    Unlikely.

You can notice some of the kids in the front aren't even looking in the right direction.

Just for clarification on term usage: Hologram and CGI are very very closely entwined, if you do happen to see an animated hologram it (under currently known public technology) is completely made up of CGI (Computer Generated Imagery).... hologram is just a method of display, CGI is more "how it was made".

This appears to not be a hologram, just CGI applied to a video in post production (super super super common these days)

Very interesting to see how high tech is combined with old stage tricks to make the desired effect even more realistic. Never would think of it and that's what makes it so fun. You know there was a trick but how they did it baffles the mind.

Watch a few videos from that guy I posted... he explains it very well.

The whale was done with Adobe After Effects (a CGI editor for video editing).

This was done as a commercial for Microsoft (this is for the Microsoft Leap, a hologram projection headset you wear on your head) so it was done by a professional team for a lot of money (that's why it looks so good) but, it's just advertising... it's not an actual hologram, just showing you what you COULD see if you wore the headset (I will definitely be getting one... AR (Augmented Reality) is in my future, it's a huge advantage.

    Its not real, of course

it´s called a comp (short for composition). 2 or more layers (footages) get composited together (usually by a mask (alpha, greenkey, or like in this case bluekey)).

example of a complex composition (containig also 3D-footage). And giving you a state of the art reference of whats possible nowadays

Had a lot of notes on voice interface as a better means of interacting with computer systems - where now the case is we adapt to the limited capabilities of the system. VR could readily be used to interface with the computer system in a far more intuitive manner. As computers become smaller with vastly more memory and the links between them faster with massive bandwidth the potential uses are limited only by the imagination - and the patents of the big guys and those who create the portals through which everyone must pass.

It occurred to me that our "reality" might be a computerized holographic experience done as a group and that when the group advanced scientifically, they in turn also developed a holographic reality. Therefore, when you died in one reality, you would be resurrected to the previous reality and so on perhaps ad infinitum. In other words, we could be living in a set of nested realities similar to the nested Russian dolls.

On the other hand, all of this technology, I believe, is engineered to lead us step by step into a super mind controlled web in which the super computer is in the middle. It can totally have us enslaved OR it can command us to kill ourselves, thus ridding the planet of our presence and leaving it all to the Greys who are able to mind control us one at a time by telepathically commanding our subconscious minds. If we are all connected by web computers (first for entertainment, then for performing labor or military actions) they can accomplish a vast slaughter by merely using only one command, that we kill ourselves. The planet will then be theirs!
