Will and I have formulated this Declaration for those who wish to add their voice and intent to the following:

Declaration of Sovereignty and Petition to our Galactic Brothers and Sisters for Assistance.

Instructions:

This is not a signed petition that you send to someone - you just read it out loud.

You may share this with others who may wish to add their voices to the petitioning of Higher Forces for assistance and intervention.

You can do this Declaration and Petition for Assistance at any time that you feel is the right time for you, in the privacy of your own space.

In the petition, it is requested that you state your name after the opening word "I".

Overview:

The situation on our planet at present has reached a critical point.

If you feel that you want to do something, but have felt unsure of what to do, consider adding your voice to the many who are not in agreement with the actions and deceit of governments that claim to be the legitimate voices of the people.

We realize that the powers which are against us at this time are employing methods and technologies which we are not familiar with or in agreement of.

We understand that there are many ships in our skies filled with benevolent Galactic Beings who are watching and monitoring our progress.

We also understand that it is crucial that we bring Humanity and this Planet through to a higher level of frequency. This is vital to the health and well-being of not only Humankind, but also our beloved Mother Earth and all her Children.

We are clearing our personal templates and endeavouring to bring our levels of consciousness to a point where transformation is taking place. We are the Children of Mother Earth and also her Guardians. It is our responsibility to bring Humanity and the Planet through this challenging time.

Therefore we have the right to petition Divine Source and Spirit as well as our Galactic Brothers and Sisters for assistance. We ask that assistance is given to neutralize the effect of corrupt factions, whether Human, Extra-terrestrial or Intra-dimensional, who use manipulation and deception in order to enslave Humanity. We ask for any assistance whatsoever that will bring us to that point of transformation so that we can once again take our rightful place in the governing of our home Planet and our own lives.

To this end, we offer the petition that follows as a means by which the Individual and the Collective can declare themselves. Furthermore, through this petition to the High Spiritual Councils that oversee Humanity, we declare our own unique Sovereignty as autonomous Beings, as well as adding our voices to all other Sovereign Beings who request assistance and intervention at this crucial time.

"I (use your name) declare myself to be a Sovereign Human Being.

I exercise my right to request assistance from the High Council of the Central Sun and all other Councils that are aligned with the Central Council, that are involved with Humanity and Mother Earth.

As a Sovereign Being, I now petition the High Councils for assistance.

As a member of the Collective that is Humanity, with the rights of a Sovereign Being, I add my voice to the Collective that is seeking to awaken at this time. I request personal assistance in my spiritual life and the journey of my earthly existence, and am open to receive such assistance from those who are here, waiting to hear this request.

Furthermore, I add my voice to the Collective of awakening Sovereign Beings, the true voice of Humanity, in the request that assistance and intervention be given at this time to help Humanity as well as Mother Gaia to pass through the seas of turmoil that are affecting the Planet and the Solar System.

I speak this in full accordance to my rights as a Sovereign Being, to petition those Higher Forces that are waiting to be of assistance to Humanity, Mother Earth and all those who are seeking to evolve unhindered into the Light of Divine Spirit.

As sovereign beings we now have the opportunity and the right to petition our galactic brothers and sisters for assistance at this crucial time on planet Earth, when the PTW (Powers That Were) are throwing anything and everything at us in their desperate attempts to continue to control humanity.
This is not the same as asking to be rescued. As sovereign beings we are entitled to ask for assistance against technologies and methods being used against us by the PTW that we do not understand.

The ETs that have supervised earth for the last 13,500 years have said the only way they would intervene is - the evil cabal starts world war 3 and starts killing innocent people on a mass scale , then the possibility exists that they would intervene and give up their anonymity... The down side is there would be very strict rules placed upon us ... Look what would happen if earth scientists gained access to beamships and could cross the universe in a fraction of a second-galactic war just like the ancient past, we are not allowed access to greater power until we grow up spiritually, meaning we spend more time in the beyond which means no moe over breeding , we reincarnate too quickly missing the required 152 years in the beyond, as of now there is only 10 or 20 years between lifetimes, people remember past lives, and we aren't supposed to, it tears a wrinkle in creations plan...we as a planet must all grow up spiritually before we risk upsetting peace across the cosmos... The Plejaren have a 3.5 billion member federation to keep the peace in this universe, one great spacer contains 100,000 beamships, all for keeping the peace, there are many warrior races out there, we would add to that insane mindset... Not we but those on earth who always work against humanity, imagine the bush cabal setting eyes on owning three planets, then an entire galaxy,it would only lead to conflict and suffering... I say all this with mixed emotions, I think I know where your intentions lay , I just wouldn't wish the cancer on earth (ego,pride,selfishness, greed,fame,lies,) to even have the remote possibility of spreading across the beautiful cosmos, I couldn't live with knowing earth humans spread the problems of our world to others, l would rather contain it here, it's our problem our responsibility not those who have already been through it and solved it ... Exactly! They've been here forever, soooo...!!! They are just as guilty as we of what this whole thing has become. And I do not trust their little alien hearts to do what is best in any case. Who ever they are, they can be just as corrupt and manipulating as anyone, all the while looking and manifesting they shiny arses as full of love and light. We do this, we fix this or we go down with our ship. And if there are ones that can help , they will help without us asking for it. They have been doing it for millenia.

The galaxy is probably not heavenly but a larger jungle. The good guys would risk their entire race if they helped us. Why should they help us when we won't help ourselves? Well said. I truly like the sentiment and idea of mentally projecting as a collective a request for help, a prayer if you will, I'm just not sure if we should count in it for our collective salvation from forces we are unable or unwilling to overcome ourselves. We've all been praying now for quite some time, world peace for example...

If I declare every night during my meditation my sovereign nature, projecting thoughts for help from my taxes, will it change anything in the real sovereign realms that we all dwell? I doubt it very much. Only through my ideas and subsequent actions can i hope to effect real change. All of us can be and are unique and individual, however, everyone able to read this text on a screen is part of the system, part of real sovereign nations, we are not individual islands at all.

How long can your sovereign world exist before you need to buy food, tools, medicine, water, seeds, cloth, etc, etc? The true wild humans who need not for these things and are still truly sovereign haven't heard about the Internet or any of our other wonders... And their voices and prayers for their sovereign lands have always gone unanswered as we encroach into the wilds more every year...
