Below there are two messages sent by a school principal (I removed the name) from a school in metropolitan Melbourne to Year 11 and 12 students.

Will we get to the point when the students will not be allowed to sit for their exams without proof of their jab?

We can safely assume so, yes, and they can just go get it themselves, how many will go against their parents’ wishes so they can sit the exam? This is their aim. It means the world to the kids but they’re just going to have to not sit the exam. There are other options, other pathways to uni, the kids need to be told this because they’re told this exam determines their whole future, which is bull****.

Meanwhile, another major issue looming. I don’t know if this has been posted already but it warrants another post if so.

On some, or rather most, social platforms the comments take on a very tribal us vs them tone with both sides engaging in petty mocking and taunts about each others side facing unanticipated or unintended consequences or repercussions of this BS. I'm glad we don't have that here on PA.

Scott Morrison says businesses can deny service to unvaccinated customers

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed that businesses can deny right of entry and service to unvaccinated Australians.

“That’s a legitimate thing for them to do. They’re doing that to protect their own workers, to protect their other clients,” he said in Parliament on Wednesday.

Under existing laws, a business can refuse entry or service to any person as long as they don’t breach anti-discrimination laws based on race, age, gender or disability.

That means a business can turn away customers who cannot prove they have received one or two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, if they wish to.

“It’s got nothing to do with ideology, or these issues around liberty,” Morrison added.

“We all believe in freedom, but we also believe in people being healthy.

“And the simple fact is, if you’re not vaccinated you present a greater health risk to yourself, to your family, to your community and others about you.”

The Australian Human Rights Commission has warned businesses to be “cautious” about refusing service to unvaccinated people.

They say “blanket rules” could stop people who cannot get the jab due to medical reasons or who are not yet eligible from accessing products and services.

On the 3rd July 2021 we lodged a Writ of Summons and Annexure to Writ of Summons against the Victorian Government for Treason False Emergency and Loss of Constitutional Rights in the Canberra Registry of the High Court of Australia on the behalf of 16,824 Co-joiners.
(Since developing the case, our Co-joiners have skyrocketed over 28,000 !)

MAHA was then advised by the Canberra Registry that ‘class action proceedings are not within the High Court’s original or appellate jurisdiction’. Thus we need to lodge our Class Action in a different Jurisdiction. The logical choice is the Federal Court of Australia which Jurisdiction does allow for Class Actions.

We feel the Class Action aspect of our Case is of paramount importance and thus our team is now busy with this lodgement and we’ll keep you informed.

Everyone of us needs to write to their Federal MP to support Craig Kelly's Bill to ban vax passports NOW.

If they ban the passport federally the states have no power to go against Commonwealth Legislation under our Constitution.
The template for the letter is already made below.

Type in your postcode and all you need to do is fill in your details and send.

For every letter a MP receives it represents the opinion of 100 voters in their electorate.
The more people that write in the more pressure there is to support Craig Kelly's Bill.

You need to share this to as many people as possible and get them to write to their MPs.
Unless you want to be vaccinated every 3 months from booster shots from an experimental vaccine to function in society.

The Commonwealth Government’s Vaccine Certificate system relies on information sharing agreements between the Commonwealth and the States.
Because the Australian Immunisation Register is run by the Commonwealth, the sharing of data is essential for States to receive updates on its citizens vaccination status.
Without this data, State Governments will not be able to know who is and who isn’t vaccinated for Covid-19.
Under Federal Privacy Law, Australians can ‘OPT OUT’ of allowing the government’s data service provider, Services Australia, to share their data with any third party – which includes the States and any private partners of government.

So if there are people out there who want to protect their right to privacy, then they can OPT OUT by completing the relevant ‘Services Australia’ form.
