well I messaged a friend who has done the liver cleanse just after I wrote the last post, and he said that it is normal to feel sick, and to lay on my right side with knees curled up and head on 2 pillow to stop the acid reflux...it worked...(I don't have the book)...

    Hi Amethyst,

Just saw your post in my thread and very happy to know that you have removed the first batch of toxins from your liver.

Can only come online and respond now as I am taking a short break from my intensive meditation retreat.

Your body will do everything it takes to remove all those toxins as they were on their way out through the gut; the more toxic the stones or sensitive your body is, the more unpleasant the process can be. It will usually subside within a day or two.

That is why the colonic is so important, especially when you reach the stones lodged deeper in the liver. I started to pass only the denser and non-green colored stones in around the 15th flush, and had to do the colonic no more than a day from the flush or I will see serious and adnormal acne growths with a couple days. These stones are usually much more toxic than the green colored imps.

When you reach this phase, you may also start to see how you as a person will start to change as you shed habits and ways of thinking that no longer serve you in your spiritual growth.

    Updated the diary.

I realized that the most effective way of detox is to fast. But most people are too toxic these days that it can be dangerous for them to do so. Even for liver flushes, some people are already experiencing strong reactions so who knows what is going to happen to the future generation as they are getting batteries of GMOs and vaccines way more than we used to.

The big green ones are no stones.

These are soap stones, which is a chemical product of the oil, bile, magnesium sulfate, and chemicals from the pancreas.
When you store them and wait some days you can watch those "stones" decomposing into oil and water.

Soap "stones" are soft. You can squeeze them with your fingers. They disintegrate after a while into an oily fluid. Real stones are solid.

Yes there also come real stones out of the body, but normally only during the first and second liver flush. They are small like rice corns. Also there are will be small grains of calcium sediments.

Please look at my post in natalias thread to see images of the real gallstones (1st liver flush) and sediments (4th liver flush).
BTW personally I did not feel any positive effect of my 6 liver flushes. But I am happy about getting rid of my small gallstones. So it is usefull.

These intrahepatic stones are indeed supposed to be soft. They are still termed as "stones" because they are usually coagulated around a bacteria group, or other toxic bodies. They only become hardened when they are stuck in the organs long enough, which often happens in the galbladder. The cholesterol wraps around toxic bodies to protect the organs, just as how it will coat the arteries and protect them from further damage should there be any compromise to the lining. They do not disintegrate in the body and will grow in size as more toxins are trapped by these porous stones.

These soft intrahepatic stones are actually the main culprits for creating the environment for an impaired immune system, not just the hard ones that cause agony when stuck in the cystic duct.

This issue has been thoroughly discussed at this forum: http://www.curezone.org/forums/f.asp?f=447&c=0.

I highly recommend everyone who are interested in liver flushes to do a thorough research.

A few days ago was my 29th flush and it was one of the more successful if not the best one because I felt the general sense of blockage in the torso region cleared after so many months of flushing. The persistence is paying off.

A few important observations have been added to the opening post so please check if you have read it before because I made some changes as well.

First, the pictures, followed by time log. Decided that I do not need to post pictures of the last few flushes since they look almost the same as the earlier ones. Will now only add once there are interesting observations to share.

These intrahepatic 'stones' in the liver will grow in size gradually, as they get coated layer after layer and hardening in the process. Observe that it has a darkened green interior compared to the new, lighter green 'stones'.

The lighter hued green 'stones' came rolling out right after the biggest 1 inch 'stone' popped out. Notice the darkened ones? Almost black. These are the older 'stones'.

The main batch. More stones of at least 1cm large came out after I cleared this mess each time I visited the washroom (for about 3-4 more times).

    29th Flush (2nd September 2015)

2nd Sep (water fasted for the whole day):
08.30pm - 2nd and last dose of epsom salt. Drank a lot of water after 30 minutes.
09.00pm - Bowel movement and thus did not do enema. Start preparing juice and oil mixture, using half a large pink grapefruit and 2 lemons.
10.00pm - Took oil mixture and stayed motionless for the next 50 minutes. Could not sleep for most of the night. No obvious pains but could not sit (meditate) as there seemed to be some sort of general discomfort and restlessness. Did some cleaning up of the room instead.

    3rd Sep:
04.00am - Managed to grab some rest. Set alarm for 5.55am and made sure it is working.
06.00am - First epsom salt dose, took lots of water 30 mins after but felt strange that there was no bowel movement. Started to feel really nauseous; first time after all the flushes. General discomfort was more pronounced.
07.00am - No bowel movement. I usually have bowel movement sometimes even before the 1st epsom salt dose in the morning.
08.00am - 2nd epsom salt dose, and could not take in any more fluid after that; as though the stomach could not take in anything else. Restless and decided to do and something told me I should do an enema.
10.00am - After preparing the materials for enema and ready to commence, the stones started to come out and the sight of the huge 1 inch stone explained all the discomfort I was experiencing. All the smaller stones came flushing out after that.

    4th and 5th Sep:
Very tired upon waking up for the next 2-3 days, not wanting to get up from the bed. The rest of the days were fine. Never felt like this before. The body must have required a lot more deep sleep to recover from this large unloading.

I finally understood where the general discomforts were coming from. It seems that once the deeper stones move closer to the exit of the liver, the build-up will cause the body to be uncomfortable. Our mood may be cranky for that period as well.

Glad I returned to the 'once in 3 weeks' flush schedule. Now I am ready to welcome 21st September and beyond, with far greater inner peace and trust.
