If you listen to the explosion, you will hear a multitude of smaller explosions indicative of munitions being exploded. After the explosion there are small arms fired but listen to the explosion itself. All sides of the war have munitions stockpiles to supply their front line. They wouldn't want all their weapons on the front line so instead they find a hiding spot to store it. This is likely an air dropped bomb on one such stockpile.
We know that depleted uranium is used in many modern munitions so I wouldn't doubt the possibility of a neutron bomb being used. I just don't think this is one.
