Not all Alien Worlds "must" be super technocratic nor dystopian nor hellish like ... if that is what you project it to be, says more about yourself than what the real possibilities are (which could be almost endless).
No need to follow anyone, only consider broadening (y)our horizon of possibilities ...

So you can share your different perception of it, or you're only here to complain?!

Just sharing my views/perceptions on a public forum just as you are doing too ... is that wrong to do? ... If you assume it is "complaining" meanwhile I know I was stating the obvious it is a fascinating psychological case for study

Than keep in mind this psychological fact. If your post is the last one, in a conversation, doesn't mean you are right.

So if I am reading your assumption correctly, for me allowing all perspectives (points of view) is for the "fearful types" not helpful because they have to listen to your assumption I might not be right ... seems control freakish to me!
    • Religions and (obsessive) religious types are known to use fear of the unknown to manipulate and control millions ... (if not billions).

The conversation so far makes me wonder what an alien would think of our world, I imagine quite funny, creative and always warlike, even when reviewing beautiful art...x.... N

    and now the kicker:
    • If allegedly "Alien Worlds" are depicted in a super technocratic or dystopian or hellish like way ... most people tend to assume it is "correct".
    • If some alien worlds are depicted beautiful, harmonious & paradise like ... some people tend to assume it "must" be a scam sold by spirits from the demon world to fool you.
And both sides could be wrong ... as it is far more complex we ever can imagine ... and where we end up depends heavily on what our overall (programmed) behavior is & how our convictions/belief systems are shaped ... This generates specific frequencies that may be mirrored back to you to the point you finally "get it".

How we project our fears upon the unknown must come from somewhere, and there are plenty of (obsessive) people who can help you with that on this Fcked Up planet
    • As you correctly stated @Nasu, even if it is (partial) freebased, it still can be beautiful, well done art.
    cheers,

John.. this is tiring, no need for that.. we are all influenced by hollywood unfortunately.

My vision of "alien world" is Pandora-like:

Is every mind connected to form a peer to peer network that creates the illusion of a shared reality, making the appearance of material reality a simulation created through shared beliefs?

John.. this is tiring, no need for that ...
For me, it is 100% needed for multiple reasons I do not have to repeat!

If I have learned anything in life @Isserley ... is ... that you never ever can please everybody ... that is a given ... knowing that, to be authentic you have to live in your own unique passion from within and use that to inspire outwards.
    • Sure, I can be "nice" to everybody 24/7 ... but then I am not authentic anymore ... It is fake and totally shallow.
The moment I am nice because it comes from within ... it has much more value to me ... as it IS from the heart, not to play (calculated) mind-games serving an agenda.

There was a time I noticed "playing nice" can lead to certain "results" in life, but the more I did that, the less I am contact with who I really am also realizing how people lose contact with themselves because of it. Especially when done (almost) permanently.

So I rather be authentic than "getting along" with the assumed people's expectations. Dare I say that the more people "playing nice" the more likely they're alienating towards themselves and thus: "the real you" becomes like a "journey to an alien world" cheers,

It's very simple. Any AI Art generator will do. I created these in a couple of minutes for "Avalon". I told it:

John.. this is tiring, no need for that ...
For me, it is 100% needed for multiple reasons I do not have to repeat!

If I have learned anything in life Isserley ... is ... that you never ever can please everybody ... that is a given ... knowing that, to be authentic you have to live in your own unique passion from within and use that to inspire outwards.

Dare I say that the more people "playing nice" the more likely they're alienating towards themselves and thus: "the real you" becomes like a "journey to an alien world"

    cheers,
