I am still trying to decide if the Las Vegas shooting was planned by the CIA or the FBI. The CIA is more cold-blooded and the FBI is more bumbling.

I believe that the answer to this question lies much further up the food-chain. Meaning, what David Hawkins & Field McConnell (Abel Danger) are speaking of is pretty much right on target. As, they continually reference the British company - Serco Inc. - that's what is allegedly the controlling mechanism that is directing the different compartmentalized segments of the so-called 'intelligence' community to trigger these insidious events. Such events that have been going on since well before 911 & will no doubt be taking place in the forseeable future across this planet.

Serco Group plc, the international service company, announces that a Serco-led consortium has today signed a contract with the Saudi Railway Company (SAR) to be its partner, providing management and technical support for operations on the North South Railway (NSR). The contract, which starts immediately, has a total value to Serco of approximately £120m over five years and is Serco's first major rail contract in Saudi Arabia.

Air traffic control at the nearby airport in Vegas reported multiple shooters on airport property to incoming planes, blocked all civilian landings, and allowed a military plane loaded with troops to land, to help get the shooters. They clearly said on the audio recordings of their communications with the planes that they had multiple shooters on the runway at the air port and that they had to go out and round them up.

Obviously what the airport saw was the shooters making a bee line to a plane somewhere there. They probably did not get a chance to bust anyone, most likely the shooters simply vanished into a private jet and hid. That is what I said all along - the airport was the getaway point and now we have confirmation that the control tower saw the bastards.

I have saved this video already (obviously) and will serve it from here if it vanishes. The video is not a hoax, the actual recordings of the tower conversations are there, and they clearly tell planes not to land because they have active shooters on the runway.

Pictures taken on high class SLR cameras clearly show the Mandalay had intact windows in Paddock's room well after the shooting was done.

The only emergency response happened at Hooters casino a half mile away, with no emergency response at the concert itself, where people were left to die.

We were told it was a lone nut when there were obvious multiple shooters, and now this from the airport, where they reported they had shooters ON THE RUNWAY.

FOLKS, THEY DID NOT SCREW THAT UP, THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS HAVE A PERFECT VIEW OF THE RUNWAY FROM END TO END.

The media lied about all of it. So now that we had another huge shooting at a church in Texas, I beg to question: Did anyone really get the story on this? ANYONE AT ALL?

Bill Gates and Prince Al Waleed bin Talal in Four Seasons deal

Bill Gates is going into the hotel business. The Microsoft chairman has joined with Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal to back a management buy out of the luxury hotel group Four Seasons for $3.8bn (£1.95bn).

The hotel business has been enjoying a boom as global travel increases while the availability of hotel rooms fails to keep pace. Four Seasons operates 75 up-market hotels in 31 countries, as well as owning a number of timeshare properties.

The deal, which will see the chain's chief executive Isadore Sharp pick up $289m, was first mooted in November last year. Mr Sharp, who has led the company since it was founded in 1978, will remain at the helm.

Prince Alwaleed is already Four Seasons' biggest holder, with 22pc of the company. The Gates Foundation is the fifth-biggest holder with a stake of around 5pc. Mr Gates will purchase his share of the company through his Cascade Investment vehicle. This is not the first time Mr Gates and the Saudi prince have collaborated. Following a dinner at Mr Gates' home in Washington state in early 2004, Prince Alwaleed agreed to explore ways to assist Microsoft's expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Blackstone Group has also been a major force behind deals in the sector, acquiring MeriStar Hospitality, Extended Stay America, Prime Hospitality, Boca Resorts, Wyndham International and La Quinta.

After seeing the above Jake Morphonios Part 2 breakdown... Like I said previously, Jake & I see things a bit differently regarding the direction that I see he is attempting to go to in his Part 3 (not yet published).

First of all, I have no problem with the information that he's brought forth in his Part 2, concerning Bush Sr & Bush Jr & their relation to the Bin Laden family. However, I do have an issue with where he will be attempting to take this with his next video (Part 3). As the images that he is showing on the screen behind him, while he lays out the facts, are quite telling.

What I mean, is that appears as though Jake will be making an attempt to align Trump with the so-called "New World Order" when he asks the rhetorical questions pertaining to Trump's supposed multi-billion dollar arms sale to Saudi Arabia when he says @ 21:09:

"Why is Trump over there in Saudi Arabia working out military deals with them? Why is it that he's out there bending the knee & giving the Saudi regime all these multi-billion dollar weapon deals, while ignoring what we know to be the unquestionable truth - that the Saudis played a huge role in the September 11th attacks.

The fact of the matter is that Trumps so-called Arms Deal wasn't actually a Trump arms deal. On the contrary, it was a deal that was made by the previous administration. Yes - that's right - it was a deal that was made by the Obama administration.

WASHINGTON – When U.S. President Donald Trump visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia May 20, he brought with him a gift: a major arms agreement for the longstanding Gulf ally.

But while the deal was announced with much enthusiasm on both sides, the reality is that the package – stated to be $110 billion in arms sales, with a $350 billion potential over the next ten years – faces significant regulatory and Congressional hurdles before anything can get done.

While the weapons sales were announced as a package, each potential sale will have to go through the foreign military sales procedure individually. That means any weapon, training package or bullet that the Trump administration wants the Saudis to have will have to go through legal vetting at the State Department before heading to Congress, where members have the power to veto a deal.

And beyond that, each agreement will then have to be negotiated with the U.S. industrial partner, a negotiation during which dollar amounts and quantities often change and deals have been known to fall apart entirely. In other words, Memorandums of Intent are nice, but don't represent real deals.

One source familiar with discussions around the package said the Defense Security Cooperation Agency could be clearing deals related to this package for the next "five to six years," and said about ten percent of the package were items that have already been cleared by DSCA and notified to Congress.

Details about what is in the package remain thin, and likely will for some time. The State Department claims the package includes $110 billion worth of defense capabilities "to be conveyed via Foreign Military Sales Letters of Offer and Acceptance and a Memorandum of Intent."

That includes seven announced deals:

• $6.8 billion for munitions and support, dating back to Oct. 2013;
• 11.25 billion for multi-mission surface combatant ships dating from Oct. 2015;
• $500 million in ammunition, dating to July 2015;
• $1.15 billion for M1A2S Saudi Abrams main battle tanks and other ground vehicles, dated to Aug. 2016;
• $3.5 billion for CH-47F Chinook cargo helicopters, dating to Dec. 2016;
• $525 million for surveillance aerostats, dating to Jan. 2017;
• $250 million for broad training for the Saudi navy.

That total represents just under $24 billion worth of deals, although that number represents a cap and not a floor for negotiations on final price. The roughly $86 billion left will be made up of future sales, which State says will fall into five categories: "border security and counterterrorism, maritime and coastal security, air force modernization, air and missile defense, and cybersecurity and communications upgrades."

The big one that is known – the sale of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system to the Kingdom. Another hint came from a Lockheed Martin press release, which said the agreement includes a Letter of Intent between the world’s largest defense firm and Saudi company Taqnia to form a joint venture to "support final assembly and completion of an estimated 150 S-70 Black Hawk utility helicopters for the Saudi government." (That agreement was first announced, in an exploratory fashion, in Feb. 2016.)

The source was unclear how much of the remaining deals were discussed with the Obama administration and are already being vetted, but said discussions around THAAD began before Trump took office.

So in essence: Trump can deliver $24 billion in arms sales to the Kingdom off the bat. He can deliver roughly $86 billion if he doesn’t run into any headwinds in Congress. And the remaining dollars he would need to reach $350 billion? That appears to be a mix of speculation about future sales, commercial tie-ups, and expectations of sustainment contracts for equipment.

Emma Ashford, a research fellow with the Cato Institute, said the announcement was "mostly Trump taking credit for the previous administration's" decisions.

"The symbolism of the thing is probably more significant than any military benefit," she said. "But the trip and the deal from Trump both seem to signify the administration's stance will be to wholeheartedly back Saudi Arabia in its regional choices. That is not likely to improve regional stability."

Ashford also warns that future deals may not actually materialize, due to real-world factors.

"The Trump White House may be willing to sell oil-rich Gulf states whatever they want, but unless the price of oil goes back up, these states are going to face longer-term budgetary pressures that may inhibit these kind of purchases," Ashford said.

When announcing the deal, Trump declared this would deliver "jobs, jobs, jobs" for Americans. But the nature of weapon sales in 2017 means any agreement comes with offsets, often including industrial base participation in the buyer’s backyard.

For example, a statement from Lockheed Martin about the deal notes that final assembly and completion of an estimated 150 S-70 Black Hawk utility helicopters will create 450 U.S. jobs – and 450 jobs in the Kingdom. Overall, Lockheed claims its part of the agreement will create "18,000 highly skilled jobs in the U.S. and thousands of jobs in Saudi Arabia."

Becca Wasser, an analyst with the think tank Rand, notes that General Dynamic and Raytheon, two other big winners in the pre-cleared package, appear to also include local job creation provisions in their agreements. But while the Saudi government is focused on its Vision 2030 domestic industrial development plan, Wasser doesn’t expect the local defense industry to become self-sufficient enough to challenge U.S. goods.

"I think it will be some time before Saudi will develop standalone capabilities to produce defense items internally and definitely a significant amount of time before they can produce defense equipment in multiple domains," she said. But, "The Saudis and other U.S. partners gain more than just arms from purchasing defense equipment, they gain access to the U.S. government. It’s unlikely that Riyadh is looking to forgo this route.

Congressional blockage
Congress can block any U.S. arms sale by enacting a joint resolution of disapproval as stipulated in the Arms Export Control Act. After receiving formal notification of the sale from the White House, opponents would be able to introduce a joint resolution in the House and Senate to block it—and force a Senate floor vote.

As of May 24, lawmakers on the Hill have yet to be briefed on the sales Trump announced on his Saudi trip, and there have been no pre-notifications to lodge an objection to. But Sen. Rand Paul R-K.Y., still reportedly intends to force a vote of disapproval on the Saudi agreement over concerns that the weapons will be used to kill civilians in Yemen.

Connecticut Democrat Sen. Chris Murphy is expected to join Paul in filing such a resolution that would include four new notices of offensive weapon sales for the Yemen fight. "I don’t understand why this administration is not using this arms sale as a means to get some movement from the Saudis on humanitarian issues in the region," Murphy told Defense News on May 24. "There are some awful things happening in Yemen and this is your chance to try to move them on letting humanitarian aid into the country."

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, in early May, signaled the administration would back away from human rights diplomacy, and said sometimes U.S. values would have to take a back seat to economic interests or national security.

Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker, R-Tenn., said he expects the Senate to allow the sales, but acknowledged the humanitarian concerns, saying lawmakers have recently aired them with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir and had "back-channel" conversations on the issue.

"We had a very blunt meeting with the foreign minister recently on this very topic—very, very blunt," Corker said. "I think they understand the issue, and certainly the administration has done the same with them, relative to humanitarian issues.

Last September, the Senate voted 71-27 to scuttle Paul and Murphy’s joint resolution to disapprove a $1.15 billion sale to Riyadh. A powerful group of Republicans countered in floor speeches that blocking the sale would weaken an alliance shaken by the US nuclear deal with Iran and upset the regional balance of power.

One of them, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., the chair of the Senate appropriations subcommittee that oversees the foreign affairs budget, told Defense News on May 24, the new effort, "will be overwhelmingly defeated."

"I’m for the deal," he said. "Now’s the time to improve the capabilities of our Sunni Arab allies given the threat of Iran and ISIL. I want to modernize their force, so I’m all for the deal."

One particular roadblock in the Senate may come from Israel, both in the form of political pressure and in the form of legal challenges over its Qualitative Military Edge. The THAAD system – with a high-end radar – could be particularly thorny for QME, said Wasser.

"This is a matter that really should trouble us," Israeli Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz said May 21 at the weekly cabinet meeting. "We have also to make sure that those hundreds of billions of dollars of weapons to Saudi Arabia will not, by any means, erode Israel's qualitative edge, because Saudi Arabia is still a hostile country without any diplomatic relations, and nobody knows what the future will be."

And if QME isn’t an issue and Congress gives sales the OK, there may still be another challenge. Perhaps complicating the matter further: the day before the weapons package was announced, the American Bar Association released a document stating that weapon sales to the Kingdom may be illegal, as their use in Yemen would violate international humanitarian laws.

All told, Wasser said, "it’s likely we won’t see much of the kit purchased for some time."

I now find myself really rather more concerned for his safety; think that he should be given the proper opportunity to do the job that a larger number of Americans believe he could do; I now think he may have greater integrity than I gave him credit for. In short I now believe I was wrong. I may never ideallogically chime with him completely, but I do think that he genuinely wants to make a positive difference and would seem to be the target for very unreasonable bullying from his idealogical counterparts. I don't think that's fair, and now I find myself wishing him the best of luck. Boy, he's got some job on his hands.

I listened to the Roy Potter vid above. I'm confused. Is he saying that the LV killings were done by muslims ticked off by the Trump meeting with them in the mideast a few months ago and this was pay back for whatever went down there? And now somehow Trump friendly shieks are in charge doing a purge of the ones responsible for the killings??

And then, Serco, who the Abel Danger guys have been saying forever is one of the most evil companies in the world gets a contract by the Trump friendly guys?

Definitely confused.

I'm about to do something that I really didn't imagine a few months ago having to do, ever. I'm putting this on record, really for me, but it is an act of consciousness, that is all.

Concerning Donald Trump: I am about to eat my words. (Fortunately for me they taste of steak, fried eggs and potatoes washed down with a small glass of red wine). I'd stated some pretty harsh things which I do now regret having said, at all, and I'm sorry.

I now find myself really rather more concerned for his safety; think that he should be given the proper opportunity to do the job that a larger number of Americans believe he could do; I now think he may have greater integrity than I gave him credit for. In short I now believe I was wrong. I may never ideallogically chime with him completely, but I do think that he genuinely wants to make a positive difference and would seem to be the target for very unreasonable bullying from his idealogical counterparts. I don't think that's fair, and now I find myself wishing him the best of luck. Boy, he's got some job on his hands.

Now, something just occurred to me... Knowing how sleezy the FBI has been over the decades...

And, with all of what we've seen regarding what was going on with the FBI Director James Comey, Loretta Lynch, tarmack-gate with Bill Clinton, the Benghazi fiasco, together with Hillary's email scandal being tied into a Pay to Play scheme through the Clinton Foundation while Hillary tended the Office of Secretary of State... Ripping off the people of Haiti, while also looking back at the murders of Seth Rich, Vince Foster, and the long list of other mysterious deaths tied to the Clintons...

I am just wondering... especially after seeing the following headline posted on ZeroHedge... (below)

Could this latest attack on Americans in Las Vegas, with 59 deaths... Could it be possible that these recent deaths can also be added to the already extensive Clinton Body Count???

Just really wondering... how wicked some people could actually be???

There is a plausible scenario that the US , UK , Saudi & Israel attack on Iran

Was Las Vegas a COUP Assassination Attempt Cover UP Gone Wrong?

Last night, I was on radio discussing the Las Vegas shooting and the connection to what is happening in Saudi Arabia.
They are connected.
I’ll start at the beginning.
There was a King Fasal who had a son, Prince Alwaleed, bin Talal.
King Fasal took ill and named his brother Salman as king in his place.
King Salman has named his son an heir to the throne, instead of his brother’s son Prince Al Waleed.
Al Waleed is a Wahabbi. Salman is Suni.
Wahabbi is extreme Islam.
Salman wanted a more modern, non extreme Islam for Saudi. That’s why he named his own son as heir.
In Las Vegas, Prince Al Waleed owned the upper floors of the Mandalay Bay resort, including the 32nd floor that was one of the points of shooting at the strip.
I say one of the places, because the witnesses were all correct. There were other locations too.
The Mandalay Bay has a heli-pad on the roof. That is important, because that was the escape route after the carnage.
Paddock was a pilot. He was also a gun runner between the Philippines and the US.
He was running guns for Prince Al Waleed.
He didn’t win at the casino. Those millions came from smuggling.
On the night of the attack, I found out that King Salman was in Las Vegas. (I didn’t know that part until after the show and I received a missing piece of info.
Salman was at the Tropicana.

Paddock was victim one.
Others were used to shoot at the country music venue.
That was to create chaos and distract from the real target over at the Tropicana.
Al Waleed’s assassins shot from Mandalay bay, but they also were at the Tropicana trying to kill Salman.
That explains why there were shooters on the ground as well as in the air.
Remember the videos of the helicopter fly over.
I asked why a helicopter would be there when there was a shooter high up.
It wasn’t news, or cops.
It was the assassins who ran up the stairs to the roof from the 32nd floor.
Remember they sealed the door to the stairwell?
Paddock had access to the service elevator, because the boss said he could use the elevator.
Nobody questioned him.
Meanwhile the assassination attempt on Salman failed.
Now we are seeing the result of the failed attempt.
It was not only an assassination attempt and a terror attack, but an attempted coup in Saudi.
This is why everyone shut up in Las Vegas.
The response is still ongoing.
You are watching it play out.
As I said, I spoke on air about this.
I will post links in comments to prove my story.
Las Vegas was definitely a terror attack.
Al Waleed, the owner of the suite was who is behind all of it.
All the witnesses citing multiple shooters all told the truth.
There were shootouts along the strip and in Mandalay Bay & Tropicana hotels.
The reason nobody is talking is it’s not over yet.

There is a perfect helipad at the top of the Mandalay, right at the hub.
