It may not matter (apart from issues of optimum treatment) exactly what the condition is or was. It could be a stroke, Bell's Palsy, or even something else called Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

The thing is that just about anything and everything can be remotely triggered. I'd guess that it depends if they want to kill the target, scare them, or just send a warning shot across the bows.

I got this message a few minutes ago from an insider who is well-connected and who has experienced such things, and who has already viewed this thread. They wrote:

This is not what I 'm looking for , I thought I recently saw
an article about directed assassination weapons , but cannot
find it. But there are many methods , poisoned tipped umbrella
and polonium were used in London in the past , multiple car
tampering as Bill and Kerri experienced in Italy. I just saw
this article. Not that it has anything to do in this case but shows
they probably have far more advanced techniche and tools.

I know this is not a cheery post , but for anyone looking in doubting
these events happen regularly , and are all make believe spy thriller

This simply cannot be coincidence... in fact it is a veiled message... my heart goes out to Kerry, thanks for sharing Bill, I don't have much right now, as many of us, if we are pushing the system, know that there is a dirty and vicious war going on...

Many are fighting individual battles against difficult odds (so be it...) very grateful you made the decision to share this atrocity, even if Kerry didn't want you to.... I will certainly contribute something... in fact we should all send out to our extended lists... explain who Kerry is, and what she means to us... for Kerry's sake... she is the mother of the alternative whistle blower movement... we have just been reminded that we can't take anything for granted...

I am beyond sad and angry over this and over all the attacks lately leading to damage and death to those who have nothing but the highest intent in mind.

Every war, if to be won, needs a brilliant strategy. What is the best strategic defense against these attacks? There has to be something!

Kerry will probably heal from this, but she must shield herself in the future. Wishing her complete healing!

NCC Group said the exploit could be used to seize control of a vehicle's brakes and other critical systems.

I completely agree with Bill. I had a similar experience some years ago. Some of the remedies that worked for me was push through and willpower, lots B12, other vital nutrients plus daily exercises, and whatever spiritual remedies one resorts to make oneself feel better. One can get over this!

If anyone is to be concerned, it is those who know and understand, and still don't involve themselves and 'take risks'.

Kerry is such a strong woman, but even the strongest need help at times.
I can certainly understand her reluctance to go to a hospital, but I hope she won't just try to soldier on, but will turn to friends who can help, healers and people who love her, supporters who appreciate all she has done for us.
Sometimes we need a wake up call when it's time to slow down and let others take the reins for awhile.

We have to ask the question: how do "scalar" weapons work? What do they do and how do they do it? Without that information it's a little difficult to determine whether or not is was one of these devices which caused the problem. I'm not saying it was or wasn't, just curious.

I looked very similar to Kerry when I had Bell's Palasy. But it was over in a few days with a strong antibiotic and the help of a healer. Three months is a long time for the symptoms to still be present.
I wish her well in her recovery.

Bells Palsy is so similar to a stroke, but the neurological damage does heal, it takes weeks, hopefully nothing more sinister..

I had Bell's Palsy a few years ago. I was fortunate, aggressive medications including antivirals, antiinflammatories, prednisone, B Vitamins and acupuncture...the works, and all gone in a month or so. Not everyone recovers, though, so it's critical to start treatment soon, and I hope Kerry has! I'm all for whatever can be thrown at it...it is seriously a scary thing to experience. It is a viral thing, and most have the virus in their system. However, the virus seems to need something to set it off. I was very stressed at the time and interestingly had a facial the day before.

Also, considering it is a nerve related malady, it wouldn't surprise me at all if a directed attack could cause something in the nerve to allow the virus to go active.

I'm very sorry that Kerry has to experience this. Bell's Palsy can be diagnosed without a scan, so the expense would be the meds and acupuncture or whatever else it takes. Sending big prayers out to Kerry. She deals with enough as is...this needs to be reversed, pronto.

I can tell you from experience , when you touch a nerve that the PTB don't want touched , they will use their technology and give you an experience that is so close to a heart attack you really cannot tell the difference ... My wife had such an attack , when I was researching MK-Ultra and mind control , the whole story from many angles ... when I took my focus off mind control and went into other topics , she got better ... they can use their weapons through cell phones , laptops , TV's , and some street lights with cameras on top (MY opinion) can be used via all the towers that just go up overnight and no ones sees them being built ... those towers are everywhere , they are unmarked , fenced and have their own mini power station , they are everywhere ... hope Kerry is doing better ... this one area you really don't want to mess around without full knowledge of what may transpire with your research , and who you talk to and what you say ...

Totally agree Mike,

Having closely followed Ms Cassidy's interview/travel marathon during the last 18 months, i am amazed she's even standing ... Wear and tear (literally) can be very subtle to the body, when constant stress is a continuous factor to one's aging lifestyle.

She needs to go to hospital and check it thoroughly by a professional doctor. I believe American doctors are professional. Proper treatment is needed to apply.

I got a similar problem before because of my spine. It is a chance for her to have stroke. I have no idea how serious if you have no medical insurance in USA. If you have no medical insurance or can't afford to pay the hospital bill, our government will take care for you. What we do is just go to hospital and ask for help first.

I don't know how old she is but it seems to me that she is at my age. Thus, it is possible for her to have health problem rather than thinking a hit from someone else.
