lake" Unconditional love is not an emotion. It is a state of consciousness. Unconditional love is not the love we experience in the 3D world. Unconditional love can be accessed thru the heart (there is a room or place in the heart which is 5D/unconditional love.) You go there by intending it or by visualizing your consciousness as a white ball moving from your head to your heart. You can feel the difference immediately. For example, if you are angry or in a bad mood, it dissolves as soon as you move into this heart space. I don't know if this explanation is clear. Maybe someone else can give their perspective. I am an empath. All I know is I can usually "read" someone's energy to know how they really feel; rarely I can actually know what they are thinking. I also have precognition with life or death type of situations, but I have always interpreted this as my higher self communicating with me. So to try and answer your question (just my opinion), an empath is reading energy and unconditional love is a state of consciousness. One is a person with a certain ability, one is a state of consciousness.

In all honesty Peggy, I don't have that ability (at least I don't think I do). I do get bad feelings on the occasion if something has happened to people I know, but I am relatively new to embracing my abilities (2 years roughly), so I don't know what I will be able to do in the future. I only started realising I would notice things about people that others didn't when I was 18.

I didn't think anything of it other than being a good judge of character until it got stronger and I talked to my mum about it because these feelings were bothering me. Well, to my surprise my mum revealed to me that she could, on occasion see auras, see people that have died, has dreams that come true etc. My mum describes the auras she sees as the same colours you get from auras when you photograph them using a specific technique (can't remember the name). This was fascinating to me because my mum has no idea that there are camera techniques that can do this.

As a psychic empath, I assume you mean you can detect moods, motives, and maybe even physical illness from someone just by being in close proximity to them. Are you also able to use your gifts to help soften a foul mood or send healing energy to a physically sick person? Please elaborate as much as you can.

I can detect those things, yes. I can detect a lot of feelings that people try to hide from me, which is both a gift and a curse. I have people open up to me all the time and talk to me about their issues. These people aren't aware of my ability, but time after time comment on some unknown feeling they get about me. They describe it as a feeling that I am good and trustworthy, even if they don't know me at all.

People also constantly like to point out that animals are drawn to me, even ones that don't like being around anybody but their owner. The same thing occurs with babies and young children. I believe they can sense my aura. I don't know why children would be able to sense that better than adults.

The emotions of others can often overwhelm me both in a positive manner and negative manner. Its amazing when I go to places where lots of positive people are together, it is amazingly blissful to me. The opposite can me me so drained I can barely speak. Sometimes I won't even know what is going on at first because the negative energy isn't visible. What I mean by that is people bury it and keep going on with their day to day lives, put a smile on their face etc.

Just to clarify, I can't read minds. I can sometimes feel the energy of a person in a picture, but my consistent ability is that I can feel energies from locations, animals and people, but they have to be nearby. I can feel if somebody is a good or bad person, but the more experience I have gained practising my ability, the more I do realise that it isn't always as simple as 'this person is good or bad'.

I am unfamiliar with most of the subjects you are referring to. In regards to me thinking if some people are aliens? I honestly believe that we are all descendants of aliens to some degree. Science has yet to answer for the missing link, yet they claim we evolved purely from apes. The ancient structures, pictures and even our DNA suggest alien ancestry.

I do also intuitively believe this to be true, not just factually.

When I was fifteen, I was working at a 4 star restaurant. It was super nice, great food, really good service. Steaks, seafood, tableside cut and served chateaubriand.
I mention all of this because on one slow Sunday evening, around 3:30 pm before the dinner rush in walked a mother and her daughter.
These two struck a chord for being picturesque. The mother was about 35 and the little girl was about three. The mother and daughter both were both dressed as well as could be, almost as if they had just bought their outfits from one of New York City's most expensive department stores. It was the summer of 88'.
The mother and daughter were both white and I would stop short of saying they were pale but that may have been due to makeup.
I was standing a few feet from the door when they walked in, and I watched them all the way to their table.
As they sat down I was confronted with one of the strangest feelings I've ever had in my life.
I "knew" without any intellectual information to rely upon that those two individuals were not human. I wrestled with this as I went to the kitchen to bring them water and crackers and a cheese dip we served. As I approached the table, I received what I can only state was a telepathic message, it stated " I know you know, now your life depends on you to make your actions very slow and to stay away from this table and keep your distance".
The voice was faint in my head, like I could have mistaken the words for my own thoughts, but I felt I needed to heed them.
The mommy and daughter aliens were my table, but I was only a busboy at the time, so other than this cracker and cheese deal I could get away with staying as far away from the table as possible.
So I did.
Now here is the deal. As a busser in this 4 star restaurant I had a lot of little responsibilities at the time. To make sure beverages were always offered and full, to carry out the food and help serve it, to clean up when the meal was finished and to basically bring these folks anything their little heart desired. I did none of that.
So for me to heed this voice and stay away from the table was very not like me.
Even as other tables were sat in my area as I served these folks I did my work on the opposite side of where my two alien mom and daughter were sitting.
I didn't return to that table to clean anything up until mom and daughter alien were well out the door.
So it was a shocking confirmation for me when the waiter I was working with made a point of walking towards me as I was cleaning up the alien's table.
This waiter was kind of snooty and not one of my favorites, he never offered compliments. Never the less, with absolute honesty he told me that "the woman who had just left wanted me to thank you and tell you what a wonderful job you did taking care of her and her daughter while they were here". He then went on to tell me that he was left a very big tip by the woman and he was sure it was because of my service.
I was freaking dumbfounded.
Her compliment wasn't for my service but the lack there of. She was complimenting me for staying away, keeping my distance and following her directions to move very slowly and deliberately when in her proximity.
So yes, I think there are aliens who can walk around as humans and for the most part not be noticed.
I think the only reason I noticed her was because of my empathic abilities.


As for your second question which was really like six questions.
I think there are folks born here from other worlds that one could consider alien, but I have no idea about the other questions.

Honestly, I haven't tried. People do comment that I have a calming presence, I was really surprised at this. When a friend first told me, I started to ask people if they felt the same way/that this was true; they did much to my surprise. It is interesting the things you don't know until you actually go asking questions.

Yes the shielding/visualising a shield to protect against negative energy/thoughts works for anybody. It is simply a technique to train your mind not to take in the negative and just let it bounce off you and maintain your own positivity. Its not something weird/mystical . It is kind of like when people are told to relax and imagine themselves at a beach. Just meditative thought.

Hi Adrian, people with empathic ability are always very giving, caring people according to what I've learned about the traits. This is probably due to the enhanced ability to feel emotion. People that are apathetic feel less emotion and is associated with narcissists, psychopaths etc.

So have you any ideas as to why they wanted you to make your actions slow and deliberate?

I wouldn't be surprised if those girls were very aware of human habits to attack and destroy (even physically) that which we do not know, understand and fear.
To order you to move slow might have helped them to keep track of your intentions toward them?

I'll answer your question and then some.
When listening to Charles Hall discuss the "Tall Whites" I couldn't help but to see certain similarities with the mother and daughter I came in contact with.
Charles Hall states that the tall whites he interacted with were pretty much indistinguishable from humans.
He stated one constant trait might differentiate them from us and that is their "fierce" dedication to their children.
Charles Hall stated that plenty of humans have been killed by the "Tall Whites" because they inadverdently made a sudden movement that was deemed possibly threatening towards one of their children.
Charles Hall goes on to state that the quickest way to die around one of the tall whites was to do anything what so ever that could be construed as threatening towards one of their children. I'm of the opinion that this woman was concerned over the well being of her child.

Also, just because I'm llistening to this interview by Charles Hall right now. He is stating that the US Air Force was in charge of interacting and housing the Tall Whites. Charles Hall states that he was working with the Tall Whites at the behest of the US Air Force.
Just on a whim I checked to see how close the restaurant I worked at was to the nearest Air Force Base. About 36 minutes.
In 1988 I'm quite positive that the restaurant I was working at "Charlies" was the absolute best restaurant within a 40 minute drive from Scott Air Force Base.

Honestly, I haven't tried. People do comment that I have a calming presence, I was really surprised at this. I'm willing to bet that as an empath with psychic abilities you have the capacity to heal as well. I think it is 2 sides of the same coin. I would recommend trying to exercise that "muscle" and see what your results are.

That is actually a really good question In the past I actually didn't know. at first I just thought I could tell who is a nice person and who isn't, but I did slowly begin to notice weird things; things like feeling angry for no reason, then I'd go into the room my partner is in to find she is upset/angry.

I often have to ask myself why I am feeling the way I am, and if I can't think of the reason, I will investigate (go looking for people nearby etc). This actually happens with good feelings too, not just bad. I am easily influenced by the emotions of others. I can be in the most rotten mood, but if somebody else is happy enough, it completely changes how I am feeling, and very quickly too I might add (like within a minute).

They can of course be doing this either consciously, with a knowing lie or subconsciously as in self deceit.. Can you pick up on this in people?

Extremely easy for me to spot liars, but that is only if they have an emotional reaction to their own lies; whether it is pleasure, anger, shame etc. If they are good enough to put aside their feelings and focus on the emotion related to their act, yeah that's a problem.

Thanks PathWalker and yes! sensing auras is spot on! I can't believe I didn't explain it that way from the beginning, I'm such a derp. I have explained it to my partner this way as being able to sense auras. This is what I called it before I found out it is a form of empathic ability.

Question answering time:

1. The energy from an individual is something I can sense is specifically coming from them. The energy from an environment completely surrounds me. When there are a lot of people around, I do have trouble picking up on people specifically unless they really have a significant energy.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this, but some people that have ill intentions or just a lot of negative energy make me feel so drained I can't even converse with people. People do notice my behaviour is really off during those times as well. This energy I feel from people it does feel.. almost magnetic. That's how I know its coming from a person.

When I did qi/chi/ki training with my instructor whom I trained privately with for about 5 years, I could even sense things (people, random objects) around me with my eyes closed! What is really interesting about this is that it works when I'm not on my ADD medication, but doesn't when I am. My instructor wanted to see if he could teach me this specifically because some medication he was illegally forced off of, caused him brain damage and he was then able to sense things around him.

He described it as a 'three dimensional radar' - He could sense the size and shape of things moving around this and demonstrated this by predicting traffic movement behind him on the street and other things we tried when his eyes were closed (without failing once).

2. I couldn't switch my ability on and off or change it in the past, but I mentioned that a lady I met a couple of years ago, a clairvoyant? (I think she is a clairvoyant). I was seeking guidance about my own ability and life in general and she taught me how to shut out/block negative energy if I didn't want to feel it. I have also noticed that I can't sense the auras/feel other's emotion when I am too distressed.

3. A personality? No, but I can feel different energies people are giving off. It can be hard to determine a specific type of good or bad energy with my eyes closed (It feels too much like something just feels 'off' or feels good). I think people like myself use a combination of senses to get a more accurate picture of someone. If I interact with somebody even for a minute, I can tell exactly what type of person they are. So far I have been a good judge of character, I've only had one girlfriend/partner and we have been together for 8 years

I have also had people a little frightened/freaked out by how well I can judge people with such little interaction.

4. Yes I can. I make it a habit to surround myself with good, smart people. Unfortunately sometimes they have company they bring with them who aren't so great

I also have a lot of trouble conversing with many people because I can detect these things so well. They (maturity/intelligence etc) just stand out like a sore thumb, so it can be really hard to ignore, therefore my behaviour around people often shifts quite frequently depending on the people around me.
