"Irregularities that have taken place in this year’s U.S. presidential election are eerily similar to voting manipulation that helped Hugo Chávez stay in power in 2004, according to a senior former CIA official.

He described Chávez, who ruled Venezuela from 1999 until his death in 2013, as a “new kind of dictator.” Upon his taking power, Chávez revised the country’s constitution to increased the presidential term of office from five to six years, but also allowed people to call off his presidency in a referendum, which required 20 percent of signatures of all 11 million voters.

By 2003, opponents of Chávez managed to collect enough signatures to trigger a referendum. “That’s when he started to panic,” the former intelligence official—who is also an expert in Latin American politics and counterterrorism—told The Epoch Times. “So he started talking to a company called Indra, which is a Spanish company that runs elections.”

The technology used by Indra at that time, according to the expert, wasn’t “flexible” enough to do what Chávez wanted to do. He said that the regime then turned to Smartmatic, a company registered in Delaware and founded by three young Venezuelan engineers. After receiving a contract for $150 million to overhaul the country’s election system ahead of the 2004 referendum, Smartmatic bought machines from Italian lottery machine maker Olivetti.

“At midnight on election day the machine stopped counting,” he said, adding that at that point, Chavez was losing. “By 3 a.m., Chavez had won by 10 percent.”

Right after the November U.S. general election, a whistleblower with a military background in Venezuela alleged in an affidavit on Nov. 16 that Smartmatic participated in a scheme to manipulate the Venezuelan election results in favor of Chávez.

The Epoch Times was not able to independently verify the claims.

Smartmatic denied that they manipulated the Venezuelan election.

“Over the last two decades, we have registered and counted nearly 5 billion auditable votes without a single spoiled vote or security breach. We designed our technology to enable all election stakeholders audit the entire process. Our software has been open to audits by all political parties in all countries where we operate. All audits of elections that have used Smartmatic technology have validated the accuracy of the results, confirming the integrity of the election,” the company said in a statement to The Epoch Times.
He drew parallels between the 2004 Venezuelan referendum and a halt on ballot counting that has occurred in several U.S. cities in the early hours of Nov. 4. In a speech given that day, President Donald Trump said that the counting had been inexplicably “called off” in states where he was leading, suggesting potential cheating and fraud.

The former CIA official said there were other irregularities that had occurred during the 2004 Venezuelan referendum that also took place in U.S. cities during this year’s election. He pointed to a Nov. 25 hearing in Philadelphia, during which observers testified that the city’s Board of Elections was processing hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots with “zero civilian oversight or observation.”

“The board of elections erected a fence about 50 feet into the hall that ran the length of the room, all observers were corralled behind the fence,” election observer Justin C. Kweder said. “More than a hundred board workers processed and opened mail-in ballots on the other side of the fence.”

The expert said Venezuelan election officials had been instructed to do the exact same thing to help Chávez win the 2004 referendum.

“This is what happened in Venezuela in 2004,” he said. “They have a book, they have a manual. They tell you what exactly you need to do to in order to execute the fraud.” "

It's simple. Any controversy over the integrity of machines, whether manufactured on a Mars base to throw elections for an oppressive inter-galactic regime or in Venezuela for a Third-world Banana Republic, can be remedied by a forensic audit. I do believe, however, Smartmatic's ties to Venezuela has been confirmed, moreover for the expressed purpose to rig elections specifically for Chavez; but regardless, at some point I don't care who made these machines/software or why. It's irrelevant if a Venezuela company made them or Mother Theresa herself sponsored a non-profit to make them. It's a distraction. Audit the damn machines.

This analysis all depends how you are defining the US. Are you defining it as We the People of the US? Or as a fascist reign of global corporatism that has seized and metastasized throughout all three branches of our own government, and which is not only doing "dirty" things to the people of Venezuela but also "dirty" things right here to We the people of the United States, and which so happens to be currently waging a coup d'état against our very own government and Constitutional Republic? Is that who you are talking about? If so, let's not confuse this force of tyranny with the Constitutional Republic of the United States, by and for the people.

1. Election fraud doesn't need to be proved. So its probably a distraction to try and make Trumps case look frivolous. The judges committed felonies allowing mail-in ballots without legislative approval (legislating from the bench). Arrest the judges now and throw out all mail-in ballots and its over. This will likely happen in the highest courts anyway as the Pennsylvania judge stated.

2. If this really is the final stand for the globalists to use the left wing to bring rapid change toward total control and depopulation (they obviously need the left wing for swift change since the clock is against them given the awakening), then Trump will try to win the right way, if the judges are too corrupt, I suspect martial law and arrests as the last resort or disclosures.

3. There must be enough camera evidence and witness testimony to prove dems blocking reps inspectors from being able to oversee and gather evidence of fraud. How is that not fraud in itself and at least make the state results void by doing things in the shadows. Same thing for the Dominion machines that are obviously and intentionally leaving things wide open to fraud. Negligence should be enough to void without proving fraud. There is no way that technical people designing such devices are stupid enough to accidently build machines capable of vast tampering.

It's a tricky thing there. I find myself muttering sometimes "not in my name", when say, I see us currently jacking Syria's oil, while also trying to keep them from rebuilding with more strangling sanctions that "we" love so much to use against regular people just trying to live their lives. It's beyond cruel, it's sadistic.

Then again I can think "not in my name" all I want, but just like when I think back to "our" genocide of the Indians here, that was my people that did that, WE did that, just as it's MY people ravaging Iran and Yemen as well who have done absolutely nothing to us. In my view anyway, it's sort of like the old saying "no matter where you go there you are". I'm tired of this crap
I don't beleive or hope any of that until I see the proof that Obama has a hole in the head.
I'm sick of these games, everyone should be injected with that truth serum they use.
Show us all the footage and then we can move on.
Until then, you got many boys crying wolf and it all get's dilluted into absolutely nothing, zip, no action, no movement and a loss of hope

What bothers me is not this latest steaming pile of horses##t trying to be passed of as news. No, I’m quite used to that.

What bothers me, and I’m seeing it more and more, is that this sort of thing has got people fantasizing stuff like this may actually happen one day. Some sunny day, “the good guys” will start snatching up “the bad guys” off the street, ship them down to Gitmo, and put bullets through their heads.

If that’s the way you want to see things go down, then you haven’t thought things through very far. What you’re rooting for is the start of an out of control blood bath, maybe look into how the French Revolution went down to make certain that’s for you.

For the last two weeks, Sidney Powell was telling everyone she could prove that our election was decided abroad by bad actors. Tuesday’s news seemed to confirm those claims. A retired military analyst testified in Arizona that the U.S. has captured the information that was sent overseas.

Also, a November 25 declaration from an active-duty military analyst was made public today, which says that, within five days of the election, the analyst was able to connect dominonvotingsystems.com, which is Dominion’s proprietary URL, to Belgrade, Iran, China — and Barack Obama.
I’ve been enjoying a delightful email conversation with Nick Chase, who’s written some deservedly lauded articles helping readers to understand how the voting machines could be used to send victory to Joe Biden... One of the things Nick explained to me is how information travels across the internet. I’m going to share his words with you because you’ll need them to understand how important this next bit of news is:

On the Internet, information is delivered in “packets” of bytes, each of which has header information identifying the sender and the intended recipient. When the recipient receives the packet, it verifies the packet and returns to the sender a message saying the packet was received correctly. This traffic passes through “routers” which are similar to the wireless router you might have at home, only on an industrial scale. The network routers also have switching software to determine which is the “most efficient” (fastest) route on the Internet to transmit the packets, as the Internet is a redundant system designed with many routers, paths and switches so it will continue to operate in case part of it goes down.

It’s entirely possible for a sophisticated, powerful agency to grab or reroute this packet traffic so the data can be manipulated. With that in mind, you’ll appreciate the import of testimony that Colonel Phil Waldron (retired) gave during the hearing in Arizona about the voting machines used in the U.S. elections. As you recall, while the votes were collected in America, they were sent to Frankfurt, Germany, for final tallying and processing before being rerouted to America. According to Colonel Waldron, his “white hat” hackers recognized the packets going to Germany and obtained copies of them:

We shouldn’t be surprised that Col. Waldron offers such extraordinary evidence. Last week, in Pennsylvania, Col. Waldron gave a master’s class in how the Dominion voting systems are set up to enable election fraud on a massive scale. He talked about fraudulent elections in other countries, voting machines being connected to the internet making them hackable, stolen USB drives used for hacking voting machines, and inexplicable anomalies that showed that votes were preloaded for Biden before the election began.

Today, Col. Waldron’s testimony gained added heft when we got to see a declaration from an intelligence analyst at the 305th Military Intelligence Unit (the “Kraken” unit). The declaration has specific evidence showing that, on November 8, 2020, Dominionvotingsystems.com, which is Dominion Voting Systems’ proprietary URL, was connected over the internet to Belgrade, Iran, China — and to “the Indivisible (formerly ACORN) political group for Obama.”

In the spirit of complete honesty, the declaration is almost completely unintelligible to me. All I know is that I find disturbing that dominionvotingsystems.com is connected to two of our geopolitical foes and to Obama’s political interest group.

Oh, and did I mention that it looks as if the Chinese government has an ownership interest in Dominion? You can check out Gateway Pundit for details that seem legitimate. You’re not imagining it that China keeps popping up all over 2020, first by giving us the gift of a virus that the Democrats used to try to destroy the economy and to pervert the election, and now as an active player in America’s vote-counting.

I sure hope that Trump, who is being remarkably silent right now, is planning to reveal all in the coming week. Alternatively, if he’s unable for security reasons to reveal what’s happening, I hope he’s able to explain to the Supreme Court and the various state and federal legislators what really happened and why Biden truly didn’t win.
