Your "yums" about blood sausage above make me - perhaps - regret a freshly made blood sausage an older lady gave me as a gift. I put it in the back corner of my frig, never having seen anything like it in my life before. I never ate it, but thought how kind she was. Her smile let me understand she thought highly of this thing she had made.

BTW my city is where the original morcillas are done. Morcillas de Burgos, if anyone like to have some just let me know, i´ll send it to you. I don´t take as much as i used to becouse i am moving towards vegy, but they are wonderfully tasty.
