I just dont get how the cameras and other evidence of officials blocking inspectors from getting near the ballot counting isnt enough to nullify the results. Not allowing inspectors to witness making it almost impossible to prove fraud and designing ludicrous voting machines that are wide open to fraud is fraud enough in itself making the results unvalidated. The logic is so obvious.

So, this Texas lawsuit appears to be the one i mentioned earlier. Although it has a few complaints, the one i mentioned is that legislature didn't pass laws to allow the mail-in ballot process. Also the supreme court precedence not allowing mail-in ballots after midnight is interesting as well.

What happened with the forensics on the voting machines? Has that been completed yet?

Total BS. You gotta think clearly about this stuff.

If Charlie was sent this and believes it's real, he's too dumb to understand he's being played. (In all his presentations, he appears to display no critical thinking of any kind, ever.)

1. The first short clip: no military personnel would be going into a live operation holding an iPhone to film. (Look at the format of the video.) Any recording would be done via helmet cam, and the default format would always be horizontal, not vertical.
2. The second clip shows a huge amount of live ordnance, enough to pulverize several large buildings or take out a whole battalion. It's a full-scale battlefield attack — or (more likely) film of a training exercise.

Utter BS!

First, the firing came from one direction and looks more like a training exercise or firing on unarmed targets. I saw no return fire. Yet we are told 5 or 6 US forces were killed. By what? "Friendly fire?"

Second, that level of fire power would have destroyed almost everything within the field of fire. It would have put at risk destruction of the so-called servers that they allegedly went to get.

Third, this event, had it occurred as described, would have resulted in a huge outcry by the German public and officials demanding arrests of those responsible and reparations. Have you heard of any such reaction from Germany? I have not.

Fourth, that level of assault was an act of war and the UN and NATO would have spoken up, as well as other countries. The US would be condemned worldwide for such an attack on German soil.

We must see things as they are, not as we think they should be.

The great news is that Trump is grounded in cold, hard reality.

And to a certain extent, his enemies are not.

We must trust that Trump is 100% aware of the above threat and that he has a plan to destroy the threat.

I am certain that he does.

Trump wants this resolved with the least possible damage to the Republic. Ergo, SCOTUS.

If that fails, I suspect he gives the 'GO' order to protect the Constitution.

His family will be bankrupted, the either jailed or exiled.

You have seen how corrupt the courts & FakeNews became under Obama.

Those judges will do whatever they are ordered to do, by Biden.

HERE IS THE EVIDENCE

EXCLUSIVE: 112,516 ballot dates updated in official PA database, 65,026 ballots were received after the 3rd and 15,517 after the 6th.

FACT 1: OpenDataPA allowed anyone to download the Mail Ballot Request CSV database showing the life cycle of every mail-in/absentee ballot, until access to the dataset was blocked on November 21st.
Access was blocked shortly after articles and viral videos came out showing impossible ballot date discrepancies.


FACT 2: On November 23rd OpenDataPA reopened access to the ballot database, but with only access to an updated version of the dataset. The changes were never disclosed to the public.

Example: Instead of 23,305 ballots having a “Returned” date before their actual “Mailed” date, the updated version has only 185 ballots with this anomaly. There are also 9,763 fewer entires.

The Texas Lawsuit lays out many of the other impossible anomalies from the original dataset, which have since been modified in the updated dataset.


FACT 3: On December 3rd, HereIsTheEvidence released the HereIsTheEvidence Analyzer to enable anyone (including journalists) to verify/find anomalies in election data.

The HereIsTheEvidence Analyzer was applied to the new dataset and this is what was found:

1. 151,775 mail-in ballot records were updated on November 23rd. Of the changes, 112,516 ballots were given new return dates.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that any ballots without a postmark should “be presumed to have been mailed by Election Day” unless there was strong evidence to the contrary.

The evidence from official records show that 112,516 mail-in ballots have had multiple return dates between November 3rd and November 23rd.

Pennsylvania certified Vice President Joe Biden on November 24th.


2. 65,026 ballots were marked “Returned” after November 3rd.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar reported on November 10th that only 10,000 ballots were received after November 3rd.

3. 15,017 ballots were marked “Returned” between November 7th and November 16th.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court usurped established Pennsylvania legislation to allow ballots to be counted if received by November 6th. Ballots received after the 6th were to be rejected.

Pennsylvania rejected 7,099 in the 2020 election.

4. Counties continued processing the full application/ballot life cycles for new ballots after November 3rd.

Pennsylvania’s deadline for mail-in applications was October 27th.

Berks was the last county to provide full service application and ballot processing on November 16th.

5. OpenDataPA has a visualizer to explore the updated dataset, but it hides the 65,026 ballots received after November 3rd.

Until Pennsylvania updates their Visualizer to show beyond November 3rd, you can use the HereIsTheEvidence Analyzer to verify these claims.

6. As laid out in the Texas lawsuit, Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballot anomalies at 118,426 affected ballots. With the updated dataset, there are 151,775 alteration which includes

151,775 record alterations
112,516 Returned Dates changes.
10261 Return Date with no Mail Date
5048 Applications Returned after Ballot Mailed
1035 Applications Approved after Application Returned

Totaling: 168,119 mail-in ballots effected by alterations, illegality, or anomalies.

In Pennsylvania’s response to the Texas lawsuit, they did not address the mail-in ballot anomalies.

Dismissing a case for lack of standing is the number one way, bar all other ways, to get rid of a case when a judge (or judges or “justices”) does not want to take it, for whatever reason. The true reason never being disclosed.

Standing, or not, is one of the most subjective and convoluted principles in the law. It’s not unlike one’s preference for liking one flavor or color over another. Whose right, whose wrong, whose to say? What the judge says is what counts.

Often, where one judge says he or she sees standing another does not. Decisions on standing are ripe for and fraught with influences of politics, money, special interests, envy, whose ox is being gored......

But this ain’t over folks. Not by a long shot.
