(Natural News) Today’s Situation Update covers the bombshells now getting catapulted into the election battle, with a legal analyst revealing that the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled in 1997 (Foster v Love) that all ballots received after midnight of Election Day are null and void.

This means the vote stuffing, early morning rigging and subsequent ballot “discovery” schemes by the Democrats are all unconstitutional and therefore null and void.

It also means that all the swing states which simultaneously paused their ballot counting on the evening of Nov. 3rd, deliberately allowing post-election ballot fraud to take place, shall have their own elections nullified, along with all their electoral votes.

Once presented with this information — which apparently just got activated with a surprise Texas lawsuit filed with SCOTUS before midnight last night — the U.S. Supreme Court must rule that those swing states must now use their state legislators to appoint electors rather than relying on the fraudulent, nullified, rigged elections that used Dominion Voting Systems.

"Texas is suing Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
On today’s Jay Sekulow Live, we discussed the breaking news that state of Texas is suing four battleground states directly at the U.S. Supreme Court. This is a case of original jurisdiction at the high Court and could be outcome determinative on the election.

Filed by the state of Texas and its attorney general, this lawsuit is focusing on three main constitutional claims. Texas is saying that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin in how they administered their elections violated the Elector’s Clause because it’s the state legislatures that have to make rules on how elections should be conducted and to implement changes if necessary. There’s an Equal Protection claim, as well as a Due Process claim.

The prayer for relief in the lawsuit is that the states cannot seat the electors and basically that the legislatures should, in each of these states, appoint new electors. So this has been filed at the U.S. Supreme Court overnight or morning by the state of Texas against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. What is key is this case could be outcome determinative. If the U.S. Supreme Court were to agree with Texas, it could ultimately be outcome determinative if the state legislatures had to pick new electors.

My dad, Jay Sekulow, discussed the significance of this case:

"What is at stake here, and this is why I think out of all the cases this is the most significant – to be clear, there’s no doubt about it – this is the most significant of the cases that has been filed. It’s the most significant because it is completely outcome determinative. What does that mean? It means that if the Court were to rule in favor of Texas, those four states, the states named in the complaint, would in in fact have their state legislatures determine the outcome. They would pick the electors.

This is a lawsuit, of course, against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. It is original jurisdiction which means it doesn’t start at the district court level. It starts at the Supreme Court of the United States where it was lodged yesterday evening very, very late; actually by the time it was lodged, probably this morning. It’s a very significant piece of litigation, in my mind, this is the one."

This comes on the day that electors are being seated and then next week on December 14th, they will vote. So this all has to happen very quickly. This is extremely significant because the state of Texas has the jurisdiction to go right to U.S. Supreme Court, as it is a case or original jurisdiction between two or more states under the Constitution.

This is the most important lawsuit filed thus far during the legal phase of the presidential election. We’ll continue to keep you updated as it develops. At the ACLJ, we have been fighting to defend the integrity of the election and the Constitution, and if the Supreme Court takes up this case, we will look to file our own amicus brief along with our members.

"A Michigan lawmaker leading the investigation into the 2020 election threatened Dominion Voting Systems CEO with a subpoena if he doesn’t appear before his committee voluntarily.

State Rep. Matt Hall, a Republican who chairs the Michigan House Oversight Committee, said in a Dec. 7 letter obtained by The Epoch Times that he sent a missive last month asking Dominion CEO John Poulos to testify before the committee.

“I have not received an answer to my request. I am writing again to request your appearance before the House Oversight Committee so that we can further investigate Dominion’s role in the election,” Hall wrote to Poulos in the new letter.

The representative said there have been a number of claims and accusations regarding Dominion’s software and the results of the election and that Poulos could help lawmakers and voters better understand the election software.

If Poulos cannot make it in person, testimony via Zoom would serve.

“If Dominion chooses to ignore this second request to come before the committee I am prepared to seek legislative subpoena power to compel your appearance before the House Oversight Committee,” Hall wrote. “I am hopeful that it would not come to this.”

Dominion didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Dominion makes both election equipment and software. The company says that it provides voting systems in 28 states. It has challenged claims that its products were unreliable during the presidential election, and claimed it is nonpartisan and not affiliated with any political figures or parties.

Poulos testified to U.S. Congress in January. Dominion hasn’t sent him or others to answer questions before any legislative bodies since the Nov. 3 election.

Dominion planned to send at least one representative to testify before lawmakers in Pennsylvania last month but backed out.

“Instead of running towards the light of honesty and integrity, Dominion Voting Systems retreated to the darkness. Why? Why would a vendor of public goods fear discussing their products sold to the public for the public good?” state Rep. Seth Grove, a Republican who chairs the Government Oversight Committee, said during a press conference.

“If Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success? How hard is it to say, ‘our ballot machines worked exactly as promised, and they are 100 percent accurate?’”

In an emailed statement to The Epoch Times, Kay Stimson, Dominion’s vice president of government affairs, confirmed the company had agreed to the hearing.

“However, that conversation was overshadowed yesterday by threats of litigation coming towards our company during a national press conference,” she said. “As we await the opportunity to debunk the baseless conspiracy theories being offered about Dominion and its voting systems in a court of law, we had to ask for a postponement of the discussion. Notably, our company doesn’t even support Philadelphia, or some of the other jurisdictions being targeted by attorneys in their remarks.”

Lawmakers in multiple states have held hearings on allegations of election fraud and irregularities.

Hall and other lawmakers listened to testimony from President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, poll workers, and experts during a hearing last week.

Hall said after the hearing that he was seeking to “glean information about what can be done to make our state’s elections run more smoothly in the future.”

“I want to stress that today was not about partisan politics, it was a piece of the puzzle as we try to figure out what happened and we will continue to gather more,” he said. “We have invited Dominion Voting Systems in to speak on software issues and tabulation irregularities in Michigan, but so far they have not agreed to speak before our committee. We will not stop getting answers for the people of Michigan—as it is a pillar of our panel’s work.”

I say kangaroo court in light of the growing sentiment I'm witnessing that seems to be inching closer and closer to the old "kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out".

I can't say I disagree too much... I would only add that history repeats itself, or at the very least rhymes. The current temperament of the people--at least those to the right of center--reminds me of the temperament of peasants of late 18th-century France, where an angry mob with pitchforks and pikes stormed the Bastille. That’s basically where we’re at with each passing day. Ebullient grievances of 21st-century working-class Americans, which the arrogant and incompetent government class refuses to quell with reasonable concessions let alone recognize, is a recipe for disaster. A mob scorned without justice or remedy (in the case of the French peasants, without food) is quick to cast damning judgment and is capable of vicious verdict.

In short, we all know what happened to Louix XVI and Marie Antoinette...

So far as the civilian courts go, the general sentiment is looking along the lines of either they rule with the President, or at the very least they're not to be trusted either. At worse, they're traitors as well. So far as I know at least a couple of these judges have even been Trump appointees; which brings me to the Supreme Court, as it looks that the 6-3 Conservative majority with 3 of them being Trump appointees, will be the long anticipated cavalry come charging over the hill at the last minute to save "the good guys".

The issue isn't whether or not the judges are ruling "against" Trump, per se. This isn’t about Trump or the highway—this is about justice and the rule of law as opposed to rule by decree. The issue is the people have put forth valid and legitimate grievances and both the judicial and legislative branches of government refuse to consider evidentiary hearings on the matter. It is reminiscent of their "let them eat cake" moment... They deign to even consider the problem while gaslighting the plebs with infuriating and spurious declarations that "there is no problem". That points to the inevitable conclusion that both the legislative and judicial are part of the problem, entwined with corruption. And that is what causes ordinary people to pick up a pitch forks and pikes….

I'm not understanding some very simple things here. How does declaring either martial law, the Insurrection Act, or both together, help right the supposed wrong that had been done by the entire United States judicial system, all the way up to and including the Supreme Court?

The term "insurgents" looks to be a centerpiece. Putting down the insurgents, the rioters, helping reestablish law and order, etc. I'm not seeing who the insurgents are that need putting down. I'm also not seeing what law and order need reestablishing. I'm the commander of US forces, the President calls me into his office, and tells me he's invoking the Insurrection Act. I say "yes sir, what's my mission sir?"

Can someone please tell me what the President might say my mission is? Because I don't have a clue what it might be. I'm going to supposedly save his Presidency, and thus the republic, how exactly, from who, and on what legal basis?

In my opinion, declaring Marshal Law and invoking the Insurrection Act is contingent on evidence of overt cyber-warfare waged against the United States of America by foreign enemies. Multiple sources speculate this evidence exists and was procured in the Scytl raid at Frankfurt, Germany (in short, invoking the Insurrection Act depends if these sources are correct or not).

To wit: if the servers were seized, and if team Trump seized them (as opposed to the Deep State), the servers will likely prove the United States is under attack, in a state of war, and amid an overt coup d'etat. If all else fails through the courts and legislature to remedy this, POTUS will then have no choice but to declare Marshall Law to fulfill his oath to the Constitution and his duties to defend the Republic against enemies both foreign and domestic.

Here's how I see it going down:

1. Trump publicly declares a National Emergency (which the nation has technically been in legally, albeit covertly, since September 2018), temporarily disbands MSM, seizes assets and property of Big Tech, and commandeers the emergency broadcast system to alert the public that the Director of National Intelligence has informed him a foreign enemy (probably China and/or Iran) along with persons acting as agents of or on behalf of foreign enemies, hacked and interfered in the 2020 election and altered the results. The President will declare Marshal Law to combat this National Security threat and will either a) order a new election overseen by the military or b) declare himself the winner based on the evidence procured. The first choice provides for the best optics, imo.

2. Arrests will be made and property and bank accounts seized of the domestic agents who have conspired with foreign enemies and governments to undermine National Security e.g. State governors, Secretaries of State, various media personalities, Deep State agents, etc. The accused will be held for tribunals to answer the charges.

The mission? Mass arrests with the accused subject to trials and tribunals. Quelling any insurrection against the government and enforcing sanctions of any persons conspiring with or aiding the United State’s wartime enemies. The legal basis? Executive order 13848, which lays out this exact scenario and gives the POTUS the exact authority to do this.

The unknown, here, is how the opposition will respond. Do they commandeer Anti-Trump/Anti-Republic factions of the military beholden to foreign enemies and/or sympathetic to Globalism and the Great Reset? Will the military under Trump’s command stand down and betray him? Does the country split in two? With two Presidents?

Yes, all this is very alarming. Yes, any government given the power of Marshal Law is suspect and should be met with raised eyebrows.

My response? Audit the God&%n votes and review the evidentiary evidence to render remedy so we don’t have to go there….

I've always found it fascinating when 2 people can look at the exact same thing, and read it totally different. What I see is one judge after another simply doing their job, and the accusers being the ones to whip people up into a frenzy. What this is basically saying is that they're all in on it except for Team Trump, which then brings us right back to G.W.'s "either you're with us, or you're with the terrorists".
