One of the comments underneath under the video says,
"The governor just passed an executive order saying that the land can be confiscated if there is a fire." If that is true, it definitely is a landgrab.

Truly shocking, the authorities did not allow private help in the from of food etc for the population.
That reminds me of what happened when a part of Germany was flooded last year. The same thing happened, private people were not allowed to distribute food and water.

An interesting but disturbing corollary, I posted these images back in the day on this 9/11 thread.

September 11th 2001, New York City: These cars were destroyed and burned out in some cases up to half a mile away from ground zero (far from any fires and fallen debris).

More cars, and another police car, again half burned/crushed, half in tact. Also no where near the WTC, and presumably protected from fallout anyway, being underneath an elevated overpass.
