Mr. Robot - new hacker series

I just binge watched Mr. Robot (Rami Malek is the lead) and I have to say it was alarmingly impressive as hacker shows go. Definitely a play off of the Anonymous persona. Written by Sam Esmail (Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) The director is Neils Ardon Oplev. The photography is amazing. What blew me away was straight out of the gate the narrative is about the 1% who control, money is virtual, etc. I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't watched it yet. All the episodes from season one are on the USA channel website or on cable. Can't wait for season 2. Highly recommend.

SXSW in Austin had a huge ferris wheel like the one in the series to pay homage to the show. Thanks UZN I agree that quote is perfect for today.

I'd say this is one of the few "hacking" shows that I haven't spent the whole time laughing at what hollywood thinks "hacking" is.
