I don't like Trump and have grave misgivings about that part of the deep state that supports him ( military intelligence, most likely)...

    What part is that???

    Trump’s Declaration of War

    — Paul Craig Roberts
    January 20, 2017 | Categories: Articles & Columns
President Trump’s brief inaugural speech was a declaration of war against the entirety of the American Ruling Establishment - All of it.

Trump made it abundantly clear that Americans’ enemies are right here at home: globalists, neoliberal economists, neoconservatives and other unilateralists accustomed to imposing the US on the world and involving us in endless and expensive wars, politicians who serve the Ruling Establishment rather than the American people, indeed, the entire canopy of private interests that have run America into the ground while getting rich in the process.

If truth can be said, President Trump has declared a war far more dangerous to himself than if he had declared war against Russia or China.

The interest groups designated by Trump as 'The Enemy' are well entrenched and accustomed to being in charge. Their powerful networks are still in place. Although there are Republican majorities in the House and Senate, most of those in Congress are answerable to the ruling interest groups that provide their campaign funds and not to the American people or to the President. The military/security complex, offshoring corporations, Wall Street and the banks are not going to roll over for Trump. And neither is the presstitute media, which is owned by the interest groups whose power Trump challenges.

Trump made it clear that he stands for every American, black, brown, and white. Little doubt his declaration of inclusiveness will be ignored by the haters on the left who will continue to call him a racist just as the $50 per hour paid protesters are doing as I write.

Indeed, black leadership, for example, is enculturated into the victimization role from which it would be hard for them to escape. How do you pull together people who all their lives have been taught that whites are racists and that they are the victims of racists?

Can it be done? I was just on a program briefly with Press TV in which we were supposed to provide analysis of Trump’s inaugural speech. The other commentator was a black American in Washington, DC. Trump’s inclusiveness speech made no impression on him, and the show host was only interested in showing the hired protesters as a way of discrediting America. So many people have an economic interest in speaking in behalf of victims that inclusiveness puts them out of jobs and causes.

So along with the globalists, the CIA, the offshoring corporations, the armaments industries, the NATO establishment in Europe, and foreign politicians accustomed to being well paid for supporting Washington’s interventionist foreign policy, Trump will have arrayed against him the leaders of the victimized peoples, the blacks, the hispanics, the feminists, the illegals, the homosexuals and transgendered. This long list, of course, includes the white liberals as well, as they are convinced that flyover America is the habitat of white racists, misogynists, homophobes, and gun nuts. As far as they are concerned, this 84% of geographical US should be quarantined or interred.

In other words, does enough good will remain in the population to enable a President to unite the 16% America haters with the 84% America lovers? http://brilliantmaps.com/2016-county-election-map/

Consider the forces that Trump has against him:
Black and hispanic leaders need victimization, because it is what elevates them to power and income. They will turn a jaundiced eye toward Trump’s inclusiveness. Inclusiveness is good for blacks and hispanics, but not for their leaders.

The executives and shareholders of global corporations are enriched by the offshored jobs that Trump says he will bring home. If the jobs come home, their profits, performance bonuses, and capital gains will go away. But the economic security of the American population will return.

The military/security complex has a 1,000 billion annual budget dependent on “the Russian threat” that Trump says he is going to replace with normalized relations. Trump’s assassination cannot be ruled out.

NATO - Many Europeans owe their prestige, power, and incomes to the NATO that Trump has called into question.

Central Banking Corporations - The financial sector’s profits almost entirely flow from putting Americans into debt bondage and from looting their private and public pensions. The financial sector with their agent, the Federal Reserve, can overwhelm Trump with financial crisis. The New York Federal Reserve Bank has a complete trading desk. It can send any market into turmoil. Or support any market, because there is no limit on its ability to create US dollars.

The entire political ediface in the US has insulated itself from the will, desires, and needs of the people. Now Trump says the politicians will be accountable to the people. This, of course, would mean a big drop in their security in office and in their income and wealth.

    ROOTSACTION: Impeach Donald Trump Now

There are a large number of groups, funded by we-know-not-who. For example, RootsAction has responded today to Trump’s forceful commitment to stand for all of the people against the Ruling Establishment with a request to “ask Congress to direct the House Judiciary Committee to open an impeachment investigation” and to send money for Trump’s impeachment.

Another hate group, Human Rights First, attacks Trump’s defense of our borders as closing “a refuge of hope for those fleeing persecution.” Think about this for a minute. According to the liberal-progressive-left and the racial interest group organizations, the US is a racist society and President Trump is a racist. Yet, people subject to American racism are fleeing from persecution to America where they will be racially persecuted? It doesn’t make sense. The illegals come here for work. Ask the construction companies. Ask the chicken and animal slaughter houses. Ask the vacation area cleaning services.

This list of those on whom Trump has declared war is long enough, although there are more that can be added.

We should ask ourselves why a 70 year old billionaire with flourishing businesses, a beautiful wife, and intelligent children is willing to give his final years to the extraordinary stress of being President with the stressful agenda of putting the government back in the hands of the American people. There is no doubt that Trump has made himself a target of assassination. The CIA is not going to give up and go away. Why would a person take on the grand restoration of America that Trump has declared when he could instead spend his remaining years enjoying himself immensely?

Whatever the reason, we should be grateful for it, and if he is sincere we must support him. If he is assassinated, we need to take up our weapons, burn Langley to the ground and kill every one of them.

If he succeeds, he deserves the designation: Trump the Great!

Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, and any other country on the CIA’s hit list should undersand that Trump’s rise is insufficient protection. The CIA is a worldwide organization. Its profitable businesses provide income independent of the US budget. The organization is capable of undertaking operations independently of the President or even of its own Director.

The CIA has had about 70 years to entrench itself. It has not gone away.

    Turiya,

Paul Craig Roberts, as far as I know, isn't heeding Trump's comments, stated repeatedly, about China and Israel. As far as I can glean, he appears to back Netanyahoo's one state solution, and will back Taiwan over mainland China, going toe to toe with China, in the South China Sea.

His stated goals will eliminate tensions with Russia, but create colossal tensions with China. His support of going after Isis, apparently joining with Russia to back Assad, is wonderful. But be aware of the pivot problem. The military, sick to death of proxy battles with Russia in Syria, will pivot back towards Israel, in the Middle East and the Palestinians will suffer. And they will exchange one great power enemy for another one-- China.

I didn't see where you answered my question about "what part of the deep state that supports him?"

Aside from that... I wouldn't go so far as to say he created "colossal" tensions with China... Trump considers himself a great deal-maker. Keeping China, Russia, Israel in balance, while going after 'Radical Islam' will be an interesting show to watch.

No doubt you missed my comment on Post #1835:
"In other words, sanctions could be lifted if Moscow helps in getting rid of the CIA-backed proxy wars - using CIA supported Radical Islamic groups to foment war in the region of ME, not to forget the CIA-backed coup d'etats that occur elsewhere - such as in the recently evolved pro-Russian Ukraine & Turkey.

What could possibly be facing Trump in the near-term is the upcoming dilemma that he would have with his hopes of having good relations with both Russia & Israel. Mixing water & oil together has never proven to be successful."

It appears to me that every individual that has personally sat down with him for discussion(s), has come away being markedly struck by his charismatic demeanor. Trump has stated that the Israeli / Palestinian challenge is something that is high on his 'to do' list.

The goings on between the State powers of Russia, China, Israel, Iran, Ukraine, Syria, 'Radical Islam' will be something to carefully watch. Trump boasts his ability to make great deals, so this would be something to pay attention to... Something that he may not be quite up to snuff, as of yet, is the relations between the CIA / Deep State & the Israeli / Mossad. Certainly, there's is alot going on behind the scenes. It will be interesting to see how Trump will adjust to the situation(s) as he moves forward into his Presidency.

    ______________Late Add______________

The only people that are saying that Trump's creating "colossal" tensions with China would be those that have been involved with fudging the numbers / statistics on the economic situation.

Its recommended that Trump should immediately fire Janet Yellen as the Fed Chair...
As she is part of the "rigged" system that is setting-it-up to implode while on Trump's watch...

    Turiya,

I consider the deep state to be all intelligence agencies, including military intelligence.

The CIA is no longer aligned, in the way it was, with Israel. The U.S. was moving away from being deeply connected with Israel, under Obama. Moving away from support for Israel allowed the lifting of Iranian sanctions, by the U.S. and a more realistic response to the Iranian nuclear programme. This could change under Trump, who has stated he would reimpose sanctions on Iran. Iran and Israel are mortal enemies.

I didn't know that Russia and Israel had great problems with each other. I do know that both the U.S and Russia absorbed a lot of Russian mafia several years ago. The Russian mafia are the major arms dealers in Israel now. (I think. I will have to double check) And that may have no bearing on anything, or might turn out to have some significance.

I don't think that Israel really gives a damn about what happens in Syria. I understand and agree about what the CIA have been doing all over the world and empathize with your outrage.

I also understand that the American military has bases in 70% of the countries in the world. They have both an overt and covert feature and I think they are not getting along with the CIA, at all anymore. For some reason, they have different agendas.

Military intelligence is likely far more nationalistic in nature and protective of the nation state. The CIA represent oligarchic families who do not care about their nation.

    Trump’s Inaugural Speech
Below is the speech in full. Trump wrote the speech himself.

Within 30 seconds of it ending, CNN already had an opinion; the speech was dark, pessimistic, and the most “radical” inaugural speech ever. They said he lied …. because unemployment is under 5% and crime is at a 20 year low. The country is in great shape, and Trump is a downer. Really.

So, how about your thoughts and observations?

    ___________________________________________

Chief Justice Roberts, President Carter, President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama, fellow Americans and people of the world, thank you.

We, the citizens of America, are now joined in a great national effort to rebuild our country and restore its promise for all of our people.

Together, we will determine the course of America and the world for many, many years to come. We will face challenges, we will confront hardships, but we will get the job done.

Every four years, we gather on these steps to carry out the orderly and peaceful transfer of power, and we are grateful to President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for their gracious aid throughout this transition. They have been magnificent. Thank you.

Today’s ceremony, however, has very special meaning because today, we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one party to another, but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the people.

For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered, but the jobs left and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories. Their triumphs have not been your triumphs. And while they celebrated in our nation’s capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land.

That all changes starting right here and right now because this moment is your moment, it belongs to you.
It belongs to everyone gathered here today and everyone watching all across America. This is your day. This is your celebration. And this, the United States of America, is your country.

What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people.
January 20th, 2017 will be remembered as the day the people became the rulers of this nation again.
The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer.

Everyone is listening to you now. You came by the tens of millions to become part of a historic movement, the likes of which the world has never seen before.

At the center of this movement is a crucial conviction, that a nation exists to serve its citizens. Americans want great schools for their children, safe neighborhoods for their families, and good jobs for themselves. These are just and reasonable demands of righteous people and a righteous public.

But for too many of our citizens, a different reality exists: mothers and children trapped in poverty in our inner cities; rusted out factories scattered like tombstones across the landscape of our nation; an education system flush with cash, but which leaves our young and beautiful students deprived of all knowledge; and the crime and the gangs and the drugs that have stolen too many lives and robbed our country of so much unrealized potential.

This American carnage stops right here and stops right now.

We are one nation and their pain is our pain. Their dreams are our dreams. And their success will be our success. We share one heart, one home, and one glorious destiny. The oath of office I take today is an oath of allegiance to all Americans.

For many decades, we’ve enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry; subsidized the armies of other countries, while allowing for the very sad depletion of our military. We’ve defended other nations’ borders while refusing to defend our own.

And spent trillions and trillions of dollars overseas while America’s infrastructure has fallen into disrepair and decay. We’ve made other countries rich, while the wealth, strength and confidence of our country has dissipated over the horizon.

One by one, the factories shuttered and left our shores, with not even a thought about the millions and millions of American workers that were left behind. The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed all across the world.

But that is the past. And now, we are looking only to the future.

We assembled here today are issuing a new decree to be heard in every city, in every foreign capital, and in every hall of power. From this day forward, a new vision will govern our land. From this day forward, it’s going to be only America first, America first.

Every decision on trade, on taxes, on immigration, on foreign affairs will be made to benefit American workers and American families. We must protect our borders from the ravages of other countries making our products, stealing our companies and destroying our jobs.

Protection will lead to great prosperity and strength. I will fight for you with every breath in my body and I will never ever let you down.

America will start winning again, winning like never before.

We will bring back our jobs. We will bring back our borders. We will bring back our wealth. And we will bring back our dreams.

We will build new roads and highways and bridges and airports and tunnels and railways all across our wonderful nation. We will get our people off of welfare and back to work, rebuilding our country with American hands and American labor.
We will follow two simple rules; buy American and hire American.

We will seek friendship and goodwill with the nations of the world, but we do so with the understanding that it is the right of all nations to put their own interests first. We do not seek to impose our way of life on anyone, but rather to let it shine as an example. We will shine for everyone to follow.

We will reinforce old alliances and form new ones and unite the civilized world against radical Islamic terrorism, which we will eradicate from the face of the Earth.

At the bedrock of our politics will be a total allegiance to the United States of America, and through our loyalty to our country, we will rediscover our loyalty to each other. When you open your heart to patriotism, there is no room for prejudice.

The bible tells us how good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity. We must speak our minds openly, debate our disagreements honestly, but always pursue solidarity. When America is united, America is totally unstoppable.
There should be no fear. We are protected and we will always be protected. We will be protected by the great men and women of our military and law enforcement. And most importantly, we will be protected by God.

Finally, we must think big and dream even bigger. In America, we understand that a nation is only living as long as it is striving. We will no longer accept politicians who are all talk and no action, constantly complaining, but never doing anything about it.

The time for empty talk is over. Now arrives the hour of action.

Do not allow anyone to tell you that it cannot be done. No challenge can match the heart and fight and spirit of America. We will not fail. Our country will thrive and prosper again.

We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease, and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow. A new national pride will stir ourselves, lift our sights and heal our divisions.

It’s time to remember that old wisdom our soldiers will never forget, that whether we are black or brown or white, we all bleed the same red blood of patriots.

We all enjoy the same glorious freedoms and we all salute the same great American flag.

And whether a child is born in the urban sprawl of Detroit or the wind-swept plains of Nebraska, they look up at the same night sky, they will their heart with the same dreams, and they are infused with the breath of life by the same almighty creator.

So to all Americans in every city near and far, small and large, from mountain to mountain, from ocean to ocean, hear these words. You will never be ignored again.

Your voice, your hopes, and your dreams will define our American destiny. And your courage and goodness and love will forever guide us along the way.

Together, we will make America strong again. We will make America wealthy again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And yes, together we will make America great again.
Thank you. God bless you. And God bless America.

    Turiya,

I consider the deep state to be all intelligence agencies, including military intelligence.
Perhaps we have arrived at a point where we need to start drawing a more detailed picture as to what exactly composes the deep state.

There's the globalist movement of course, which has chosen to work behind the scenes and in secret.
The Rockefellers and Kissinger are among the more prominent figureheads there.
CFR, builderberg conferences, uses CIA as executive branche, BIS bank, .. etc
This is one part of the deep state.

Another part is all the people who are leeching on the flow of money and power that comes from federal spending and in particular the military industrial complex.

Then there's the kakystocracy who are in any nation part of the deep state. There's often the appearance of a normal public life, but much of what they do cannot tolerate the light of day like you see with the Bush and Clinton families.
Functional psychopaths who will engage in activities that go beyond what "normal" people would deem possible, like pedophilia, extortion, human sacrifice, sadism, drugs & arms (and sex) trafficking etc.

The intelligence agencies are by nature part of any deep state indeed, but to say that they are the deep state is too simplistic imo.
They often function as vessels for the deep state (whatever that really means) and are to some extend part of it.

So, globalist NWO movement, leeches and kakystocracy.

Can anyone add to that list?

You are obviously an intelligent person, so I am sure that you can complete the list of all the nefarious stuff that Barack Obama is responsible for.
I guess you weren't paying attention a few years ago when information was declassified, thanks at least in part to Michael Flynn, who was then acting DIA chief, that the Obama administration was supporting "moderate rebels" in Syria with weapons and training, who turned out to be elements of al Qaeda and ISIS working in Syria.

It was pretty widely covered in media outside of MSM, and was even briefly acknowledged in MSM, but when you worship Obama and don't pay attention to global geopolitics you tend to miss these things.

John McCain was involved in it too as part of the Senate Arms Committee. There are still articles online about how pissed he was when Russia started bombing ISIS. They still claim that a lot of those terrorists are "moderate rebels" trying to overthrow the legitimate ruler of that country, who btw is actually not a brutal dictator. Two different kinds of Muslims, Christians and Jews all peacefully co-existed in Assad's Syria. The so-called "moderate rebels" are strict Islamists, apparently Wahabists, also supported by Saudi Arabia.

Let me know if I'm going too fast for you and you need me to help you find the links on Google. You post sarcastic comments to me like I'm a simpleton but you obviously have not been following the events in Syria very closely.

Im still trying to figure out the situation with Israel too. Things do not appear to be business as usual. I don't know whether it's because the Israelis are willing to work against Obama and his ilk out of spite for him supporting radical Islamic groups like the Muslim Brotherhood in their back yard, and are cozying up to Trump for that reason, or if there has legitimately been an internal counter-coup similar to what we've seen in the US and they are going to implement real internal policy change of their own initiative.

Israel was created by the Rothschilds, they have Rothschilds' faces on their money, and something has been happening with the Rothschilds lately too because some of them have actually been indicted for financial fraud in Europe.

When Netanyahu started talking about working on a two-state solution with Trump it surprised the hell out of me. There isn't much of Palestine left to even form a state out of, so I'd be interested in seeing what his plan for that would even look like. I do think that Israel has committed some terrible and unjustifiable abuses against the Palestinian people, even in recent years, but at the same time it's already an established nation at this point, and I also understand its importance as a US foothold into a very volatile region that our military would otherwise have a difficult time accessing. And frankly our military needs access to that region because networks operating out of the CIA, other intel agencies and various NGOs have been all over the Middle East developing terrorist cells to cause serious problems in Europe, Africa and the Americas.

That region has been a complete mess ever since European powers chopped up the Ottoman Empire and arbitrarily recreated nations out of it after WW1. I suspect its inherent instability is going to be a long-term problem unless massive change takes place in several large nations there, including Saudi Arabia and Iran (and maybe Israel too depending on wtf is going on there). We won't have a real shot at global peace until something is figured out there.

I think China is all bluff right now. There are large sections of China not far from Beijing where millions of people don't even have running water. Their infrastructure is about as weak as their economy. They would be damning themselves to start a trade war with us, because we are their biggest trading partner and vice versa. They're crying because they've been donating to Democrats in the US who were letting them get away with all kinds of ridiculous behavior, and now we are going to pressure them to stop that.

Empathy and education in the age of Trump
    By Joe Miller
    BBC News, Davos
    20 January 2017

The rarefied environs of a Davos cocktail party may not, at first, seem like the ideal
place to teach people to understand those with whom they disagree. But Peter
Salovey thinks there is no better place to preach the gospel of empathy.

As president of Yale, he has direct access to the university's distinguished alumni.
Some, such as Blackstone's Stephen Schwarzman and Chinese billionaire Zhang
Lei, are the very epitome of the so-called global elites against whom there has been
somewhat of a populist backlash in the past year.

Prof Salovey comes to the World Economic Forum with a message.

So to recap, yes, Obama supported ISIS. And al Qaeda. In Syria. This is how history will remember him. As a traitor.

I really hope that the Trump administration will not declare open warfare on "radical Islam terrorism", since this will solve nothing.
Going around with a big hammer to smash radical Islam into peaces will only result in more terrorism. The world should be ready to understand this mechanism by now.

On top of that: The tensions in the Middle East and Afrika have cause in mistakes that were made during the colonial times, where borders were drawn with far too little consideration for tribes, ethnic groups, natural borders and resources.

What we should do is cut off all supplies of arms into those regions and make efforts into diplomacy, sympathy, wisdom and leading by example.

    please no more war.
