No offense- But... what sane person randomly wakes up one morning and says, "Hey, I think today is a great day to be pen pals and best friends with a murderer." LOL. That is just asking to get brainwashed and manipulated.

To me, this is a more interesting question than who provided money to Kevin - although that does not mean it's relevant to the ultimate question that was originally posted: the problems with Mark's SSP testimony. Because of my former employment - I was going to say "past life" but on Avalon that might be taken literally - I met many people who fell in love, and even figured out a way to have unauthorized kids, with those on death row or serving life without parole. Questioning sanity or laughing at their choices has little to do with it, and the deeper answers are beyond this this thread.

However, for those who are curious, some of Jo Ann's story has been told elsewhere. Of course, Jo Ann's personal life does not mean that Mark's SSP testimony is either true or false, so I don't mean to encourage speculation. Call it a human interest sidebar and maybe we can get beyond such things.

In short, Paul Collin's report ( "Moment Of Truth" ) pulled his ( K.M.'s ) public pants down however, it was ( K.M. - himself ) who spun his ( K.M.'s ) ownself around while additionally pointing to his highly excitable 'immoral compass' by 'telling more on himself' than Collin's report. The fact of us 'all being human' does 'not explain-away facts', that 'not all of us are emotionally disturbing others with our deep-seated ( underlying ) character behavior disorders attacking people whom are totally unlike him ( K.M. ).

Ah, as far as I'm aware Geoff it all depends on which state in America it is eh ? Most of them require "One party notification" whereas just a handful require "two-party consent" ... there's nothing illegal about recording a phone call as long as it is for your own use and you are a "party" to it, and here in the UK there are no laws against it again as long as it is for your own use !

Now, whatever one's opinion is as to Kevin's "methods", I'd say it would be wholly remiss of an "Investigative Journalist" *not* to keep a recording of ALL their Communications so as to preserve the Integrity of the Evidence IF it is required eh ?

Broadcasting the phone call in a Youtube video is not "for your own use", not that there is much of a phone conversation here. Never the less, I think Kerry Cassidy has an angle to get this video removed from Youtube. I would hang up the phone too if Kevin Moore was stalking me in my apartment complex.

For the record I changed my name legally when I was 21. Cassidy is the last name on my social security card and all documents since then.

I am not ashamed of my REAL LAST NAME: Unsworth . --- I just wanted a better "stage name" since I knew I would be famous in the future :-)

It's a good English name.

I choose "Cassidy" because I am a rebel and relate to the Irish! I was also reading the JACK KEROUAC BOOK "On the Road" and while in college and liked the Cassady name (his side-kick) but preferred the spelling with an "i".

Apparently Moore also went after Laura Eisenhower only to be proven wrong as usual...

I have been given added confirmation that he is working for what is known as the "Company"... Yes the side that hates disclosure.

AND I just learned I can also report him to the State Department as a foreigner on U.S. soil for stalking...

You need not explain away your name Kerry.. Many, if not most women, change their names to reflect martial status, etc. You have no explanations due to us. People write books, Take on a personality for professional purposes, and you're certainly entitled to do that as well, and still have your private life..

And I think you have also made it perfectly clear that you had no desire to speak to Kevin Moore in person, so I do think that you would have some grounds to file for harassment, and or stalking. Be careful.. I am not saying that Kevin would do anything stupid, he did walk away, but he may have some followers that lack that same ability, and I would absolutely get that video removed ASAP, if you can. I was appalled at his last video clearly harassing you. You and I have a difference of opinion on Mark but that's the way it is. I am truly sorry KM has done this to you. He is basically harassing everyone now. Clearly he is not the man I thought I knew after we met last June. I admitted publicly I sewed the seeds that started this last June and I have apologized publicly for it. However I do not apologize for Kevin Moore and Blackcashmere's horrifying behavior in the past months. I have absolutely nothing to do with these people. I even had to change my phone number to stop both of them from harassing me. They would call and wake my children and I up all hours of the night each night and laugh.

I also am in the process of filing a criminal complaint against Moore and the woman driving him around while he harasses everyone.

Yes, she did train professionally as an actress in New York: in her late 20s and early 30s, if I remember correctly. She chose Kerry Lynn Cassidy as her stage name, and changed it legally. (Her real name is Kerry White.)
