Those who believe that their DNA is changing, what are the physical symptoms/sensations?

Anyone know what I'm talking about or am I just alone and crazy?

No,you are not alone and definitely not crazy.I've read about this subject two or three years ago and a few symptoms described on that article could somehow applied to me but not as was described there.Its something else and a lot of things happened since,even learning dealing with them in a way.

I would like to answer to your second question,but I'm sril in learning process and understanding in dealing with them and on the other hand,perhaps I will influence you in a wrong way of understanding because I think that this process is different from human to human.

1. Changes to habits, what you wanted yesterday you you do not want today.
2. Release of Ego trap
3. Greater sense of connecton to past lives, or whatever you are trying to connect to

I feel there are three types of DNA change

1. Health interventions, anti oxidants, telomere lengthening substances
2. Subtle photonic actions from the sun, that we all get
3. Changes done by beings - like an operation - that only happens with permission given, caution needed if one is not sure of who one is dealing with or the objective

I would say that inner change reflects itself in every external thing: new perspectives, new ways of connecting and relating with others and with your environment, things that were constant are upside down, a new communication with your body, weird time-shifting experiences, more lucid dreams, a feeling of strangeness and novelty around... even with your physical appearance. Others feeling the change inside you, specially little animals...

I was thinking about this yesterday. I know there are articles out there on the symptoms, and I have read a few, but I do not accept them all as fact or truth. Whether this is my DNA activating or not, I have experienced several changes over the last 10+ years, which is when I started having out of body experiences and began expanding my awareness, Here are some, in no particular order:

1) Seeing large and small sparks of light while going through my daily routine.
2) Hot flashes -- major hot flashes. Yes, I have gone through the woman's change of life, but no one in my family has had hot flashes, and mine have been constant and severe.
3) More aware of the vibrations. As soon as I lay down and relax, the vibrations come within minutes.
4) No longer interested in any of the foods that I used to love. I even find myself becoming more sensitive/allergic to certain foods; maybe it's the GMO or pesticides. I also stopped eating animals about 4 years ago.
5) Much more sensitive to other peoples' anger, where it almost makes me feel ill.
6) Ears ring all of the time; different pitches.
7) Sleeping pattern has changed. I no longer need the 8 hours that I used to get. I do just fine with 4 or 5 hours.
8) Seeing things in nature, in plant life and up in the sky, that others in my life can't see, like faces and symbols.

My mother bought me one of those Ancestry DNA kits for Christmas, and quite frankly, I've been a little frightened to send in the mouth swab for some reason. Not for any shame about the possibility of any unexpected results. I really don't know why. I already know My ancestry to a probable degree so I don't know why I have the apprehension, but there it sits unopened. Maybe some inner subconscious thought that it's invasive in some regard. I really don't know what to do. I'm not sure if the information could be used against me in some manner perhaps. 🤔

Study Epigenetics. Maybe start with Dr. Bruce Lipton or Dr. Joe Dispenza. A simple thought changes your DNA and genetic structure. Thoughts are things!

I share your aprehension. I also think you would be giving away information about you that it's very private and most important to people who you don't even know what the use of that information is going to be. They are making people believe that it's soo cool to know exactly your origins and % of genes. And what for? Kind of uselesss information for the general public, except for those genetic engineers who for some reason need that information, so we by giving away a swab with our genetic material and even paying for the analysis are making their job easier by just sending it willingly and directly to their labs.

1) The sparks you see is white light sparks poped up for a millisecond no mater if is night or day?
6)That different levels of pitches,some of them goes inside the brain having the same level but "hear" it much more clear than in the ears?
7)For this point I just want to ask you if during your sleeping hours you wake up every time to a certain hour?For me is 4 o'clock in the morning no matter to which hour I go to sleep.This last for 3 years now.

I am with you on #s 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8!
There have been times when it appears like a camera flash has gone off, or there has been small little flashes that look like sparks a couple times. (There were multiple people aware at the time.)
Food has changed to me big time, but I have associated that with the products themselves dropping in quality - seems like a lot of food lately has changed and it is really frustrating.(also vegetarian, almost vegen)
I have always been a caring person but much emotional lately, and more so from a perspective of feeling sadness for things going on that I feel are wrong. Also unexplained sadness - I don't know where it is coming from. I do battle it but pushing myself into the positive and basically rallying myself upwards.
Lots of ear ringing lately and my whole family's sleep patterns are completely out of whack!

Are we becoming more sensitive or is something outside of ourselves causing this effect?

I also have a medical condition (which causes chronic pain) and there has been a significant change in my skeletal structure around a critical area of that which I can not understand how it could have happened. I would expect that this change would have caused me much greater discomfort that I normally feel. Now I am not claiming any weird miracle healing or other intervention - it just doesn't make sense that it occurred. I am investigating it, but to be honest I would lose my mind a little if old X-rays were no longer there to support how it use to be. This hasn't been a miracle cure either, but It is a step in the right direction that doctors could not do for me. So yeah, a bit weird but again our bodies can do crazy things on their own.

Yes, I see the sparks during the day and night and they are very fleeting. Do you see them too? On the ear ringing, it seems to be more of a brain, not an ear, thing. Strangely, the ringing changes in pitch often as my thoughts change. And yes, I seem to get up in the 6 - 7 am range (I go to sleep at 1 - 2 am).

Hi, Patient. Thanks for the response. I think we are on to something here. Sometimes the light sparks are like a camera flash, but usually more like a micro meteor whizzing by. I also had some bouts of sadness, but they have passed. I have turned the corner. Just stay on your path; it gets easier. On your medical condition, does its emergence coincide with the start of your awakening? My hot flashes did. They could have kicked in to drag me down or distract me. But sometimes when I have a hot flash and my eyes are shut, I feel like I am in a starry tunnel, the kind that I been in many times before during out of body experiences.

Thanks so much Mercedes. You put my inner suspicions in a very articulate and concise manner that I couldn't really put my finger on. I've been reading alternative knowledge and studying various topics therein for so long it was an instinctive feeling that I was having. Seeing someone put it like you did really helped me understand my subconscious apprehension. There's so many obvious reasons now to not submit the sample, I really don't think I will. This whole DNA thing could be used for too many nefarious purposes. For all I know, it could be a front to get collections of DNA from unwitting people to use later for God knows what. I'm not a paranoid person, but a very logical, calculated thinker so... I'll pass! Thanks for your help very much!

I'm with you. My sister tested her DNA with Ancestry. My reaction to her "good news" was, 'Have you lost your mind???!'

It is not being paranoid to deduct there's a possibility of one's DNA ending up in the wrong hands, afterall, these are private companies doing the testing and they are in it to make money. Once they have your DNA they "own" it. Granted, Lab Corp or whoever tests your cholesterol has your DNA, too, however with them you're not consenting to DNA testing and in my mind that makes a huge difference.

Regarding the sparks,yes,I see them too and I found them very interesting every time when they occur. During day they are white bright with with black or dark blue edge/contour.During night they are simply bright white.I'm not sure,but I think the sparks are related with orbs.

When I "hear" the pitch,I focus on it and some of them,no matter of the pitch level,it goes further inside the brain,"ringing" uniform inside.In that moments I don't change thoughts,I only focus on the pitch.

I just found the article mentioned in my first post with the symptoms:
