How about the thyroid problems in other countries?

And people still want more nuclear reactors... Very foolish.

‘The real picture of the seriousness of the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan is being
covered up by governments and corporations putting people’s lives further at risk.

Fukushima will most probably go down in history as the biggest cover-up of the 21st
Century as citizens are not being informed about the actual risks and dangers. The real
picture of the seriousness of the situation is being covered up by governments and
corporations, according to Robert Hunziker, an environmental journalist.

Tens of thousands of Fukushima residents fled the area after the horrific disaster of March
2011. Some areas on the peripheries of Fukushima have reopened to former residents, but
many people are hesitant to return home because of widespread distrust of government
    claims that it is safe.’

What’s Really Going On At Fukushima?

‘Fukushima’s still radiating, self-perpetuating, immeasurable, and limitless, like a horrible
incorrigible Doctor Who monster encounter in deep space.

Fukushima will likely go down in history as the biggest cover-up of the 21st Century.
    Governments and corporations are not leveling with citizens about the risks and dangers;
similarly, truth itself, as an ethical standard, is at risk of going to shambles as the glue
that holds together the trust and belief in society’s institutions. Ultimately, this is an
    example of how societies fail.

Tens of thousands of Fukushima residents remain in temporary housing more than four
years after the horrific disaster of March 2011. Some areas on the outskirts of Fukushima
have officially reopened to former residents, but many of those former residents are
reluctant to return home because of widespread distrust of government claims that it
    is okay and safe.’

This is one of the most blatant examples of media blanket denial/ignoring of a massive issue
Potentially it is nearly an ELE due to the sheer amount of Uranium etc that is there and uncontained

TOTAL MELTDOWN means that some of this very hot waste is burning into the rock strata without any control or counter measures. When this hits pockets of ground water we can expect to see uncontrolled seepage of extremely radioactive and contaminated water into the ocean. What we have seen so far is only a taster of what is to come.

If we lived in an un corrupted transparent society we would be hearing about a global programme to develop ways of digging down and extracting this material. Or building underground containment. or whatever. The key technology would be robotics, which is a specialty in Japan.

We are we not hearing about stuff like this? Is it being kept a secret? No! The big secret is that forces unknown are STOPPING the vast human ingenuity and resources from fixing things. Somebody wants the worst case scenario.
    Sorry to be so dark

    God bless

‘Vicki Nelson, founder of Fukushima Friends (emphasis added): We have a home that’s open for
them to come and experience some time of respite and eat different food. What we’ve been
experiencing also is that every single person that comes has reaction to the change as soon as
they come here. There’s been people who have vomited, they’ve been having nosebleeds,
they’ve been dizzy, they’ve been very ashen in color.

Libbe HaLevy, host: This is once they have left Japan? In other words, it is the lack of the radiation
that allows them to then have these reactions?

Nelson: It’s like it is expelling from their body. There’s diarrhea, there’s nosebleeds— almost every
single person has had nosebleeds on their pillow. I find blood, and they don’t want to tell me that
they have these reactions, they’re embarrassed. Tokiko’s son [from Koriyama, Fukushima]vomited
the whole first week practically, and had diarrhea. We actually took him to the hospital because we
felt that he was dehydrated. They did run tests, and they said yes he was dehydrated. So he was
kept overnight at the Hilo hospital on the big island and cared for.’

Cover Up – Mainstream Reporting on Fukushima a Joke

    By Terrence Newton

‘It has been over four years since the 9.0 magnitude Tōhoku earthquake and ensuing
catastrophic tsunami leveled the Pacific coast of Japan, setting off a nuclear meltdown
at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant. Radiation has been pouring into the ocean, into
the earth below, and into the air for over 1500 days now and there is still zero sense
of urgency on the part of the government and world leaders to seriously address this
    blooming catastrophe.

All efforts to stop the meltdown and clean up the radiation have been left in the hands
of TEPCO, Japan’s energy company that has been proven time and again to be inept
and unprepared to confront a disaster of this sort.

The mainstream media, for its part, appears to be complicit in a cover-up of the effects
that Fukushima radiation is already having on our environment and on human and
animal health, and instead insists on omitting most news on the matter, or seriously
dumbing down reports of the fallout.’

Fukushima disaster: 'Mutant flowers' found near ground zero four years after nuclear meltdown

    By Kirstie McCrum

A Twitter user has shared an image of a plant mutation which he claims was taken just over
60 miles from the centre of the incident

Deformed: Mutant flowers have been spotted near the site of the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster

‘The Fukushima nuclear disaster shocked the world when it happened four years ago – and the impact is still ongoing.

Images of flowers taken near ground zero in Fukushima, Japan, have surfaced online, showing daisies which appear to be malformed.

A tsunami which hit the Fukushima Daichii nuclear plant caused the power station to have a meltdown on March 11, 2011.

Although there was enough warning to clear the region of residents, there are still areas which are termed ‘red zones’ and are not safe for people to enter.’

Japan is restarting its first nuclear reactors since the Fukushima disaster. But
despite improved safety standards, public opposition remains high. What will
it take to regain the Japanese public's faith in nuclear power, and can the
current government afford to continue with its unpopular policy of restoring
the country's nuclear capacities? Oksana is joined by Takuya Hattori, the
former President of the Japan Nuclear Industrial Forum to power through
    these issues.

TEPCO Officials to be Tried for Role in Fukushima Meltdown

By ickonic on 5th August 2015 Corporate Crime, Coverups, Medical/Health

    Fukushima-Daiichi-007

‘A Japanese citizens’ judicial committee has overruled government prosecutors and forced
to bring three former executives of the Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) to trial on charges
of criminal negligence for their inability to prevent the 2011 nuclear disaster at the Fukushima
Daiichi nuclear power plant. But it appears unlikely that the defendants can be convicted.

The decision by the panel of 22 anonymous citizens, was reached July 17 but not announced
until July 31. It overrules two previous decisions by the Tokyo prosecutors not to indict the
former executives. The defendants are Tsunehisa Katsumata, 75, chairman of Tokyo Electric

Power Co. at the time of the crisis, along with Sakae Muto, 65, and Ichiro Takekuro, 69, who
were then vice presidents of the utility.

Decisions by the prosecutors in September 2013 and in January 2015 said they lacked sufficient
evidence to bring criminal charges against the three men. In response, the citizens’ panel voted
twice to demand the former executives’ indictment, trumping the prosecutors’ decisions.’

Typhoon causes even more radioactive water to flow into Pacific Ocean at crippled Fukushima plant

‘Heavy rains from Typhoon Nangka caused radioactive water and soil to flow from the crippled
Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant and into the Pacific Ocean, plant operator Tokyo Electric
    Power Company (TEPCO) has admitted.

The Fukushima plant has been shuttered since three of its reactors melted down following a March
2011 earthquake and tsunami. Since then, TEPCO has struggled to contain the constant flow of
rainwater into the plant’s flooded basements, where the water comes in contact with the reactor
cores and becomes radioactive. The company has tried everything from pumping and storing the
radioactive water (to keep it from building up so much that it spills back into the groundwater) to
building an “ice wall” to stem the flow, but radioactive water continues to spill into the ocean.’

Whales continue to die off in Pacific Ocean; scientists suspect Fukushima radiation at fault

Monday, August 10, 2015 by: Natural News Staff
Tags: Fukushima radiation, whale deaths, Pacific Ocean

    ==========================================================

    Dead-Beached-Whale

‘Whales have been dropping like flies in the Gulf of Alaska. Approximately nine whale carcasses
were sighted in late May and early June. Now, fisherman have spotted five more decomposing
whales, a fin whale and four humpbacks to add to the death toll.

The first two whale deaths reported in May sparked a flurry of attention from government agencies,
including the Marine Mammal Stranding Network, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation,
NOAA, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.

No one knows what caused the death of the whales; however, scientists are narrowing in on the kernel
of truth as they weed out possibilities. What scientists do know is that all the whales appear to have
    died around the same time.’

    Warmth-induced algae blooms theory debunked

The Gulf of Alaska waters have been warm lately. A working hypothesis was that the whales were dying
from domoic acid, which is a toxin produced by warmth-induced algae blooms. This did not seem entirely
implausible, since the whales share similar eating habits. Nevertheless, this hypothesis was ruled out after
test results taken from a partially decomposing fin whale carcass came back negative.

Samples have only been taken from one whale carcass so far. Researchers are still awaiting the results
on two others tests for paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) and cesium-137.

"We do not have conclusive evidence to link their mortality to algal blooms but continue to sample
water/plankton/shellfish with a network of folks statewide," Kate Wynne, a marine mammal specialist
investigating the whale deaths, told sources in an email. "Hopefully, by monitoring current conditions
and tracking/recording carcasses, we will be quicker to note and respond to a future event if it happens."

The mainstream media has cited a rise in ocean temperatures and acidity as possible causes of the whale
deaths while ignoring the presence of cesium-137, a radioactive isotope with a 30-year half-life released
    from Fukushima.

    Ocean, continue reading at FukushimaWatch.com.

Quote Even more alarming is the fact that the particular type of nuclear reactor

‘Visible from the hills above where I live in Somerset is the proposed site of one of the
craziest, most worrying projects the government has put its hand to.

Ministers led by David Cameron want to allow the French state-owned energy company
EDF to spend the best part of ten years building a new nuclear power plant next to an
old one at Hinkley Point, Bridgwater, looking across the Bristol Channel to Wales, at a
    cost of more than £24billion.

This is equivalent to the combined costs of the vast Crossrail project in London, the
revamping of Terminal 2 at Heathrow and the 2012 London Olympics, all put together.
Indeed the cost of just this one power station promises to be as much as half the
estimated £50 billion bill for of the HS2 high-speed rail link, the most expensive
    engineering project planned in Britain.’

Ministers led by David Cameron want to allow the French state-owned energy company
EDF to spend the best part of ten years building a new nuclear power plant next to an
    old one at Hinkley Point

The Hinkley Point scheme, which will be partly financed by a huge tranche of cash from
the Chinese, is so absurdly expensive the government could only persuade EDF to build
it by agreeing that it could charge nearly double its present wholesale cost for the
electricity it will produce. This will be passed on to us all through our electricity bills,
at a guaranteed, inflation-proof price for 35 years.

Athough the European Commission in Brussels has agreed to this highly dubious arrangement
(we may well ask why we need to get its permission to go ahead in the first place), this
colossal subsidy has so enraged Austria’s anti-nuclear government that it is taking the UK
deal to the European Court of Justice on the grounds that it contravenes the EU’s state subsidy rules.

This is the least of the practical objections to giving the Hinkley project the go-ahead however.
Equally worrying is that, in return for all that vast subsidy paid by ordinary Britons to a French
state-owned company, we will be getting only a relatively small amount of electricity (a capacity
at any one time of up to 3,200 megawatts) at a ludicrously inflated price.

For that same £24billion, an estimate that could well rise much further in the future, we could
get 20 new gas-fired power stations. These would be capable of generating 40,000 megawatts,
or more than 12 times as much electricity as the new Hinkley, at little more than half the price
charged to us consumers, and without a penny being paid to the French in subsidy.

The Hinkley Point scheme, which will be partly financed by a huge tranche of cash
from the Chinese, is so absurdly expensive the government could only persuade
EDF to build it by agreeing that it could charge nearly double its present wholesale
cost for the electricity it will produce

Even more alarming is the fact that the particular type of nuclear reactor EDF wants
us to buy, known as the European Pressurised Reactor, has already become highly
controversial and has been riddled with design problems.

The evidence for saying this is to be found in the two European Pressurised
Reactors EDF is already involved in building in Normandy and Finland.

Both have encountered such serious design and construction problems that they
are running years over schedule and billions of euros over budget. Energy analysts
say we would have been better off going for an Advanced Pressure Reactor, the
APR1400, of the type South Korean engineers have been successfully building in
the United Arab Emirates — on time, on budget and at half the cost of Hinkley Point.

In other words, Britain, which once led the world in nuclear reactor technology, is
buying one of the craziest, most expensive white elephants imaginable: a power
station which, if it does eventually perform as required, will not be ready for at
least another eight years to produce a comparatively small amount of the most
costly nuclear electricity in the world. It is little wonder that the project has been
    coming under withering criticism.

Fukushima 2.0: Japan Re-Starts Nuclear Plant Near Active Volcano

    By Washington's Blog

    Global Research, August 18, 2015

    Washington's Blog 17 August 2015

    ‘We reported last October:

Scientists warned that an earthquake could take out Fukushima. The Japanese ignored the
warning … and even tore down the natural seawall which protected Fukushima from tidal waves.

Fukushima is getting worse. And see this and this.

Have the Japanese learned their lesson? Are they decommissioning nuclear plants which are
    built in dangerous environments?

    Of course not!’

Instead, they’re re-starting a nuclear plant near a volcano which is about to blow …

A month ago, there was an eruption at Mt. Ontake:

Screenshot from Youtube Video shot on September 29th of Mount erupting. 57 hikers were killed by the explosion

But – as Newsweek reports – a nuclear plant only 40 miles away will be re-started anyway:

Epidemic of sea mammal deaths explodes as Fukushima radiation contaminates one-third of the earth

Epidemic of sea mammal deaths explodes as Fukushima radiation contaminates one-third of the earth

Wednesday, August 19, 2015 by: David Gutierrez, staff writer

‘Dead and dying sea mammals continue to wash ashore at unusual and alarming rates along the California
coast. Scientists are stumped, suggesting that the cause may be food shortages caused by abnormally warm
waters – but unsure of what has caused the ocean off the California coast to warm so rapidly.

Meanwhile, the radioactive plume released into the Pacific Ocean following the Fukushima nuclear disaster
draws ever closer to North America’s western coast. At the same time, radioactive material is still pouring
into the sea from the Fukushima site. Could the ongoing radioactive poisoning of the Pacific and the dying
of its marine mammals be related?’

    Whales, dolphins now affected

On July 6, San Francisco news outlets reported the discovery of a large dead dolphin that had washed ashore
at nearby Ocean Beach. While one death might not be particularly unusual, a dead sea lion pup and a dead
adult elephant seal were also found washed up at the same beach, on the same day.

In the few months prior, numerous dead whales had washed up along the nearby coast.

At the same time, literally thousands of dead and dying sea lions have been beaching themselves from San
Francisco to San Diego. In the first three months of the year, more than 1,800 sea lions - many of them
starving and sickly juveniles - were found on beaches or in coastal back yards. More than a thousand of
these sea lions beached themselves in March alone.

"You could equate it to a war zone," said Keith Matassa of the Pacific Marine Mammal Center.

Three of five years since 2011 - the year of the Fukushima disaster - have seen abnormally high numbers
of sea lion strandings.Mainstream scientists are not pointing the finger at radiation, however. Instead, they
suspect that marine mammals are dying due to a food shortage caused by abnormally warm ocean
temperatures. And they may have a point: Temperatures between San Francisco and Monterey are an
astonishing 5 degrees warmer than normal for the time of year.

    Fukushima-Japan-Nuclear-Radiation-Disaster

‘In March 2011, a tsunami struck the coast of Japan that destroyed
three nuclear reactors and severely damaged a fourth nuclear reactor
at the Fukushima Daiichi site. The radioactive waste from the plant
has been bleeding into the neighboring forests and Pacific Ocean
for over four years. TEPCO, the company that oversees the plant,
consistently failed to contain the disaster. Hundreds of tons of water
are poured into the reactors each day in to keep nuclear reactors cool.
Now, TEPCO has admitted that the buildings at the Fukushima site are
sinking and will become more unstable with time.

TEPCO recently issued a report that highlights the depths to which the
reactor turbine buildings have plummeted. The report reads that the
Reactor 1 building sank by 730 mm, Reactor 2 by 725 mm, Reactor 3
by 710 mm, and Reactor 4 by 712 mm. In addition, the reference point
has sunk by 709 mm. The report also admits that the company knew
that the Fukushima plant has been sinking irregularly for quite some
time. Nevertheless, TEPCO has yet to report the height of the turbine
    buildings above sea level.’

How Worried Should We Be About Nuclear Fallout from Fukushima?

By David Icke on 23rd August 2015 Corporate Crime, Coverups, Illuminati Criminals, Medical/Health

‘Last week, amid anti-nuclear protests, Japan restarted its first nuclear reactor since the Fukushima disaster
in March 2011. Despite strong opposition, including from former prime minister Naoto Kan, Kyushu Electric
put one of the two reactors at its Sendai facility along the nation’s southwestern coast back online. The
second is scheduled to restart in October.

In the face of opinion polls showing most voters oppose restarting the country’s nuclear power generation,
prime minister Shinzo Abe argued that it is not economically feasible to keep importing foreign oil and natural
gas, and that the nation’s increasing dependence on thermal energy threatens greenhouse gas emission
reduction goals. But as Japan’s concerns about its nuclear future grip the nation, North America continues
to worry about the ongoing fallout caused by the Fukushima meltdown as ocean currents carry radioactivity
to the western coasts of Canada and the United States.’
