The trigger for the E B S will be Vaccination mandates worldwide with lockdowns. During those 10 Days of Communication Darkness the following things will happen. We will receive 7 "Trumpets " aka E B S text messages on our phones alerting us to tune into our TV at this time. Our phones will only work for 911 and we are informed the Signal App, which is military encrypted will be available. Our TV’s will only show 3 explanatory movies on a continuous loop for the 10 days. It will cover topics of Arrests,, tribunals, fraud corruption, pedophilia etc

Our internet will not work during that time. Our ATM’s will not work. After the 10 days of Communication Darkness, we will connect to a new quantum internet.

People are urged to stock up on at least three weeks of food and water. We are promised the new Star-link Internet System by the end of the month.

As we speak the teams coordinating this important historic event are revamping the E.B.S to ensure the utmost security for all involved so remain patient as things get finalized. Well, I got this message from a very "low level source", from my significant other, who gets information mostly from the mainstream media.

Notification issued 08-10-2021 at 2:00 PM. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Wireless Emergency Alert System (WEA) and Emergency Alert System (EAS) tomorrow, August 11 at approximately 2:20 PM.
The WEA system is used to warn the public about dangerous weather, missing children, and other critical situations through alerts on cell phones. The EAS system is also used in major emergencies to broadcast emergency information via radio and television.
New This Year: Only cell phones that have enabled the WEA test setting and are powered on will receive the test alert. Cell phones should only receive the message once.

If nothing like this takes place — which would be my all-chips-on-the-table bet — then I'd gently suggest this can be ignored. It really did sound (to me) like it'd been written by a creative high school kid late at night in his bedroom.

There were a bunch of errors that no "high level source" would make. One of the several goofs is that the US military (assuming it's the US that is being referenced here, but the spelling was North American) would not take that kind of action in response to "vaccination mandates worldwide". The US military has no jurisdiction of that kind if there were draconian measures (of any kind) implemented in (e.g.) Europe or Australia.

It is possible that the US military could step in (as has been widely speculated) if there was something clearly illegal and unconstitutional taking place within the US that threatened the security of the republic. (For instance, a well-evaluated and demonstrable hostile action by a foreign power.) For the US military to take publicly visible action they would have to be certain, in terms of their own situation analysis, that a hostile action — a de facto act of war — had occurred.

(And of course, maybe it has. I'd certainly make that argument. A very clever short article published 3 days ago by J.R Nyquist makes that exact point as well. I posted it here several hours ago, easy to read and very simple in its thesis.)

Well, here we have an emergency broadcast thing already. It comes on to alert for tornadoes, and other possible emergencies. So if it goes off, it is more like an annoying alarm clock that you can't turn off quickly enough.

It is always good to be prepared anyway - so maybe we can take this as a reminder to get some of the things in order that we have not done.

I often build up food items and water, but then I get busy and the kids eat and drink everything! My truck has been repaired so we are ready for a big grocery run - so timing is good for me!

The big error they made was in releasing this on the 11 Aug , when the event is said to start on the 11 Aug ... they should release a few months before , (just like Jordan Maxwell did with his October surprise ) ... that way people are watching the calendar , counting off the days wondering , "Will it happen" ... It's wastes more time that way , more of a distraction ...

So how is such a thing engineered ? The high level source (Viking) is probably under CIA control ... we must assume he fed Kerry good information in the past to be trusted by her ( just the same as JM who was told by his "master astrologer" about the October surprise )

Then Kerry may have been targeted with remote mind control to encourage her go public with it ... It all helps bring madness to the truth movement and create chaos...

It should be asked what is the value in releasing such alerts .... Is anyone , even the most dedicated fan of Kerry , realistically going to move , get safe and stock up???
