"Attorney Sidney Powell says there’s plenty of time for President Donald Trump’s legal team to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

''With the fraud case, the Dec. 8 deadline doesn’t apply,'' Powell said Friday during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s ''Stinchfield'' in reference to the ''safe harbor'' deadline that frees a state from further challenge if it resolves all disputes and certifies its voting results.

''We have at least until Dec. 14,'' she said.

''We might file more suits. The court in Michigan or Wisconsin today just gave us a great order recognizing that. These are not pure election contests we are filing. These are massive fraud suits that can set aside the results of the election due to this fraud at any time. The states should not be certifying election results in the face of it.''

Powell, a former member of Trump’s legal team, has been a part of multiple lawsuits in a crusade to overturn results from the 2020 election.

Several states have certified Joe Biden as the winner of the election. Newsmax has yet to project a winner as Trump continues to contest the results in court.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Friday said it wouldn’t accept a lawsuit by Trump’s legal team, sidestepping a decision on the merits of the claims and instead ruling that the case must first wind its way through the lower courts.

The president asked the court to disqualify more than 221,000 ballots in the state’s two biggest Democrat counties, alleging irregularities in the way absentee ballots were administered. "

Just a question for clarification: Do these devils even get a kangaroo court appearance, or do they just get the unceremonious bullet through the back of the head once through the sacred gates of Gitmo as was advertised a couple of days ago.

Treason is a serious crime. But to answer your question, if it gets to the point described by Pieczenik and others, the perpetrators of this conspiracy will face a military tribunal and quite possibly a firing squad or noose. This isn't a game.

Some may judge a military tribunal to be a kangaroo court, and perhaps so. I don't know. But I will say this: the justice system as it is currently comprised of corrupted political hacks, who are apparently more interested in party affiliation than justice, or more interested in sustaining their status in the cocktail party circuit than adjudicating a powder-keg crisis that requires a legal remedy--the stop gap, as it were, to keep us from falling into all-out civil war--look more like kangaroo courts to me and are only backing the people into a very dangerous corner due to their cowardice. Grant it, it is a little a premature to cast these judgements on the judicial branch entire and I hope I am wrong. But if the courts fail us, marshall law and invoking the Insurrection Act may be the only resort.

I wonder if 8 more years because of an amendment to current US law, or might Trump serve a 3rd term just because he can by that point? That sounds an awful lot like a real future slam dunk for a nation that votes.

Pieczenik isn't the first person to float this concept. The argument for another term would be a legal one; I'm not sure how successful it would be, but there is precedent.

The idea goes like this: if Trump is inaugurated for a second term it will be under full disclosure to the world after whatever process has unveiled a massive conspiracy plot against DJT, starting on the first day of Trump's presidency in 2017, documented here, and culminating with the treasonous coup d'etat attempt of stealing the election. For all intents and purposes during Trump's entire first term he was at war with enemies both foreign and domestic which served to usurp his term as President. The argument follows the first term is not valid service to the office under the these treasonous circumstances where Trump is merely defending the office instead of serving it, and any POTUS deserves two full terms serving the office per the constitution.

Or so goes the argument. Please understand this all sounds very fanciful to me; I'm just the messenger explaining the reasoning behind those who have floated this idea. I'm neither an advocate or proponent of such ideas.

sister in law one of my childhood's best friends, .. his wife was a little older than us, but great family! totally on the up and up! you'll never hear a scandal of back door deals with China rumors like there are with Kemp. right before lock down my friend came in to town and gathered some of our closest friends together for my birthday she told us how her mother, his mother in law, really supported the governor and campaigned very hard with Latino community because she loves him and believes in him. that lady lost a son, and i a friend years ago and when that happens, you stop a lot of pretense and life just gets "real"... so if he wasn't on the up and up? she would have no time for him ...

I'll stick to just this one point in the interest of keeping it simple, and staying on topic.

First off, for clarity I wasn't trying to insinuate that a military court would be any less trustworthy than a civilian court. I say kangaroo court in light of the growing sentiment I'm witnessing that seems to be inching closer and closer to the old "kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out". Was envisioning "yes, of course you'll get your day in court, and then we'll take you right out back and hang you like the rest of those traitorous scum".

So far as the civilian courts go, the general sentiment is looking along the lines of either they rule with the President, or at the very least they're not to be trusted either. At worse, they're traitors as well. So far as I know at least a couple of these judges have even been Trump appointees; which brings me to the Supreme Court, as it looks that the 6-3 Conservative majority with 3 of them being Trump appointees, will be the long anticipated cavalry come charging over the hill at the last minute to save "the good guys".

I'm not so sure about that... I don't think they want to touch this thing with a ten foot pole. So if they refuse to hear any of it, or not rule in Trump's favor of whatever the presented case may be, it's over so far as I know. In the courts anyway.

So what then, is it Custer's last stand against everybody? Enter Martial Law and the Insurrection Act. I'm reading up on this in an article from Military Times from October 2020.

I'm not understanding some very simple things here. How does declaring either martial law, the Insurrection Act, or both together, help right the supposed wrong that had been done by the entire United States judicial system, all the way up to and including the Supreme Court?

The term "insurgents" looks to be a centerpiece. Putting down the insurgents, the rioters, helping reestablish law and order, etc. I'm not seeing who the insurgents are that need putting down. I'm also not seeing what law and order need reestablishing. I'm the commander of US forces, the President calls me into his office, and tells me he's invoking the Insurrection Act. I say "yes sir, what's my mission sir?"

Can someone please tell me what the President might say my mission is? Because I don't have a clue what it might be. I'm going to supposedly save his Presidency, and thus the republic, how exactly, from who, and on what legal basis?

Gracy, maybe read the lawsuit filed by the State of Texas. Different laws for different states and counties violates the rights of everyone, not just those in the contested states, which is what most of us have been saying all along.
