Default Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died today

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia passed away today of "natural causes" while visiting Texas (What is it with Texas??? Wasn't Cheney's hunting accident in Texas, too?) for a hunting trip.

Reports aren't giving many details nor is MSM mentioning the HUGE implications of his passing other than the expected Left Right bull$hit. Scalia was a relatively* sane, albeit conservative, pro-Constitutional Judge who in my opinion was necessary if there were ever to be a reversal of our increasing departure from Constitutionality.

*That's relative, of course. I found him way too conservative on most points, including his take on Roe v Wade, "no constitutional right to abortion...", affirmative action, gay rights, and on and on, however, it is that same conservativism that would defend the Constitution no matter what (God, I hope his death wasn't because of what??!), at total odds with our Constitutional lawyer-President (and the sneaky VP of his predecessor) who seems to be using his expertise to draw lines through much of that and the Bill of Rights.

    Justice Scalia On The Issues

    From CNN
    Quote
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has died at the age of 79
Scalia died in his sleep during a visit to Texas

(CNN)U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the leading conservative voice on the high court, has died at the age of 79, a government source and a family friend told CNN on Saturday.

His death set off an immediate debate about whether President Barack Obama should fill the seat in an election year. Obama said Saturday night that he plans to nominate a replacement, but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said the nomination should wait until the next president comes into office while top Democrat Harry Reid called for the seat to be filled "right away."

Scalia died in his sleep during a visit to Texas. A government official said Scalia went to bed Friday night and told friends he wasn't feeling well. He didn't get up for breakfast on Saturday morning, and the group he was with for a hunting trip left without him.

Someone at the ranch went in to check on him and found him unresponsive.

    RELATED: Antonin Scalia fast facts

The U.S. Marshals Service is helping to arrange for his body to be returned to his home in McLean, Virginia, an official told CNN, not to investigate his death.*

They were already present because marshals sometimes help supplement security for traveling justices.

*Since did we stop investigating deaths of out-of-State government Officials? (Hmmm....and in Texas, of all places. So, at least with JFK there was an autopsy of a body.)

Some of his opinions I hadn't paid enough attention to until now:

No disclosure needed by Cheney energy task force. (Jun 2004)
1st Amendment protects videogame violence as "speech". (Jun 2011)
Broad discretionary authority for the president. (May 2006)
Corporate political spending is free speech. (Jan 2010)
Guantanamo rights cause more Americans to be killed. (Jun 2008)

More of his ultra-conservative opinions are here at On The Issues

America is a poorer nation with the loss of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Say what you will about his body of work, but Justice Scalia was a staunch advocate for state's rights and saw the constitution as a contract with the American people.

Not a rubric, which could be changed on the whim of public opinion.

I respected his opinions on the dramatic overreach of Washington impinging on local rule.

I will miss his voice defending American's liberties as inherent and not granted by government.

Scalia believed that the Bill Of Rights curtailed government intrusion into the life of its citizens, that those rights are granted to every human.
When in doubt, do the next right thing.

The Bill of Rights SECURED the rights of the American people. It did not GIVE them rights.

How so? He believed and ruled on 1st amendment that corporations donating money to PACS and donating money to political parties is free speech under constitution, corporations are people ruling instrumental to getting that beautiful amendment passed and ruling across the court. Antonin Scalia’s Death Could Mark End of Constitution

Scalia’s philosophy of jurisprudence is well-known and shaped two generations of conservative thinkers

The death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia doesn’t merely mark a tragedy for Constitutional philosophy – it may mark the death of American Constitutionalism as a whole.

Scalia’s philosophy of jurisprudence is well-known and shaped two generations of conservative thinkers: the Constitution ought to be interpreted according to its original meaning. This shouldn’t have been a groundbreaking notion given that most legislation is interpreted according to those rules, but because leftist jurists have spent a century chiseling away at the meaning of the Constitution based on their personal political beliefs, Scalia’s reinvigoration of traditional interpretive methodologies made him a historic figure. Scalia’s brilliant, passionate writing style made him author of some of the most famous dissents in Supreme Court history, and channeled the modern conservative frustration with the continuing abandonment of the Constitution.

I know he was getting up there in age, but . . .

With the on-going war against Constitutionalism/Constitutionality,

and in-light of the most recent events in Burns, Oregon,

I find the timing of the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia possibly just a little more than coincidental.

Also, here is an informative article published today (February 14, 2016) by The Washington Post:
The death of Antonin Scalia: Chaos, confusion and conflicting reports
    [Excerpt]
Inside the cloistered chambers of the Supreme Court, Justice Antonin Scalia’s days were highly regulated and predictable. He met with clerks, wrote opinions and appeared for arguments in the august courtroom on a schedule set months in advance.

Yet as details of his sudden death trickled in Sunday, it appeared that the hours afterward were anything but orderly. The man known for his elegant legal opinions and profound intellect was found dead in his room at a hunting resort by a ranch owner.

It then took hours for authorities in remote West Texas to find a justice of the peace, officials said Sunday. When they did, she pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without seeing the body and decided not to order an autopsy. A second justice of the peace, who was called but couldn’t get to Scalia’s body in time, said she would have ordered an autopsy.

Having read on Project Camelot and elsewhere about black ops ability to cause a heart attack or stroke from across a room with some sort of ray gun, and having heard the Judge's opinions which went counter to Obama's laws against the American people, I would say that there is no way his death was natural. The NWO marches on, killing left and right, clearing the way for Agenda 21 and Genocide. A possible warning to the other Judges of the Supreme Court???? And who now would be pushed into the Judicial slot ever so quickly to establish more rulings against the people?

    The Email I Received:::

A FEW INTERESTING ITEMS HAVE SURFACED IN RESPECT OF THE TIMES AHEAD OF US NOW. ONE MAJOR MULTI-NATIONAL WITH MANY RETAIL OUTLETS IN ALL CITIES WAS CONTACTED BY AN ARM OF THE CURRENT US GOVERNMENT, AND TOLD POINT BLANK TO PREPARE FOR HARD TIMES SHORTLY. THIS MAY BE GOING TWO WAYS: THE FIRST IS THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE ANTICIPATED NEW GOVERNMENT BODY. THE SECOND IS THE ATTEMPT TO CONTINUE THE CURRENT CORPORATE GOVERNMENT BODY.

BOTH WOULD CREATE A MEASURE OF CHAOS, BUT THE SECOND WOULD BRING IN THE MARTIAL LAW ELEMENT TO CONTROL THE OUTCOME.

Months ago we were warned that this was a real possibility. Get some cash out now, fill up with gas, and stock up on food.

A Wells Fargo bank insider, who claims to be a teller, has said that the bank are training their staff to deal with an imminent “emergency scenario”. The insider reports: I am a teller at Wells Fargo here in the US. This is also my first time using this proxy. They started training us today for a bank holiday. They didn't mention the word 'bank holiday', but they did train us for an “emergency scenario”. They told us it’s just a drill. I've been working here for 3 years and we never had a 'drill' before. They said that during an emergency, they would close the doors and only allow 3 people at a time inside of the branch. Also, my branch manager said that we would have armed guards during the emergency. The last thing they mentioned is that they won’t store a lot of cash in the vault, since it will be a safety issue….just wanted to share this with you guys.

Super reports: A call by Super to Wells Fargo Corporate Headquarters in San Francisco to verify these claims was met with a terse “no comment.” Interpretation: If taken at face value and believed, why would Wells Fargo be doing this? What “emergency” could take place that might cause people to swarm to a bank in such numbers that they would have to lock the bank and only allow three customers in at a time?

    A bank collapse?
    An economic collapse?
    A currency collapse?

None of these things would be good and, if the claims above are true, it is a dangerous signal to the rest of us to get some money out to tie us over for a month or so in the event everything shuts down. In a banking emergency CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS WILL NOT WORK. ATM’s will not work. Banks will be closed so that you cannot even enter your own safe deposit box. (For that matter, DON'T HAVE ANYTHING IN A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX - NOTHING - NADA. ANYTHING IN IT CAN BE CONFISCATED OR STOLEN AND YOU WILL NEVER RECOVER IT - NEVER. HAVE NOTHING IN A BANK SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!)Do you have enough cash money on hand to get through for a couple weeks operating solely on cash? If not, you’d better get that taken care of — fast.

We’re not even talking about making payments on your debts during that time, but rather only using the cash to get food, fuel and such to live! Could you make It for a month without access to any financial tools or bank cash?

Do you have spare food in the house if stores stop taking credit cards or the cards don’t work?

How will you eat if everything remains cash only for a month?

These are legitimate questions you should be asking yourself right now. Time may be very short. An economic collapse would take place with lightning speed and by the time you realize what’s happening, people will already be storming the banks and supermarkets trying to stock-up. Waiting until it actually happens is waiting too long; you’ll be too late.
A word to the wise: Prepare.

YES, IT WOULD BE WISE TO PREPARE A BIT IN MY OPINION, BUT DON’T GET STUPID ABOUT IT. DO IT QUIETLY WITHOUT FUSS OR ALARM. REMEMBER THE “MAKE AN ORDERLY LINE AND FILE OUT OF THE BUILDING” DURING A FIRE? THAT SAVES LIVES BECAUSE THERE IS LITTLE PANIC, AND NOBODY IS GETTING CRUSHED TO DEATH UNDER A STAMPEDE OF FEET. BE GENTLE.

IF / WHEN THIS TIME COMES, IT IS PRUDENT TO PREPARE IN WAYS THAT WILL CARRY YOU FOR A WHILE IN TERMS OF FOOD AND CASH ON HAND.

You State's Rightist folk always seem to "forget" the reason why the Government had to step in AFTER the Civil War and impose order. Because of our Diversity. To put it simply, to make sure that all the newly freed black slaves were not genocided or returned immediately to slavery. And these things STILL HAPPENED. To assure that some people's rights were honored, despite the will of the majority population in states with minority populations TO CONTINUE TO REPRESS AND KILL AT WILL. You forget the Red Summer of 1919, continuing lynchings under the Black Code and Jim Crow, racism, class-ism. The replacement of physical enslavement with the federal prison system to house "indigent" blacks, ad nauseum... Cities, counties, entire states advocating for no vote, grandfather clauses, literacy tests, to continue institutionalizing privilege in the form of racialized dominance in a nation destined to be the most diverse on earth in order to dishonor the dictum, "OUT OF MANY, ONE", "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL..."

Natural Rights. Yeh, right. Tell that to women, other minority groups, my ancestors and some of my still-living family who lived through the Civil Rights era. Like those natural rights were being observed for all at ANY POINT IN THIS NATION'S HISTORY.

Balance. Scalia's ideological stance was a necessary expression of our dichotomous system and, in his way and for his cohort, he was an able and honorable man. Holding him up as an examplar and honoring him as a paragon is agreement with his stances which were Corporatist and also Racist.

This nation, this material, physical endeavor that we call life requires, dichotomy, opposition, polarity in order to function at every level so in that vein, this is all well and good. We each fall on the side of the coin that reflect our experiences and ideals, which are our hopes and dreams for a better world. if the world you seek is one of monochromatic and hierarchical privilege then Scalia and his Ilk are your people. If you seek the repression of the inevitable shifting demographics of the United States but think there is a way for the majority population to remain in control WITHOUT genocide and even greater mass imprisonment (read Camps) then you are deluded.

Get down to the brass tacks. Make a choice. What side of history do you think you will be on?

Default Re: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died today

    Hi everyone,

According to Benjamin Fulford, this is the real reason why Judge Antonin Scalia has been murdered:

Quote Crunch time is coming to choose either collapse, chaos and bloodshed or reboot and renaissance
by Benjamin Fulford on 15 February 2016
    http://benjaminfulford.net/2016/02/1...d-renaissance/
    Excerpt:

The Vatican may be feeling a sense of urgency to announce something new because the debt based financial system it has been the secret controller of is visibly collapsing. Three separate US sources, one from the Pentagon and two from the CIA, say US Corporate government spokesman Barack Obama last week, facing the collapse of the US banking system, met in California with representatives of the Rothschild Family and with Chinese elders to ask for permission to devalue the US dollar. He was told no, because most US dollars are not owned by Americans and the rest of the world does not want to see their hard earned money lose its value. Obama was also denied access to any new funding for his corporate government.

This refusal set of serious infighting inside the US power structure between a faction that wants to restore the Republic of the United States of America and one that wants to preserve the status quo. As a part of this struggle, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was murdered by means of a heart attack inducing dart, CIA sources say. Official news releases confirm no autopsy was performed and that his body has already been cremated.

Pentagon sources say Scalia was killed because he was opposed to the Paris agreement “global warming” carbon tax and because he supported a return to the Republic and loyalty to the US constitution. Replacing Scalia with a more pliable judge will pack the supreme court with a 5 to 4 majority to support carbon taxes and such things as untrammeled immigration, gun control etc.

The Catholic ethnic Italian Scalia died in Texas, home turf of the Bush clan, just as Pope Francis was in Mexico trying to ensure a cut-off of drug money to the Bush Khazarian Nazi faction. Several sources also claim that Chief Justice John Roberts, also a Catholic, himself narrowly survived a murder attempt last week.

In retaliation to this, CIA sources say Bush/Clinton mob honcho Hillary Clinton has already been secretly indicted and that Bill Clinton “has been given only a few months to live because of a brain disorder.”

There has also been an attack on the Khazarian mafia controlled Department of Homeland Security last week when private details of 10,000 of their employees were hacked and given to Pentagon and agency white hats. This hack came as part of preparations for a civil war that might follow the declaration of bankruptcy of the US corporate government, Pentagon sources say……….etc.

Default Re: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died today

    Latest from Jon Rappoport:

Quote Was Scalia murdered? Forget "conspiracy theory." This is real.
    by Jon Rappoport
    February 16, 2016

Let's jump right in with quotes from the Washington Post, 2/15, "Conspiracy theories swirl around the death of Antonin Scalia". The Post published extraordinary statements from the Facebook page of "William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police":

"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia."

"You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?"

"How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack..."

"Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas."

If this isn't enough, the Post goes on:

"Scalia's physician, Brian Monahan, is a U.S. Navy rear admiral and the attending physician for the U.S. Congress and Supreme Court. He declined to comment on Scalia's [prior] health when reached by telephone Monday at his home in Maryland.

"'Patient confidentiality forbids me to make any comment on the subject,' he said."

"When asked whether he planned to make public the statement he's preparing for [Texas Judge] Guevara, Monahan repeated the same statement and hung up on a reporter."

As long as no law-enforcement investigation of Scalia's death is launched, the doctor is justified. Confidentiality applies, unless Scalia's family lifts it. But if such an investigation is opened, all bets are off. Confidentiality no longer applies.

There are reports that, after Scalia's body was transported from the celebrity ranch in Texas, closely guarded and shielded by a bevy of marshals, it was rapidly embalmed. If so, that would apparently make toxicological tests far more difficult or impossible.

As for a murder motive, try: upsetting the voting balance of the US Supreme Court. Try: a push to appoint a new Justice now, thus ensuring the appointee's political persuasion, regardless of the outcome of the 2016 Presidential election. Try: attempting to shift the Court's voting balance in upcoming cases on abortion, immigration, and Obamacare.

Dismiss the comfortable notion that "this couldn't happen." JFK couldn't have been murdered, but he was. High political figures don't carry special immunity.

Dismiss assurances from incompetents in Texas that Scalia died of natural causes, and dismiss the press repeating these assurances---which add up to: nothing.

Dismiss calls for "propriety in a time of grief."

Dismiss whatever opinions, pro and con, circulate now about Scalia, his points of view, his decisions, his character, his life. They're irrelevant to the facts of his death. Those facts are as clear as mud.

Dismiss the typical accusations of "conspiracy theory." It's no theory when key facts are unknown and incompetents supplied the current "information."

In addition to what I've cited above, count as relevant the fact that Scalia's federal protection had been removed while he was at the Texas ranch. We're told Scalia didn't want that protection. Maybe yes, maybe no. We're also told Scalia's family didn't want an autopsy. Again, maybe yes, maybe no. The family has been silent. Or if not, their statements aren't being reported.

Consider, as potentially relevant, the report that Scalia was found with a pillow over his head.

Consider, as relevant, that Judge Guevara, deciding without seeing the body that Scalia died from natural causes, ruled against doing an autopsy---and a counter-opinion, offered unofficially by another Texas judge, Bishop, that she would have wanted an autopsy.

Concerning Judge Guevara, this may or may not be relevant---heavy.com reports, "Judge Cinderela Guevara: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know":

"This isn't the first time Guevara has been the source of controversy. In 2013, Melaney Parker Rayburn was found dead after being hit by a train in Marfa, Texas... Liz Parker, Melaney's mom, questioned how Guevara handled the investigation of her daughter's death, The Daily Kos reported. "y would not. Guevara, who was a Justice of the Peace at the time, did not order a rape kit or an autopsy, Liz wrote, because a doctor at the scene said the cause of death was obvious.

"Liz later wrote a letter to the editor, published on Big Bend Now, in which she said that Guevara had asked for God to give her an answer about whether Melaney's death was suicide. Liz wrote that Guevara told her: 'Yes, this was a tragedy, but the true tragedy was that she died without accepting Jesus Christ as her savior.'"

Bottom line so far: Any reasonable law-enforcement agency would immediately open an investigation into Scalia's death. Failing to do so would rate as aiding and abetting a concealment of the truth, whatever that turns out to be.

Dick Cheney's hunting accident happened on 2/11/2006 in Texas on the second Saturday of February. Justice Scalia's death on 2/13/2016 in Texas on the second Saturday of February at a Hunting Lodge (owned by a man named John Poindexter-coincidentally the same name as the infamous organizer and overseer of the Iran-Contra Affair). So, a ten year anniversary if calculated by days of the week. Close to Valentine's Day...the town 33 miles NW of Marfa is called...Valentine. Then there's the "Marfa lights"... Not surprising, lots of interesting synchronicity on this one...
