt when initially digesting info. Yes, the title may be misleading... But they are simply words. It's always the content I am intrigued with. I do not think it wise to stray away from information because of a title one may not resonate with or even a single hypothesis such as "Down syndrome children are soulless"... That being said, do I believe all of it?... Well no. But that does not mean truth cannot be surfaced from something that has disinformation in it as well

Yes, of course they do. It's the body that's the problem in those cases. Like a good driver, but who has a malfunctioning car.

There are many similar situations besides autism, too. One might as well say that someone with Alzheimer's has no soul, either. And neither has Stephen Hawking.

The soul might be in that malfunctioning body for all kinds of reasons:

• It was an unplanned accident, and they were normal and healthy before being given toxic vaccines
• To experience the problem, so they can understand it better and support others later

People are paranoid to go on there are correct. That is being used and it is intended to be used as a tool. This is how she describes it Cobra. She said, once that one of these programs start and they initiate this, this program will be like an information hub. So originally you send out a bunch of soldiers into different areas for a Jade Helm operation or something – “special” forces or special programs. Police are alerted to do certain things to road block check and force vaccinate. Whatever they might possibly do, and that in the cities, all the cameras everywhere will be accessed by them. These cameras – some of them have infrared. They will determine your blood pulse, how excited you are, the type of movement you’re making.



They will key in . . . Say there are 10 people in a camera shot, Cobra. And this intelligent software will give a feedback based on the RFID chips in that camera and then it will send a program to the big computer and the big computer says, based on my projection, what was it – the pre-crime. You’re going to commit a crime based on everything we know about you. It sends out actions. There would be an automatic real-time adjustment by the computer program. No human would interface. The computer program would make a determination: these people are hostile, a critical situation is there and automatically an order would be sent through this computer network to the police department, say in Beverly Hills, and it would say: There is a group of individuals gathering down there in response to some things. Come in hot and heavy.



COBRA – Okay. First, this computer program has been activated in1940’s by the Chimera group which has managed to control the surface of humanity to microchipping which have started with WHO vaccination programs immediately after the end of WWII. Second, this program has been developed further exactly in the way you have described in 1996 with the last Archon invasion. So what you are describing now is the technology which is at least one and a half to two decades old. The last part about the Jade Helm, yes, some forces are using this as a training, a real live training for this computerized program, but I would say that there is a very positive element embedded in Jade Helm operation that I will not speak about. So the dark forces, which would like to misuse this, are in for a big surprise.
