Default Do you think it's possible we're on the brink of a nuclear war...

I think we could be heading towards wwIII with whats going on in the middle east and Russia getting involved. It really does seem we are heading towards it. I heard the aliens wont let nuclear war happen but somehow I don't think they would stop it. We are heading towards destroying this planet and there is not anything any one can do about it.

I live in New York you know that's gonna be one of the first places they drop the bomb New York is always a target. I doubt ill survive.

I believe we have done something about it. We create our realities; as a species we have collectively 'uncreated' the potential of a nuclear war already, because if it could happen, it surely would have happened years ago. I do not believe there will be a nuclear war. By panicking and running you offer your consent to this potential. Have no fear. Put a big red ‘X’ through it and continue to live your life in peace.

    Fear is the mind killer.

I think this is a strong probability. Did you listen to Bill Ryans interview with Rebekah Roth? She suggests that there may be some sort of nuclear 9/11. Not in a sense of big bombs dropped like on Hiroshima, but smaller tactical nukes that impact many places at once, and yes New York would probably be one of the targets.

I think fear is important, if you don't let it bring you to your knees, but rather is a useful tool if it brings you to action. I personally would not chose to live in a city at this point in history. I am not sure what your options or obligations to live in New York City are, but if your heart is not there, or you don't completely love it, follow your instincts and relocate somewhere else.

I disagree with Star Mariner that by running you give your consent to this potential, but by following your heart and gut and running from the tsunami you allow yourself to escape this potential affecting you.

I don't think anything is off the table for the psychopathic elite.

Nuclear weapons were used on New York in 2001, Japan in 2011, Syria in 2013, Gaza in 2014, Yemen and China in 2015...

at this point anyone hoping for ETs to help stop a nuclear war should know better

did they not stop them because it wasn't an end of world scenario?

If it was, would they step in?

Question, of all the countries, Nations, Governments in this world, By the way the only one we all think we have in this entire universe, who is the only one that every used nuclear weapons on another nation? Could it be that the US or even Israel will use the nuclear weapons again simply because this mafioso government and their military industrial complex has done it before. Kinda like murder, once a person murders or kills another human being then it becomes easier the second time.
Rocky has it right this nasty bankster run world of death governments are nothing but psychopathic murderers and Money is their God. So short of an intervention either divine or a mass awakening in this world we be looking at destruction on mass scales from these insane freaks.

Get the hell out of the big cities if you can. we do have a greater awakening going on but will it be enough and soon enough to stop the total insanity? Don/t know at this time but do my best to inform all those around me and see them informing others so we get to hope for the 100th monkey.

One other thing here, If it comes SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE. LOVE YOU.

I don't think it's particularly healthy to be contemplating the imminence of a nuclear war every time there's a geopolitical skirmish.

I'd be interested to know what age you are (OP). Did you grow up in the era of the cold war or did you arrive after that ?

I remember in the 70's and 80's being paranoid as hell about nuclear conflict. Possibly due to the fact that my mum was in the CND (campaign for nuclear disarmament) so I was more aware of it than most. Maybe that paranoia was justified and maybe it wasn't but one thing I do now know - it sure was a hell of a waste of time.

If you really want to move out of the city, do it because you prefer the smell of fresh flowers to fresh espresso - not because you think a 50 megaton nuclear planet ending bomb is going to land on top of you.

    Peace !

(P.S. Anyway, if there ever is a nuclear war, the place to be for minimum discomfort is right under the bomb - not 100 miles away from it, so I'd stick with the espresso if I were you )

Then move to Hoboken. You'll be fine.

This is a collaborative hologram. The collective long ago decided nuclear war was not an option. EDIT: Small scale nukes may have been deployed, but things are kept within certain bounds.

Well indigopete, I was raised in the 50's and remember the drills in school and how we had to hide under our desks. Can you believe that, What kind of bull crap is that. I am sure that a desk is going to protect you it a nuke goes off just out side the window. Yeh you be right it was such a total wast of time. Well anyway aside from nukes we survived riding in the back of pickup trucks, we survived riding in cars without seat belts. we survived being or having our butts beat by mommy and daddy when we did something that deserved it. Just think of all the things we survived that kids today don't have to deal with and just look at the mentality. Tech, government, bull bull bull bull geez its wonder that any one today can survive anything what with CPS and The entire bull bull bull oh and don't forget common Core. Yes I want to be right under that bomb. Crap wait a minute, I have a desk I can hide under.

Why fear anything. Death in this physical life is a certainty. Life is about learning to overcome fear.
Worry about the nuclear war when it happens.

In the meantime go outside and plant something and watch it grow.

Sadly, as we begin to enter a deflationary period war of some kind will most likely be the solution. It always has been. What else get the economy spinning again like another war? But I think I will take the advice of Professor Cambell and just let it go. It's just not worth the fear.

    I love you guys, Pam

    No.
I don't believe that. I think some entities are harvesting our fear, making us feel or believe it may happen though.
For them it's good, it is not only because of the loads of nourishment (fear enegry) they're getting from it, but also to try to makes us create that reality (by thinking about it, believeing it , etc...).
But for good or worse I know there are also other entities who have an interest in this planet and wouldn't let such a massive destruction take place.
For them it is ok if we want to kill each other, they'll respect that. But to destroy more of the life on the planet would not be allowed.
I'm not saying they're good guys, or here to save us humans, though.
I'm actually more worried about humanity being wiped out off of the planet for attempting to start a nuclear war than for a nuclear war really happening.

And also since I'm a kid I had the feeling that the 3rd WW would be more about people rebelling against the oppression of governments and governments attempting to take all our rights and freedom away, than about countries bombing each other.

But it doesn't need to come to that, People are super powerfull when they stick toghether. This is one of the factors that contribute to me believing that the most important thing about this era is decentralizing power structures and making yourself as independent as possible.
because our power lies in the numbers i think is important to get closer to your "neighbours", to be part of a close knit community.
-Maybe start community projects around your area, or joining some... Getting close to people in your neighborhood, helping and supporting each other.
-Buying from local artisans, local farmers, etc. instead of shop at chain stores is a big help against the big corporations that are trying to take over.
-If you have a garden or a front lawn grow your own food on it as much as you can. But use "original" seeds and not GMOs, so nobody would be able to come to tax you for them in the future (is also better for the plantet).
-Also store these seeds. And trade them with your neighbours. We all know that watever you get in a supermarket nowadays is not healthy anyway so it can't hurt, right? ANd it will do a lot for humanity against the attempt to monopolize and poison our food by gmo companies like monsanto, etc. .
-Share and trade food with your neighbours, specially if it's from yur own garden. There's lots of movements doing that, for example "#food is free", #save our seeds, and so much more.
Such movements are waking an incredible amount of people up every day. They also have a really big impact on people's minds and help to get us off of this "scarcity and fear mindset" most of us live in.
-Stay healthy as much as you can.
-Instead of buying bottled water and sodas, etc..., invest that money in a good water filter. It's much better.
-If you are afraid of crisis, economical break down, etc... Well, stuck up on food and water for several weeks. Nobody knows if you'll need it, but it will give you peace of mind to have it! And that's also impotant.
    - If you have the possibility of solar power, wind turbines, etc. Where you live... go for it.
-Stop buying **** you don't need. Learn to live more minimalistic, get rid of clutter and stuff you don't use. You may even make some money from all the clutter and use it for something usefull. Having to pay a giant morgage for a big house when you could also be living more simply in a smaller one, or being tied up paying for an expensive car is in my point of view, also clutter. Most of the people I know here in Germany are trapped by these kinds of things. And since a couple of years they've been noticing that I live very simply and I'm happier than them. And they're starting to get jealous. LOL. I just hope they'll have the guts to free themselves as much as they can too. It's much better than being jealous.
-I'm living in a small city at the moment, but aiming to leave the city and go live in the country side as soon as I can. Living on the land my not be as comfortable for many but it sure gives you a lor more freedom.
    - Learn how to repair things yourself as much as you can. Or making your own furniture, or how to grow a garden, or how to preserve foods, or... Whatever that is usefull and practical. Maybe sharing your skills with others would be good too. Teaching and learning from other people. You could even make a little money teaching others.
-Trade with people close to you. It would help you too.
-Learn how to live more ecologically, doing as less damage to the environmet as possible. This will be good for all of us. Inform yourself about the environmental impact and consequences of your daily choices. What does your food cause? The clothes you buy? Where do they come from? What happens with all the trush you produce? Are there other, better ways of doing things? Wich ones? ANd wich work for you?

I could go on for days... There is so much we can do to help each other and make a better world. Is just about taking our power back. Is about taking responsibility.
Even when living in cities there's something we can do. The question is if we do it or not.

    Thats just my two cents.
~May the light shine with you. And within you~
