World-Wide IBIS network in Germany, South America, Canada, USA, France, Kazakhstan, Australia, New Zealand.
Currently accepted as 1293 children involved in UK.
Project initiated- July 10th 1972.
Location- Tavistock Institute, London- Dr Green ( Joseph Mengele ), Dr Red, and Dr Blue in attendance.

Predock Centre- Glassburn, Scotland.
'Bennington Place'- Codename for NSA/MI6/CIA safehouse in South London.
Film 'Babylon A.D' most likely based on one female member of IBIS from Kazakhstan region- theme- girl with telepathic abilities is transported from orphanage in area to the United States by a mercenary.
