Here are the files, downloaded from http://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9Ha...R6Vkt1VzQ/view. I've enlarged a few of them to make them easier to read.

That ATIA request was a result of me telling him what to write. NORAD NJ3 operation directorate J33 was identified by OSD/DOD request he didn't have a clue who to file to, it was my advise and my file structure that told him how to do it. TOI are just that not necessarily unidentified. Someone trying to prove a point whilst others like me are trying to get the facts.
