I'd also highly recommend watching conspiracy of silence if anybody here hasn't seen it already. The documentary was banned, but people back in the day managed to get a hold of it and release it on the internet (has bad quality due to it only being available on VHS).

I'm only 25% into The Franklin Scandal, it covers all the above and much more. What is clear is there were elements of many law enforcement bodies, incl. the FBI, with full knowedge of child abuse. Furthemore they went out of their way to protect the continued existence of the practices and facillitate transportation (across state lines) of minors to 'parties' where politicians were often to be seen.

The was a 'care' home in the equation and certain adoptive parents were serial abusers who were given protection of the very authorities that were supposed to be caring for children.

The majority of people in the case were horrified and tried to do what they could, but due to the actions of a few in powerful positions they all found themselves pushed away, ignored, told to back off etc.

It seems it is not periodically happening, it is always happening and only periodically surfacing.

With the e-mail scandal, Wikileaks, FBI declarations of nothing to see here, the rapid closing of all discussion threads on social media and the most recent - The Washington Post's speed of denial in a 'fake news' announcement there should be a massive investigation underway, not silence! The Washington Post thing is almost laughable because they are journalists who are supposed to investigate and report news. Not deny its existence before even looking at the relative merits of claims - and people still don't see the game right in front of them. I saw people yesterday literally quoting the WP's stance and that was that, case closed.

edit to add: Just want to mention there were also cops who were trying to do the right thing, even to the length of carrying out an investigation without the knowledge of their boss and not handing reports to the office stenographer for typing.

I ask this because I'm confused as to whether the people at the top believe in this stuff, or are just simply using it to control people in power.

I think that is where the lines begin to blur and we have to ask: how do we define "people"?
Do people who start out as people and then become possessed by other entities, are they still people?
Are non-human souls which have incarnated into human bodies "people"?
I lived a good part of my younger years in the D. C. area, and as a sensitive, I can attest to the very dark energy there.
It would not surprise me at all if it is proving to be one of the major hubs on the planet of child trafficking and Satanism.

That is a long and complicated answer. I will try and make it short and sweet. Not everyone in power is into the occult, but some are. 1% of the population is practising satanists (according to the FBI). Here in Omaha that breaks down to 4000 people here. 40 of those people are in the upper 1%. I am only guessing here but I would imagine that corruption happens regardless of if you participate in occult activity or not. But the occult is probably the most ruthless of the bunch.

Pedophillia and child sacafice is common in satanic rituals because of the power they can gain from it. It is the purity and innocence of children that is the reason. Pedophilla is also a powerful blackmail technique. I have said this before that it is my opinion that pedophilla is common among people in power because you have more power over a child than an adult. Power is very addicting and I am sure it bleeds over into their sex life. Not all pedophils are satanist.

Satanist have infiltrated all aspects of our society, military, law enforcement, politics, you name it. It is power they seek.

I wouldn't say it is common knowledge here amongst everyone, just people who are awake. This is a very disturbing subject. Some people just can't handle it. It is probably more well known here than most places just because of the Franklin cover up. Hell they killed the lead investigator along with his little boy, just because he was with him. It is kinda hard not to think something was a little wrong even for people who want to stay asleep.

I would say, and this is only my opinion, that there is no one at the top. There is a few groups that fight for control. Some really bad, some not so bad, and maybe some that are good. I don't think it is a black and white issue. I would think it is really complicated.

The human body is simply an avatar that the soul (inner awareness god self whatever you want to call it) inhabits for an experience.

From my understanding all souls incarnate in both good and bad people, all different situations to learn and grow, evolve if you will. Earth as every other planet is simply a school for the soul. Although sometimes we chose to play the part of the bad guy, there is no damnation for all eternity, but we are responsible for our choices. That is what karma is and it must be balanced to get off the wheel of karma and stop our incarnations.

I agree the D C area is one of the most negative corrupt places on the planet. Many of the kids here were taken to parties in DC for political elite, for their entertainment and blackmail according to the children involved.
