She keeps looking up and to her right (our left). I did a Google search for images using the search terms "body language eye direction", and the first few images that came up all agreed that looking up that way is more commonly associated with constructing images from one's imagination, rather than recalling images from one's memory.

I believe she was looking up and to her left. My research and experience is that when one is recalling a memory, one looks up and to the left as she did. (Try it on yourself or someone you know. Ask them for a date when something occurred or where they were on a certain day and time a few months ago or last year. Watch their eyes and head.)

I was watching her eye movements closely. In my opinion she was recalling memory, not tapping into imagination. She looked up and to the left and even lifted her head slightly to the left to find the memory. When people are drawing on imagination they tend to look down and to the right.

I find her credible. When she refers to shots from Mandalay, however, she is recalling what she has heard about that, not what she claims to have personally seen or heard. Same with respect to shooting at other locations. What she claims to have heard depicts a shooter or shooters who were closer to her and approaching.

In the final analysis, her testimonial carries little weight in the sense of it being helpful in anyway towards determining what actually happened. We will likely never know what actually happened, just like JFK, 9/11 etc... That information is way above our pay grade. We have no "need to know" as far as the perpetrators are concerned.

Like 9/11 was followed promptly by the anthrax scare and then promptly thereafter by the "DC sniper" scare, so too the Las Vegas shooting by the CA fires and Weinstein fiasco. Nothing like more stress, fear and distractions to give the perpetrators time to clean up the crime scene and plant more false narratives in the minds of the gullible.

But that's OK, we can all go back to sleep now.

Paul, you have a true expert in NLP (me) and someone quite knowledgeable at non verbal cues (some would consider themselves as experts at my level) and Satori above is right in his analysis. Sorry

Looking up is when you see images, right from one’sown body is imagination 75 percent of the time (25 percent of people are programned in reverse) and looking at your left relates to memory. This is true in NLP and in unrelated to NLP studies on non verbal language.

Yes, that's correct. But the 75-25 thing means that it can't reliably be used to determine recall vs. imagination in any new person you were observing.... you'd be 100% wrong about them as often as 1 time in 4.

To make an accurate assessment, you'd ideally already have to know the person in question. I'd not really want to be judged like that if it was me!

Yes, it's averages and a general rule. But you'd also be 100% correct 3 out of 4 times. Not a bad outcome, on average.

People can be telling the truth based upon their perception of what they saw or heard, yet be completely wrong or inaccurate as to the facts. They are not lying, merely mistaken.

Report: Vegas shooter removed hard drive from laptop
    Jake Morphonios discusses this here:

Jake reels off a long list of incidents over the years, all involving shootings, in which the prime suspect removed their hard drive and/or destroyed it.

That's interesting enough. But, wait a minute.

Supposing you, reading this, suddenly wanted to remove your hard drive from your desktop or laptop. How easy is that to do? (With a Mac, not at all. To even start, you need a special screwdriver that's not at all easy to find.)

Surely it's easier to run over the machine with a truck, and then douse it in flames. And finally, throw it in the river. Or, something like that.

And before that, reformat/erase the drive, which takes maybe 60 seconds. (That doesn't always make all data forensically irrecoverable. But it's an easy thing to do.)

To physically remove the drive is fiddly, takes time, and one needs technical expertise and tools — and even after that, one needs to dispose of the thing anyway.

    What's wrong with this picture?

The following video, from 1975, about the Vietnam War and the CIA's Project Phoenix committing senseless genocide of the Vietnamese, may (sadly) provide an answer to your struggle.

It seems that when we send our young men off to brutal, senseless, wars (are there any other kind?), then some of them, often those who had fathers similarly brutalized, end up being efficient, order following, killers.
This post is a bit further off topic for this thread, but it fits in well with the above, somewhat off topic post.

In this weeks #NewWorldNextWeek, Story #3 covers "Phoenix 2.0: CIA To Unleash Vietnam Era Terror Campaign On Afghanistan".

The CIA is resurrecting the Phoenix program, now in Afghanistan. Here are three of the sources that James Corbett and James Evan Pilato provide for this story:The first of these three sources begins with this overview:

    ===========
Last week the new head of the CIA Mike Pompeo publicly threatened to make the CIA a "much more vicious agency". His first step towards that is to unleash CIA sponsored killer gangs onto the people of Afghanistan:
The C.I.A. is expanding its covert operations in Afghanistan, sending small teams of highly experienced officers and contractors alongside Afghan forces to hunt and kill Taliban militants across the country ...
The C.I.A.’s expanded role will augment missions carried out by military units, meaning more of the United States’ combat role in Afghanistan will be hidden from public view.
This will be mass murder campaign. People will be pulled from their houses at night and vanish - 'eliminated'. That has been happening in Afghanistan for years, but on a relatively small scale. So far the targets were 'al-Qaeda', a small terrorist group, not the local insurgency. The new campaign will target the Taliban, a mass insurgency against the U.S. occupation. Thus is will be a mass campaign and cause mass casualties.

that is correct - you either have to know the person so that you can ask questions to verify its wiring and establish an evaluation basis, question like "what have you done yesterday" and then check the eyes movements or ask "what have you eaten yesterday morning" - eveybody will answer, nothing to hide. Then you know if the person is wired like most or if the person is reverse wired. And this has nothing to do with being right or left handed.

We alsways have to check reactions to the environment (ex. when someone looks at the interviewer, to answer questions, the something is asked from the interviewee's past, is the interviewee looking at its right or left? What if the cameraman is at the interviewee's right and has made a movement at the same time you were asking the question, movement which attracted the interviewees eyes? yet, the interviewee answers truthfully and is not making up stories, he is just distracted from its habitual way of answering for past stuff.)

I am always prudent before judging based on non verbal language.

Yeah there is a light in the back ground , in the Rence interview above #784 they
bring up a possible helicopter over head and there is a large drone base relatively
near by, and of course the airport. I would of thought there would of been air
assets in the area pretty soon, but cannot point to anything. It may have already
    been discussed earlier ?
    I'll watch that video. Thanks.

Didn't find any previous discussion on this... But I may have missed it.

Might the left/right divide be as simple as brain hemisphere dominance? Left handers more likely to look up to the right for instance.

Just an idle thought, I'm sure someone would have already worked that out by now if it were the case.

To me this really looks and appears like he is reading answers from a screen/livefeed. Someone is there with him feeding him answers.

This man is a seasoned and polished presenter. That's one reason why he holds the position he does.

He met with high level people at MGM, including a legal team, and they prepared him for the interview. One rule that he followed quite well, is to answer the question and not elaborate at all. Fewer words is better. For instance, if the question can be answered with a "yes" or "no" then that is all you say. Make the interviewer follow up. Do not feed any new questions by giving a narrative answer to prior questions that will lead to new questions. Questions that perhaps the interviewer had not considered. Also, one can always say "I don't know", which he did a few times, even if he did know. That's lying if he did know, but he was not under oath.

[/B][/I]Supposing you, reading this, suddenly wanted to remove your hard drive from your desktop or laptop.

This is very easily done on the vast majority of non-Apple devices, it's generally 1 to 3 Phillips screws and then you can pull the hard drive out.

a 60 second format to a hard drive will leave upwards of 95% of your data still easily recoverable. I do forensics on disk and solid state drives as well as memory (RAM) scavenging if the machine is still on.

Since most people do not use Apple products, I'd say this is a very plausible and easily accomplished action (removal of hard drive).

Here is the Scott Binsack phone interview with Tropicana guest "Kevin" who was a witness, helped by directing terrified people to safety and helped the hotel security during the Vegas shootings.

(Note: The video is hard to listen to due to low volume of the speaker phone and high volume of Binsack talking. Fortunately, he does not talk as much and allows the witness to do most of the talking.)

    SUMMARY:

"Kevin" witnessed mass rush of people into the Tropicana main (northwest) tower, hiding under gaming tables, etc, in panic and chaos--"real blood", injured people, says emphatically not a hoax.

He went outside of Tropicana and saw a woman about eight feet away getting hit by bullet to the head outside on the sidewalk and she was then helped by an RN who was also injured (apparently next to Las Vegas Blvd and near the overhead walkway to Excalibur).

They were told only that there were multiple gunmen on the strip shooting at everybody. He was unaware of the concert shootings.

"Kevin" believes he came face to face with one of the shooters while helping security. Two guys in plain clothes with "AK 47" and "9mm" coming out of elevator in Club Tower of Tropicana take control of security and then later--"out of the......blue" turned AK 47 on security saying "Everybody get down."--But men with guns suddenly leave.

(Club Tower is the other high Tropicana tower/building to the southeast and closer to Hooters. Club Tower is within shooting range of the concert and multiple witnesses reported sounds of gun fire coming from this building including two girls at that building who reported shooting "overhead". Both Tropicana towers had purple flood lights. As viewed from concert videos it is the one on the right.)

He says it was more than an hour after shootings before any Las Vegas Police Dept. showed up at Tropicana.

He says it took about eighty minutes after shootings before swat team arrived and one of them said repeatedly "This is a crime scene."

Swat secured the "crime scene" and told people (including Tropicana security) to go into the Pavilion Room of the Club Tower (which was very possibly one of shooters' high positions).

Here is a well-done video that shows a different perspective visually on a 3D map that is based upon Mike Adam's video analyzing the shooting sounds that expose a second shooter.

It is interesting to see that according the math calculations the Mandelay Bay area shooter is about the same distance away as the Tropicana Club Tower building officially-unverified shooter, which has been pointed out by firsthand witnesses as being a shooter position (possibly open window or roof top).

Mike Adams based his calculations on .223 caliber but that caliber has not been verified in any credible way to the best of my knowledge (i.e., the official story is not credible). Some analyses by ex-military, etc, indicated the possibility of belt-fed machine guns or otherwise different types of rifles. So the concentric circles may not be exactly where they should be on the map.
