Here in Brazil, so far, it seems that what was felt was a reflection of the earthquake in Chile. There were 50 calls to the fire department of the city of São Paulo (SP - São Paulo state). Some people felt their building tremble and left home. Same thing in the city of Santa Maria (RS - Rio Grande do Sul state). But nothing crumbled nor there were any victims.

Explains my weird symptoms and feelings during the past few days, couldn't foresee anything like this though.

This is quite concerning. I hope everybody stays safe! I think we should all send good vibes and hope for no tsunamis. Those are sometimes worse than the quakes themselves. Everybody think positively!

As I read here, earthquakes in Brazil happen, indeed, but are so small that the population don't even notice it. There were 2 or 3 major ones in the history of the country. About five other brazilian cities reported reflections of today's event. São Paulo's fire department said that there were no risk situations and that there is no reason for alarm. But people got scared. That's really unusual, felling earthquakes here.

Might get some fair size pops in Colombia/Ecuador pressure moving and Japan's been quiet for awhile. Northern India maybe. But still feeling unsteady.
Trust me Japans never quiet. Only the huge ones get all the attention but some of those small ones are nasty and it's those small snappy ones that scare me the most.
Only last week I came off a cruise ship and got back to my place in Tokyo to find everything off the shelves. The locals said it was just a 5.2 but it was right beneath us. We had hundreds of 7.1 aftershocks after 3-11 2011 and they didn't damage anything. Christchurch NZ was practically wiped from the face of the earth by a 6.7. The jolts I felt in Christchurch were much more terrifying.

Anyway hopefully this is just nothing in Chile and it will blow over. I'm also feeling unsteady and I'll be on on cruise ships throughout the rest of September with no internet. Hence my lurking around these threads.
I live in an area that never gets earthquakes (very minor nearby ones) but I like to study them. I want to know how nature is working. Some day I will experience one but I prefer my house doesn't.

Just wanted to note that I too have been feeling very much out of sorts for the past two days, starting from yesterday (Tuesday) morning and has steadily grown worse to this evening (Wednesday).

I do hope that my location (PacNW) has nothing to do with this.

We are on 7 over 6 magnitude earthquakes in Chile alone. And 9 total but the day soon ends here. Chile is not calming down.

Four of the seven quakes are at 10km people.

    This is an attack..........

Harald Kautz-Vella has stated, on one of the Bases interviews, that HAARP, when tuned to Earthquake Frequency, can only penetrate to 10km.

Now, either Harald has an exceptional talent for guessing, in which case I'm going to e-mail him and ask him to pick some lottery numbers for me, or............... there is something to this. on EMSC's list of quakes, of the last seventeen reported, eleven of them have been between 8 and 11km.

What are the chances of that people?

    Regards.

Today at 4 pm(ish) EST we had an earthquake off Warnambool, a town on the south/western coast of Victoria Australia which was reported to be 4.5. We don't get earthquakes in Australia very often--- like almost never!!! So far we have had 2 in the last few months! Small ones I admit--- but unusual to the point of 'what on earth is happening!'

That was the same one (it was the second or third of the long day's activity) that was originally reported as a 7.7. It was upgraded soon after.

The plate there was ringing like a gong. The good thing is that a whole sequence of 6's (releasing tectonic stress each time) is far preferable to a single 9.

I was in bed with a migraine all yesterday, had an electrical fuzzy ringing in my head for a few days now (like sitting by a TV on standby) and pressure across the bridge of my nose. Its eased off this morning but still not right.

The earthquakes all share a similar depth...is that normal or should we be looking towards the shiva sign?!

This thread has really flipped me out a bit. Seeing so many of you talk about strange headaches has my wife and I in awe. I never get headaches but have had a nagging one the last few days. My wife, too, has had one and came home talking of being nauseated yesterday. What the heck is going on here??!!

I don't really know for sure Matt, but I guess it's something to do with the pressure building up? I get the same when there is a storm moving in, but not as bad as this. And never usually accompanied by this constant 'buzzy' sound either...

My interest is in the exact geographical locations of the given earthquakes. I'd like to check them against ley line grids.

also, we had a partial eclipse that grazed the given pole, a few days back.

It's like spinning a top by hitting or grazing (sliding the hand past) the top area, near the spin axis. It can be seriously, er, 'differential' inducing.

Think of focused/lensed gravitational/'dark matter' fields passing through one another like water mixing in water, and you'll get the general idea.

The next eclipse happens on the 27th.
