This is official history , yet rarely if ever discussed in the mainstream. After the
attack the US government created a media blackout and put a national security
order on it. Someone must of helped the Israeli armed forces carry out this attack
by giving US codes that stopped a 'spy' ship in international waters , with up to date
communications systems for the time from radio for help from the 6th fleet also
in the Mediterranean . President Johnson authorised a cover up for political reasons.
Similar in some ways to the later 9/11 cover up and any association to the various
reported strange Israeli assets in the area on the day.

The ship was taken to Malta for a massive makeover and repaint , so when
it arrived back in the US the press was shown a immaculate ship as if nothing
happened. Shortly after the US agreed a secret intelligence deal with Israel
that is still in place today.....

Infact the start of the six day war by Israel destroying the Egyptian Airforce on
the ground was a 'False flag ' pre - emptive strike. Also Israeli forces executed
at least one battalion of 800 surrendered Egyptian prisoners in the Sinai , to release
troops to attack the Syrians on the Golan heights. This is discussed in part 2 of the

The USS Liberty incident was an attack on a U.S. Navy intelligence ship, USS
Liberty, in international waters about 12.5 nautical miles (23 km) from the coast of
the Sinai Peninsula, north of El Arish, by Israeli fighter planes and torpedo boats on
June 8, 1967.

It occurred during the Six-Day War, a conflict between Israel and the Arab states of
Egypt, Jordan and Syria. The Israeli attack killed 34 U.S. servicemen and wounded
at least 173. The attack was the second deadliest against a U.S. Naval vessel since
the end of World War II, surpassed only by the Iraqi Exocet missile attack on the
USS Stark on May 17, 1987, and marked the single greatest loss of life by the U.S.
Intelligence Community.

' Drills and False flags ' seem to have gone together for a long time, and would
of been a distraction to the 6th fleet, even if communication had got thru earlier.
The unmarked planes and Torpedo boats were definitely trying to sink the Liberty
and kill as many of the crew as possible , using Napalm was extreme and in the
confusion they could blame the Egyptians and give Johnson an excuse to directly
interfere if Israel had any problems in their attack on Egypt , the west bank and
Syria.

Yes they lost time changing weapons on the planes they sent to respond to the
eventual 'mayday' getting thru. Then they were told to stand down by Defence
secretary Mcnamara , confirmed by President Johnson , when the Admiral
protested. The planes returned to the carrier before they gotto the USS Liberty .

CIA analyst makes it clear they must of known something and at the end of part to
he says he would not be surprised if Israel creates a 'false flag ' event to quash the
Iran nuclear deal. Although I think they may do a pre -emotive strike , like they did
to the Egyptians in the 1967 three day war, which USS Liberty got caught up in .

An older documentary with input from the Captain, ships doctor and some of the
crew. A bit more dramatic in the way it was filmed , its of its time with (annoying
dramatic music ). Still it shows with first hand testimony the horrific events of
the Iraeli attack....Also responses of many ex military experts of the time who say
it had to be a planned attack. This is a power full and very good documentary.

It was a 'False Flag ' attack by the Israeli government, and cover up by the Johnson
administration straight away !!! After all they had already covered up the Kennedy
assassination.

Was anyone surprised in last night's debate hearing Rand Paul state time to cut off aid to Israel?

There is a shift in public opinion against Israel especially with their Palestinian policy
and their warlike rhetoric especially by Prime minister Netanyahu....There is also a
very strong Jewish lobby in the UK....Jeremy Corbyn, like Rand Paul are realist
about the Israeli influence and would like to curb it. This will not happen either
politically or they will have an 'accident' or be scared off with threats to their
families. But for now it enables Israel to go into victim mode.

Yes it is certainly an eye opener , we have heard many times about the attack
on the USS Liberty by researchers and I had seen parts of doc and other references
to it but these documentaries leave me in know doubt , they were sacrificial lambs ,
to further the agenda of elements of power full Anglo US/Israeli forces within
the 'Jewish lobby' who funded and still domany leading US politicians and policy
makers including President Johnson. This lobby is still very strong particularly in
Washington and London today. Hence the other posts alluding to this above.

Though the most ardent conspiracy deniers may believe that it was all a
'misunderstanding' , despite the obvious 'false flag' indicators, unmarked
planes ,undeniable US ship colour , markings and massive US flag.Tapes of the
pilots telling their commanders that It was an American ship. Many recon flights
over Liberty by Israeli planes . Being attacked for two hours , by planes then
torpedo boats. Then the ordering back of 12 fighter planes sent from the 6th fleet
by Defence secretary McNamara and confirmed verbally over the radio by President
Johnson to the Admiral of the 6th fleet. Then the cover up , press blackouts ,
threats to the Liberty crew if they spoke out, and how ? and who? really knew
before hand and authorised / allowed this to take place. There are good speculation
and reasons to why in the docs.

This one after you get used to the dramatic music in the background is stronger in
some ways especially the second part where many ex military experts make it
plane it was a blatant attack by Israel on America and the consequences should

This is a BBC doc from around 2001 , and shows the greater geo political
situation on the ground in the Sinai and middle east theatre . It shows
how Israel attacked the Egyptian airforce on the ground in a complete
surprise attack on its neighbours. I remember watching this at the time ,
but it did not have as much relevance to me then as it does now, and
how it ties into all these 'False flag' attacks and agendas.

It was obviously a pre meditated attack by Israeli forces against the Liberty,
jamming radio frequencies there was no doubt they knew they were attacking
an American vessel.

" WOW " Aprox 24 mins in they start discussing how bombers from USS America
were being armed with nuclear bombs to retaliate against Egypt , the presumed
attackers of the Liberty .( As planned by Israel to blame Egypt by using unmarked
planes). This begs the question who in Washington knew this ? This is when
McNamara recalled the planes , but would not authorise the sending of conventional
fighters. later President Johnson came on the phone to confirm the order not to
send help .They were not prepared to embarrass Israel , the narrator says.

Mcnamara comes on the doc and basically lies thru his teeth saying he did not
order planes not to take off , and did not order a cover up !!!

This is a good account so far and firmly suggests the 'false flag' was to get America
to attack Egypt , thus automatically siding with Israel and supporting them against
any possible Soviet intervention.


Aprox 44 mins...In 1997 two years before he died Capt Mc Gonagal of the Liberty
broke his silence that this was a US/Israel conspiracy, that if his ship had been
sunk with the loss of the entire crew, and blamed on Egypt it would draw the US
into the conflict. Then the narrator say they found evidence that this was part of
a mossad and CIA plan to invade Egypt and get rid of President Nassa .A plan
code named Cyanide , A key figure James Angleton Israel's closest ally in the CIA.
As part of Cyanide American CIA and military operatives were helping the Israeli
airforce in its attack on Egypt and supplied some surveillance and logistic support.

McNamara again said on camera" I do not want to discuss the Liberty " This
time it was obvious he was lie thru his teeth about the cover up !!


Actually this should have been the main post...LOL...The BBC did do many excellent
documentaries , as well as some duds. The hunt for Bin Ladin and the war on terror
was very good. Though most of the 9/11 conspiracies docs are rubbish .

along time. The Veterans today guest was the only one who knew anything about
the Liberty attack and operation Cyanide. The other two basically called him a
