"Cyber teams which examined Dominion Voting Systems machines in Antrim County, Michigan last weekend have found concrete proof of massive cyber election fraud, according to CDMedia.

The forensic audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines had been authorized on December 4th by an Antrim County judge after it was found that the Dominion machines had flipped 6,000 votes in the historically Republican county from Trump to Biden.

On December 12th, another judge allowed Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to block the results of this forensic audit. However, some of the team’s findings were leaked to CDMedia, who published it yesterday.

It was found that the voting machines had been connected to the Internet (which is illegal in the United States) and that fake ballots were sent in batches for “adjudication” in either Germany or Spain. “Adjudication” is a Dominion override function that is meant for a marginal number of ballots – not for 106,000 ballots, as was the case in Fulton County, Georgia.

CDMedia’s source, who took “great risk” in getting out this information said, “The evidence of fraud was not where we were looking. It was cleverly hidden in the error rate.”

The error rate for ballot verification was set to 1000s of times the legal rate and then massive amounts of fake ballots were sent to Europe, where they were “approved” and tabulated.

In this video, Salty Cracker – who’s called “salty” for a reason, as you’ll soon see – reports that, “Now, this information is in the hands of Gen Flynn and his team…

“These BLM people [working at the polls], they scanned the votes into the machine and the machine was like, ‘Error! Error! Error!’ and so they said, ‘OK,’ set it off to the side for adjudication, all of these errored ballots, which were dumped into these places.

“These errored ballots went over to Spain, went over to Germany, probably through our CIA and they worked out the math. They needed to make sure that there were enough stolen ballots…that wouldn’t be too easy to catch – but we broke the algorithm.

“So they panicked and they adjudicated hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of these bull**** ballots into the system for Joe Biden. And now, it’s all breaking! We got the f***ing machines! We audited 22 of these machines, we’ve got the receipts! It’s all breaking out!

“This is why they put a gag order on us, this is why they silenced us!..This is why the censorship is skyrocketing up! On September 12, 2018, President Trump issued an Executive Order to impose sanctions for interference in our elections by foreign powers. It calls for the Director of National Intelligence, who is currently John Ratcliffe to issue a report no later than 45 days after the election, on December 18th, which is next Friday.

If Ratcliffe admits this evidence, the EO calls for the blocking of all property held in the US by the perpetrators."

ttorney Sidney Powell is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately intervene in her lawsuits challenging the integrity and outcome of the 2020 elections in four states.

In an announcement on Friday, Powell said she had filed emergency requests to the nation’s top court, asking the justices to order officials in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona to immediately de-certify their 2020 election results and to prevent the states’ presidential electors from casting votes in the electoral college.

An emergency filing is also anticipated for her Wisconsin case. The filings aim to maintain the status quo in the states in order to give the Supreme Court time to consider the allegations presented in her lawsuits.

“These cases raise constitutional issues and prove massive fraud. Our plaintiffs have standing ‘WeThePeople’ will not allow rigged elections,” she said in a Twitter statement on Friday.

The briefs have indicated that Powell’s legal teams are preparing to file a petition for a writ of certiorari—or a request—asking the high court to review lower courts’ rulings that dismissed her lawsuits in the four states that were dubbed “the kraken.” The lawyers have filed appeals to each states’ respective circuit courts but due to looming deadlines, the teams will file a simultaneous appeal to the top court.

Each state’s presidential electors are expected to meet on Dec. 14 and cast their electoral college vote.

Her announcement came on the same day the Supreme Court rejected Texas’s request to sue four battleground states—Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin—over allegations that they violated the constitution and treated voters unfairly in their handling of the 2020 general election.

The top court opined that Texas did not have the legal standing—or right—to sue under the Constitution because it had not shown a valid interest to intervene in how other states handle their elections. Although two of the nine justices said they would have granted the request, they said they would have also denied other injunctive relief.

The briefs filed in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona present similar arguments and all ask the justices to immediately act in blocking the finalization of the certification process or to alternatively reverse the district courts’ orders against Powell’s clients.

Powell’s team argues that the lawsuits are part of an effort to “expose and reverse an unprecedent multi-state conspiracy to steal the 2020 General Election.” Plaintiffs have been characterized as “conspiracy theorists” by Democrat politicians and activists who are ignoring the many eyewitnesses, whistleblowers, and expert witnesses who are coming forward with accounts of potential fraud and other evidence, the lawyers argue.

“The 2020 General Election was tainted by unconstitutional election fraud on a scale that has never been seen before—at least not in America,” the lawyers allege.

“Hundreds of thousands if not millions of illegal, fraudulent, ineligible, or purely fictitious ballots were cast for Biden (along with hundreds of thousands of Trump votes that were intentionally destroyed, lost or switched to Biden), changing the outcome from a Biden loss to a Biden ‘win,'” the filing alleges.

The lawyers alleged in many of the cases that election officials changed election rules without going through the state legislature; with loopholes enabling intentionally or unintentionally fraudulent processes to be introduced by poll workers, the voting software Dominion, and potentially third parties.

“While no decision of this Court can repair the fractures in our society, only a fair and open inquiry that allows the truth to be discovered can do so, for it is the truth that will set us free,” the lawyers wrote in the Georgia brief.

“Conversely, closing down any inquiry into the merits of the unconstitutional and illegal conduct in this election would be a slap in the face to many millions of Americans who believe it was a stolen election. Our common bonds require answers on the merits, not procedural evasion.”

*Problem*: Elections are controlled exclusively by States. Ergo, no federal access to ballots or machines. The federal government has VERY limited jurisdiction, which States can EASILY obstruct.

*Solution*: Establish that foreign actors directly meddled in ALL State elections. (2018 EO activated).

Moments ago, Michigan state judge Kevin Elensheimer ordered the release of a redacted report on the results of an examination of the Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan.

The results had been shielded by a protective order, but this morning, Judge Elensheimer removed that order, clearing the way for the audit results to go public.

The judge further ordered that the case move to the discovery phase and mentioned the case could go to trial by April of 2021.

The release of the report is a major victory for President Trump and his supporters, who have called into question the Dominion machines.

Judge Approves Release of Dominion Forensic Imaging

A judge in Michigan on Monday permitted parties in a court case to release the results of a forensic imaging examination of Dominion Voting Systems machines, with redactions of code.

13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer agreed to remove a protective order on the request of attorney Matthew DePerno, after attorneys with Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office said they didn’t oppose doing so.

DePerno pushed for the removal in a court hearing, saying the order was meant to be temporary and it had achieved its purpose of preventing him from releasing information on the imaging before Benson’s office had an opportunity to review it.

“We believe that public interest in seeing what we discovered and what we say in the report would outweigh any potential harm to Dominion software,” DePerno told the court.

He argued that confirming the accuracy of the electoral process is a greater public interest in this case than any potential issues related to Dominion software and that the company had an opportunity to intervene in the case but did not do so.

Erik Grill, an assistant attorney general, criticized the lawyer for giving an interview late last week in which he asserted Benson lied, saying doing so essentially violated the protective order.

“The secretary of state has been prejudiced by the premature disclosure of the preliminary report. We just wanted to review the preliminary report and present a counterargument at the same time that the preliminary report was issued,” Grill said. “That is no longer possible as a result of Mr. DePerno’s interview.”

He also asserted that DePerno distributed the report to outside parties, pointing to lawyers in a separate case alerting the U.S. Supreme Court of new evidence filed in DePerno’s case.

DePerno said he did not share the report with any other parties.

Benson doesn’t oppose the distribution of the report, provided the secretary of state can release its counterargument, Grill added.

An Antrim County attorney said it didn’t oppose the release, as long as the county is similarly allowed “to explain the several errors that we believe are contained in the preliminary report,” which he said was based on “faulty assumptions and incorrect assumptions.”

The Epoch Times has reached out to DePerno for a copy of the report, which includes expert analysis from Russell Ramsland, a former Republican Party candidate who works with the Allied Special Operations Group. The group was part of the forensic examination.

Allied and Dominion didn’t respond to requests for comment.

The order came in Bailey v. Antrim County. Plaintiff William Bailey asked to be allowed to examine Dominion machines because of the skewed results that the county reported in the presidential election. County officials initially said Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden received more than 2,000 votes over President Donald Trump, but later changed the results to show Trump received nearly 4,000 more votes than Biden.

Many questions remain unanswered, including whether Dominion tabulators in the county were tampered with, whether they have the capacity to connect to the Internet, and whether they had any open VPN ports during the election, the suit stated.

The judge earlier this month allowed Bailey’s attorney and experts he brought in to examine the machines. They conducted a forensic examination.

The judge had at the same time issued a protective order, blocking the release of the results of the examination.

Top Bombshell takeaways from the report—

1.) ASOG’s bottom line is found on page 1: We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.

2.) Item 6: The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.

3.) Item 15: Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years, but all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing.

4.) Item 16: Likewise, all server security logs prior to 11:03pm on November 4, 2020 are missing. Other server logs before November 4, 2020 are present, therefore, there is no reasonable explanation for the security logs to be missing.

5.) Item 19: This is clear evidence of software generated movement of votes. The claims made on the Office of the Secretary of State website are false.

6.) Item 22: we conclude that the errors are so significant that they call into question the integrity and legitimacy of the results in the Antrim County 2020 election to the point that the results are not certifiable. Because the same machines are used in 48 other counties in Michigan, this casts doubt on the integrity of the entire election in the state of Michigan.

ASOG also recommends an independent group be empaneled to further evaluate the findings and determine the extent of adjudication errors.
