Did "Q" make another mistake on purpose?

In post #8534 on this thread there is a depiction of a chalkboard referencing three amendments to the US Const. The last reference is to the 16th Amnd. What follows after that is in correct. That amendment ostensibly imposed a federal tax on incomes. It did not recognize or confer the right to vote for all.

Q should know better.

Edit: My eyes just aren't what they used to be. I looked at what I thought was a 16 several times and still saw a 16, but as Lost N Found points out it is a 15. As Gilda Radner would have said: "Never mind."

I don't see a mistake in that post. If you look close enough it does refer to the 15th Amendment. If you read the board it is in sequence, The 13th Amendment, The 14th Amendment and the 15th Amendment. I know it is a bit sketchy but with further analysis it is a 5 and not a 6 and the 15th amendment does state this,

I agree - hope it does not come to the need for this.

It's been coming for a long time. I suspect Twitter will be obsolete before too long because Trump must have a plan to make his own where both sides have equal voice! I think that alone will make it very appealing to the masses even if is gov. run. The truth is though the gov. (three letter agencies) are the ones behind all those platforms anyways so it stands to reason they'll do one on their own to promote that 'transparency' theme.
