I don't think you've looked nearly enough into Dr. Mercola to make such an assumption about him.
He's not a big target by Facebook for nothing.
You might start by checking out the many articles from Dr. Mercola which I've posted here on Avalon.
He is nothing if not a Whistleblower.
And perhaps check into the veracity of your source, since Mercola has been attacked by many disinfo agents.

I am very much aware of Dr. Mercola. 80/20 disinfo agent. You know what that means, right? You put out mostly great stuff to get people to TRUST you. Then, you tell them that the best water to drink on earth is harmful to them. People listen to him, it's terrible that he's done this (and then he sells his own water filters). As far as I know, Dr. Mercola still hasn't taken back the lies he's said about distilled water. Literally, he's bad-mouthing rain water. Probably the best thing we can do for our bodies to rid ourselves of practically all ailments and maintain optimal health is to drink plenty of pure water. Now, why do you suppose Dr. Mercola would frighten people to not drink it?

I have to agree with the article. Drinking too much distilled water IS dangerous, particularly if you are not supplementing with all the minerals that distilling removes.

Apparently, common sense isn't all that common. It's good that the distilling process removes inorganic minerals and other contaminants from our drinking water that cause disease in our bodies. There is a fundamental difference between inorganic minerals (positively charged, dead) and organic minerals (negatively charged, alive -- what we get from fresh, raw fruits and veggies). I guess you didn't read what I posted. Here's the link again:

YouTube has terminated the account of former US spy Scott Ritter and deleted all of his videos on the platform. According to Ritter, the Google-owned social media giant accused his channel of violating the terms of service.

Writing on X (formerly known as Twitter), Ritter stated that his channel, ‘The Scott Ritter Show’, through which he attempted to “import Russian voices to an American/Western audience,” had been flagged for ‘hate speech’ and taken down without prior warning or any specific examples of the offense.

“There was never any hate speech involved in any of the episodes of ‘The Scott Ritter Show’, unless one views unique content from silenced voices hateful,” Ritter said, calling the move “the latest in a series of actions by YouTube to silence Russian voices.”

“[This] represents the living manifestation of the disease of Russophobia which has swept America and US-based social media platforms,” he wrote.

In a separate post, Ritter noted that in addition to his channel, YouTube had also deleted the ‘Ask The Inspector’ channel, claiming that the move is “a targeted effort by YouTube to remove/minimize my voice, and those of my guests and the people who took the time to ask probing questions about the pressing issues of the day.”

“Those who are behind this should know – you won’t succeed,” Ritter said, adding that there is a “vast social media world” beyond YouTube, while warning those that remain on the platform that they will at some point have to conform to it or have their channels deleted, too.

An even greater proportion, 65%, think that the Big Tech companies like Facebook and Twitter should bear this responsibility of determining the truth for them.

How can so many Americans be so utterly stupid?

What planet have they been living on for the past several years?

I’d like to know because, here on Earth, we have seen how the government has incessantly lied to us while systematically violating the First Amendment to the Constitution by colluding with social media companies to censor factually accurate information that contradicts official dogma.

The term “misinformation” in this context is a euphemism meaning any information, no matter how factually accurate, that does not align with the adopted political agenda.

To cite one obvious example, who can forget how the government sold the mRNA COVID‑19 vaccines to the public on the basis of the lie that two doses would confer durable sterilizing immunity, ending the pandemic by stopping infection and transmission of SARS‑CoV‑2?

Remember back in 2021 when Facebook prohibited people from telling the truth that the COVID-19 being issued under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) vaccines were not FDA approved, even though the FDA fact sheets that health care providers were supposed to provide to patients prior to vaccination informed that there were no FDA approved vaccines for COVID‑19?

Remember how White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on July 16, 2021, said that the government was colluding with Facebook to stop the spread of what she euphemistically called “disinformation” while herself spreading the very real disinformation that the vaccines were FDA “approved”? By her own standard, as a result, the White House should have been banned from all social media platforms.

Remember how the CDC brazenly lied that the vaccines were more effective than natural immunity? How the mainstream media’s faux “fact checkers” then propagated the CDC’s bald-faced lie while ignoring literally all the non-CDC-originating scientific literature, which had overwhelmingly demonstrated the superiority of natural immunity? How those of us who exposed the CDC’s lie were censored for telling the truth?

Remember how the bivalent “booster” shots were sold to the public by the FDA on the basis of the lie that they would “#UpdateYourAntibodies” to be specific to the Omicron variant and thus “RechargeYourImmunity” up to 100%, the truth being that they failed to do so because of the problem with the COVID‑19 vaccines of original antigenic sin?

Remember how for a long time Facebook prohibited users from sharing factually accurate information about the probable lab origin of SARS‑CoV‑2, treating this legitimate scientific hypothesis as though it were a baseless “conspiracy theory”?

Examples of the truth being censored in favor of deceitful state propaganda abound.

The majority response to the opinion poll reveals just how extraordinarily deluded most Americans are about the trustworthiness of the government.

It also reveals the extent to which most Americans are either unwilling to think for themselves or are incapable of doing so.

And freedom of speech is supposed to be one of the bedrock principles upon which the United States was founded, yet the poll result reveals that most Americans either detest this freedom or don’t understand what it means to have a right to speak freely.

Don’t these idiots realize how incredibly dangerous it is to be advocating that the government be involved in dictating to us what we can or cannot say online?

Notably, when the data is analyzed by political party affiliation, we find that 59% of Republicans understand that protecting freedom of information means that falsehoods as well as truths will be encountered on social media.

On the other hand, 70% of Democrats are so delusional and disdainful of liberty that they view it as the proper role of government to treat us like idiots whose minds are too feeble to even be exposed to alternative views and conclusions, much less to determine the truth for ourselves.

Clearly, there is much work to be done to get more Republicans to understand the importance of getting the government out of the business of censorship, but the far bigger problem is the statist belief system that most Democrats have been so egregiously indoctrinated into.

It’s what I call “the state religion”, a subsect of which is the vaccine religion.

One positive outcome of all the madness we’ve witnessed over the past few years with the government’s criminal policy responses to COVID‑19 is a mass awakening to the complete untrustworthiness of the so-called “public health” establishment and the government in general.

But a public opinion survey last year similarly revealed that most Democrats are so delusional that they have even more trust in the CDC now than they did before the pandemic.

(To be clear, I have no love for the Republican Party, either, but they have generally demonstrated far greater sanity on COVID‑19-related issues, with one prominent example being Florida’s appropriate refusal to persist with lockdowns under Governor Ron DeSantis.)

Similarly, a public opinion survey last year found that an increasing proportion of Americans are recognizing the need to respect the right to informed consent, with an increase of respondents expressing opposition to mandatory vaccination from 16% in 2019 to 28% in 2022. But the proportion of Democrats who favor violating this fundamental human right also increased.

Clearly, we have a lot of work to do yet to awaken most Americans from their self-delusion, and the hardest task in that regard will be to break the spell that most Democrats are under that is preventing them from thinking rationally.

There is a verse from the New Testament of the Bible that comes frequently to mind when I ponder the state of our society today:

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

How can we determine who loves truth enough that they can be reasoned with? And how can we get through to people who pretend to care about the truth but who are in fact so afraid of reality that they want the government and Big Tech companies to conceal the truth from them under the ludicrous pretext of protecting us from “misinformation”? "

(It's a wonder people can still think at all with all the toxincs we are constantly being innundated with from air, food, water, including toxic EMFs from countless electrical devices. Our bodies and especially our brains were not designed to take this much punishment. )

In December 2021, JP Morgan Chase chief information officer Lori Beer was selected to be a member of CISA’s brand-new Cybersecurity Advisory Committee
A representative of Chase Bank was also present during a March 2022 Cybersecurity Advisory Committee Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Misinformation & Disinformation Subcommittee meeting, where they discussed how to organize information sharing between the public and private sector, and how to collaborate across channels to censor Americans
Chase now insinuates it had a “legal obligation” to debank me because of FDA warning letters.
If that’s the case, Chase would also be obligated to debank its own executives and employees who intentionally benefited from sex trafficking and child abuse, and defrauded investors with illegal investment schemes
In the end, I believe we will find our debanking was politically motivated, and that Chase Bank’s direct involvement with CISA’s Cybersecurity Advisory Committee had something to do with it.
Since debanking over political and religious views is illegal in Florida, I suspect this incident will eventually be added to Chase Bank’s growing list of crimes

This is despite a new Florida law that that specifically prohibits financial institutions from denying or canceling services based on political or religious beliefs.

What we're seeing is the weaponization of finance, where people whose views or actions go against the official narrative are cut off from basic financial services. This is the social credit system at work. In short, the debanking of employees and their families is a social control tactic to make people start policing each other by punishing associations.

While Chase Bank has refused to give us a reason for the account closures, a representative told reporters that closures are typically only done for anti-money laundering purposes.1,2

However, no money laundering charges have ever been leveled against me, and in a real money laundering case, they seize your accounts outright. They don't give you a month to take your business elsewhere. So, insinuating that our accounts were canceled due to money laundering appears to be an attempt to disparage and slander us.

Internal documents from the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee (CISA), obtained from an ongoing lawsuit against the U.S. government, now helps shed light on why Chase Bank targeted my business.

What Was Chase Bank Doing at a Censorship Meeting?
As it turns out, a representative of Chase Bank (name redacted) was present during a March 1, 2022, Cybersecurity Advisory Committee Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Misinformation & Disinformation (MDM) Subcommittee meeting.3,4 In addition to JP Morgan Chase, other attendees included representatives from:5

FBI (Laura Dehmlow)

Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)

CISA (Geoff Hale, Kim Wyman and Allison Snell)

According to the meeting minutes,6 Laura Dehmlow, section chief for the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF), briefed the attendees about the FBI's roles and responses in combating foreign influence. Dehmlow also warned that "subversive information" on social media could undermine public support for the U.S. government, and that "media infrastructure" needed to be held accountable.

One of the attendees asked Dehmlow to confirm that the mis- and disinformation under the FBI/FTIF's purview was only related to foreign criminal activity, and that the "FBI does not perform narrative or content-based analysis."

The attendee then suggested that CISA "might have a role based on the subcommittee helping to define the narrative so the 'whole of government' approach could be leveraged."

The committee members went on to discuss what the government's strategic approach related to misinformation and disinformation ought to be, how best to organize information sharing between the public and private sector, and how to collaborate across channels.

We now know that a formalized process was implemented that allowed government officials to log into a special portal where they could flag social media content for removal.7

The committee also sought to identify entities that had "done appropriate social media monitoring for the government." We now have proof that CISA partnered with a censorship consortium called the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP), later rebranded as the Virality Project, to illegally censor Americans. I detailed this relationship in "How the Virality Project Threatens Our Freedom."

What was Chase Bank doing at this meeting? Why was a major bank included in a meeting in which they were trying to tease out the best way for government to censor Americans?

With everything we now know about CISA's domestic censorship activities, could the answer be that debanking "domestic threat actors" was on the table from the start? Did CISA have a hand in the bank's decision to close my business accounts, and those of key employees and their families?

Chase Bank Has Been a CISA Cybersecurity Member Since 2021
A December 1, 2021, press release8 also lists JP Morgan Chase chief information officer Lori Beer as a member of CISA's brand-new cybersecurity advisory committee, launched that month. According to that press release:9

"... the Agency's new Cybersecurity Advisory Committee ... will advise and provide recommendations to the Director on policies, programs, planning, and training to enhance the nation's cyber defense ...

The Committee will examine and make recommendations on a variety of topics collectively aimed at strengthening CISA and more broadly reshaping the cyber ecosystem to favor defense.

These topics include growing the cyber workforce; reducing systemic risk to national critical functions; igniting the power of the Hacker community to help defend the nation; combating misinformation and disinformation impacting the security of critical infrastructure; and transforming public-private partnership into true operational collaboration."

So, Chase Bank has been working with a key government agency involved in the unconstitutional censorship of Americans for nearly two years. Mastercard is also included in this CISA advisory committee. Other notable members of this 23-person committee include:

Marene Allison, Chief Information Security Officer at Johnson & Johnson

Vijaya Gadde, Legal, Public Policy & Trust and Safety Lead at Twitter

Nuala O'Connor, Senior Vice President & Chief Counsel for Walmart

Stephen Schmidt, Chief Information Security Officer for Amazon Web Services

George Stathakopoulos, VP of Corporate Information Security at Apple

Chris Young, Executive VP of Business Development, Strategy, and Ventures at Microsoft

Matthew Prince, CEO of Cloudflare, a software company that has been successfully targeted and hacked more than once since joining this committee.

In December 2021, a flaw in the Cloudflare software allowed for the theft of $130 million in cryptocurrencies,10 and in August 2022, they were targeted in a sophisticated phishing scam in which the hackers were able to obtain employee credentials that were then used in an effort to access Cloudflare's internal network.11

Then, in August 2023, it was revealed that hackers are using "Cloudflare Tunnels to establish covert communication channels from compromised hosts and retain persistent access."12

Alex Stamos, a former security chief at Facebook and a partner of the Krebs Stamos Group, a cyber consulting firm. The other partner is Chris Krebs, former director of CISA. It was under Krebs' leadership that CISA was transformed into a domestic surveillance and censorship agency.

Stamos is also head of the EIP/Virality Project, which partnered with CISA to carry out censorship activities on CISA's behalf. Evidence shows the Virality Project frequently pressured social media companies to censor COVID-19-related information and/or label it as "misinformation" — even if the information was true.

Kate Starbird,13 associate professor of Human Centered Design & Engineering14 at the University of Washington and a former Twitter employee

Nicole Perlroth, a cybersecurity reporter for The New York TimesSecret Censorship Group Sought to 'Blackhole' Me
The inclusion of Perlroth, a long-time reporter for The New York Times, on CISA's Cybersecurity Advisory Committee is particularly interesting considering documents showing that the NYT played an important role in pressuring social media companies to censor anti-vaccine sentiment. Did Perlroth's seat on the CISA committee have anything to do with that?

In an August 8, 2023, Public Substack article, investigative journalists Alex Gutentag, Leighton Woodhouse and Michael Shellenberger detail how nonprofits, the White House and legacy media colluded to push censorship for political purposes:15

"Yesterday Public reported16 for the first time that Facebook censored content at the request of the White House in order to guarantee White House support in a $1.2 billion battle with the European Union over data privacy.

It is a significant discovery because it points to a major and additional point of financial leverage that the U.S. government used to coerce censorship, in addition to widely discussed Section 230 liability protections, which President Biden, directly and indirectly, threatened — if Facebook refused its demands to censor.

But it all raises a question: why was the Biden White House so determined to censor Facebook in the first place? Until the Facebook Files, the answer had been that they wanted people to take the vaccine ...

But now, the Facebook Files reveal that Facebook executives knew censoring disfavored vaccine views would backfire and explained to White House officials that censoring such views would violate established norms around freedom of speech. But the White House demanded more censorship, anyway ...

In the summer of 2021, unable to convince every American to get vaccinated, the administration sought more and more extreme means to control the flow of information.

Facebook executive and top censor Aaron Berman identified the motivation behind the White House's approach in a July 16 email: the administration was trying to scapegoat social media companies for its own policy failures ...

Nonprofits played a role, particularly a London-based pro-censorship advocacy group called the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH). Facebook considered the radical measure of 'off-platform links enforcement' and 'blackholing' vaccine critics named by the CCDH as the 'Disinformation Dozen' ...

Demand for censorship also came from mainstream corporate news media. When the New York Times' Sheera Frenkel published a story about Dr. Joseph Mercola on July 24, 2021,17 Facebook employees responded to the story by looking for ways to blackhole him ...

Several Facebook employees engaged in an active effort to search for enforcement grounds, including retroactively looking at offending posts from months earlier. All three worked in concert: nonprofits, news media, and the White House ...

Again and again, it became clear that it was the news media demanding White House censorship. 'The White House rarely provides any specificity about what it wants removed,' one employee wrote, 'but it routinely complains to us about content identified in critical media reports.'

And why was the White House concerned about the news media? Because the news media shapes public opinion, and public opinion determines the outcomes of elections."

CCDH Report Used to ID ‘Domestic Terrorists’
We now also know that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) relied on the CCDH’s malign fabrications to identify "domestic threat actors," meaning domestic terrorists.

This was discovered by my team in an August 2021 report18 on the DHS website titled "Combatting Targeted Disinformation Campaigns, Part 2," created by the Public-Private Analytic Exchange Program (AEP).

According to the DHS,19 the AEP "organizes teams of analysts from the private sector, academia, and public sector across all levels of government — federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial." In this case, the team responsible for this report include two members of the FBI — listed only as "Peter M." and "Laci F." — someone from the State Department, and "Kathryn W." from the CIA.

Curiously, only those from the private sector are identified with full names. Only the first names and the initial of their last names are listed for the public sector members.



While I cannot prove this is the case, I wonder if "Peter M." refers to Peter M. Klismet Jr., author of "FBI Diary: Profiles of Evil."20 According to his bio, Klismet was one of the first FBI agents to be hand-picked to undergo "ground-breaking, revolutionary and controversial training ... made famous by the renowned Behavioral Science Unit." Basically, Klismet is a profiler, which is what this report is all about.

Under section 2.1.2., which discusses how to identify domestic threat actors, the report specifically highlights the CCDH "Pandemic Profiteers: The Business of Anti-Vaxx" report, which features photos of the 12 "disinformation dozen" on its cover.

And, while it never spells out my name, it goes on to state "The New York Times later published a more detailed article on the person listed in the report as the greatest offender." Guess who that person was? That’s right. Me.

Coincidence?
So, to summarize, Chase Bank was the only bank represented on CISA's Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, as well as its subcommittee on "Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Misinformation & Disinformation."

It's also the only bank, so far, that has taken the extraordinary measure to debank employees and their family members of someone named in the CCDH's "Disinformation Dozen" report and targeted by The New York Times (another committee member) as a "disinformation superspreader."

And, U.S. intelligence agencies are all but spelling out my name in a report about identifying domestic "threat actors." Are we supposed to think that's coincidental?

Incidentally, Mastercard, the only credit card company on CISA's Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, has also been accused of canceling accounts of conservative organizations and individuals,21 whereas the same allegations have not (to my knowledge) been leveled against Visa or Discover.

Chase Is No Stranger to Misconduct and Crime
It's no small irony that while Chase Bank insinuates that my company is somehow involved in illegalities, Chase Bank continued doing business with the notorious pedophile and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein for years after his sordid dealings became known.22,23

In fact, Chase Bank is now going to pay $290 million to settle allegations that the bank knowingly benefited from Epstein's illegal business.24 There's also ongoing litigation against the bank by the U.S. Virgin Islands, the location of "Epstein Island," where sex victims were brought and abused.

According to Mimi Liu, a lawyer for the Virgin Islands, Chase executives knew that Epstein was a sex trafficker by 2008 at the latest, and "broke every rule to facilitate his sex trafficking in exchange for Epstein's wealth, connections and referrals."25

In September 2020, Chase Bank also paid $920 million to settle trading misconduct charges. According to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Chase Bank manipulated trades of futures tied to precious metals and Treasury bonds for at least eight years.

Their "deceptive conduct" included spoof trades — an illegal practice where orders are placed and then canceled before execution to fool investors into thinking demand for the asset is higher than it actually is. Chase Bank is also ignoring evidence of money laundering by the Biden family.

By Own Admission Chase Is Obligated to Debank Its Executives
In response to a letter by Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis, in which he questioned the bank's decision to close our accounts, a Chase spokesman replied that the accounts were closed because:26

"... the customer has been the subject of regulatory scrutiny by the Federal government on multiple occasions for engaging in illegal activity relating to the marketing and sale of consumer products and we have a legal obligation to prevent funds derived from these activities from flowing through our bank."

The last "federal scrutiny" of our business was 2.5 years ago, when the Food and Drug Administration sent us a warning letter accusing us of selling vitamin C, D, quercetin and Pterostilbene Advanced to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose or cure COVID-19 is in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

A warning letter is not proof of illegal activity. It's an accusation. We responded to the FDA's letter, letting them know their accusations were baseless, and that was the end of that. We had not violated the law, and I suspect the letter was nothing more than a ruse to bring bad press.

In the end, I believe we will find our debanking was politically motivated, and that Chase Bank's direct involvement with CISA's Cybersecurity Advisory Committee had something to do with it.
If Chase insists it has a "legal obligation" to debank me, my employees and their families, over an old FDA warning letter — which had no legal basis and never led to criminal charges — isn't Chase Bank then also obligated to debank its own executives and employees who intentionally benefited from sex trafficking and child abuse, and defrauded investors with illegal investment schemes?

In the end, I believe we will find our debanking was politically motivated, and that Chase Bank's direct involvement with CISA's Cybersecurity Advisory Committee had something to do with it. Since debanking over political and religious views is now illegal in Florida, I suspect this incident will eventually be added to Chase Bank's growing list of crimes."

While Elon Musk has called himself a “free speech absolutist” and promised X would be a free speech platform, evidence suggests otherwise.
X CEO Linda Yaccarino is the chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Taskforce on Future of Work and sits on the WEF’s Media, Entertainment and Culture Industry Governors Steering Committee.
She has stated that “lawful but awful” posts will be “deamplified,” and that the company policy is one of “freedom of speech, not reach.”
X is also actively recruiting applicants for various censorship positions for the upcoming election in 2024

Censorship is ramping up at a rapid clip, and much of it is clearly directed by the U.S. federal government, despite a federal judge’s order prohibiting federal agencies and officials from communicating with social media companies about content moderation.1

In recent days, several news stories have highlighted governments’ and Big Tech’s intent to increase censorship. There’s even a rumor that Google will ban independent media from its search results altogether.2 I’ve not been able to confirm this, but considering everything else going on, would anyone really be surprised if it were true?

Google, Meta Ban News in Canada
For example, Canada has enacted a new law called the Online News Act that forces social media companies to compensate domestic news organizations for content shared on their platforms. While that may not sound like censorship, it has the same effect, as social media companies are now automatically removing all news links.3

To comply with the new law, Meta banned all news — both national and international news stories — from appearing in Facebook and Instagram feeds in Canada as of June 1, 2023.4

Google is also blocking all Canadian news from its search, news and discover products in Canada as of June 29, 2023.5 In other words, if you live in Canada, you cannot get any news whatsoever unless you subscribe or go to the news source in question directly.

X/Twitter Colludes With Anti-Defamation League to Censor
In other news, X (formerly Twitter) and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) are working together to censor X users, according to citizen journalist Kyle Clifton (his X account is Kyle Undercover).6

In a series of five videos7 (which you can view here), ADL director of development Courtney Kravitz and the ADL community manager for Arizona, Sarah Kader, discuss a variety of tactics the ADL is using to suppress and censor online speech.

In video No. 1, Kravitz explains that outright bans are not ideal, as it forces people to seek out alternative platforms. Hence a "balance" must be struck between preventing them from "run[ning] to this dark place where they are just with like-minded people" and preventing them from "spewing hate and disinformation."

It appears the ADL prefers tactics like shadow-banning instead, where the reach of an account or post is severely limited. "Everyone should have freedom of speech, but not freedom of reach," Kravitz tells Kyle. Interestingly enough, Musk himself used that same line in the summer of 2022.8

In video No. 2, Kravitz admits the ADL has urged Elon Musk to not reverse the ban on certain users, and in video No. 3, Kader explains how the ADL is using novel artificial intelligence software to comb through podcasts and video-game streams for "extremist" keywords.

As noted by Life Site News,9 the admission that ADL is scouring the audio streams of online gamers "suggests ADL has ... interest in combing through the online activities of private citizens not involved in political and social causes ..." Is that really something the ADL should be doing?

In video No. 4, Kravitz admits the ADL has also been influencing crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe to deplatform certain users, telling them that "extremists" are using their payment processing services to "fund their evil stuff."

And, in video No. 5, Kader explains how the Arizona ADL has set up a Law Enforcement Advisory Council to identify and address online "hate." The Advisory Council is made up of "local police departments and other law enforcement agencies all around the state." Some key questions here, of course, are: What is hateful speech, and who decides what words are considered hateful?

In recent years, we’ve seen how this "anti-hate" narrative has been used to justify the removal of people providing truthful information about COVID and the COVID jabs, for example. Somehow, medical information was deemed "hateful."

X Censorship Squad Are Anything but Free-Speech Minded
While Musk has called himself a "free speech absolutist" and promised X would be a free speech platform, the people he’s hired are not freedom-loving free speech advocates. Quite the contrary.

X CEO Linda Yaccarino is the chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Taskforce on Future of Work. She’s also part of the WEF’s Media, Entertainment and Culture Industry Governors Steering Committee.



Yaccarino has publicly asserted that she has autonomy from Musk.10 A more important question is, does she have autonomy from the WEF, or is she using X to further the WEF’s agenda?

Either way, Yaccarino has stated that "lawful but awful" posts will be "deamplified," read, shadow banned and demonetized.11 And, like Musk, she has stressed that the company policy is one of "freedom of speech, not reach" to protect "brand safety" for advertisers. And, indeed, under Yaccarino’s watch, big advertisers are once again returning to the platform.

X Is Gearing Up for Election Censorship
X is also actively recruiting applicants for various censorship positions,12 including an "Elections Team Lead," which flies in the face of Musk’s statement that "Free speech is essential for a functioning democracy."13

X censorship recruiter Aaron Rodericks is also working against Musk’s stated vision by promoting Kate Starbird,14 a former Twitter employee and chief architect of the 2020 election censorship campaign in which 100% of the top "repeat misinformation spreaders" were Conservatives.15



As noted in Michael Shellenberger’s testimony before the House Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in March 2023:16

"Kate Starbird, who runs the University of Washington disinformation lab, has for years been funded primarily by U.S. government agencies to do social media narrative analytics of political groups, or insurgency movements, of interest or concern to U.S. military intelligence or diplomatic equities.

Starbird acknowledged that the censorship focus of CISA and EIP [Election Integrity Partnership] moved from ‘foreign, inauthentic’ social media users to ‘domestic, authentic’ social media users between 2016 to 2020."

Starbird is also one of the 23 members of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, launched in December 1, 2021.17

European Union Tightens Censorship Nose
In related news, X has also rolled out a new feature that allows users to report posts that violate the European Union’s new law (the Digital Services Act or DSA) against expression of political dissent, pro-Russian propaganda and other "fake news."18 The new EU law took effect August 25, 2023.19

The new EU Digital Services Act will force all major online platforms to censor medical information and election information.
Other online platforms required to meet DSA requirements for content moderation or risk heavy fines include Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon, Booking, AliExpress, Google Shopping, Zalando, Apple, Google’s app stores, Google Maps, Wikipedia, Google Search and Bing.20 As reported by Politico:21

"These large platforms will have to stop displaying ads to users based on sensitive data like religion and political opinions. AI-generated content like manipulated videos and photos, known as deepfakes, will have to be labeled.

Companies will also have to conduct yearly assessments of the risks their platforms pose on a range of issues like public health, kids’ safety and freedom of expression. They will be required to lay out their measures for how they are tackling such risks.

‘These 19 very large online platforms and search engines will have to redesign completely their systems to ensure a high level of privacy, security and safety of minors with age verification and parental control tools,’ said [EU's Internal Market Commissioner Thierry] Breton.

External firms will audit their plans. The enforcement team in the Commission will access their data and algorithms to check whether they are promoting a range of harmful content — for example, content endangering public health or during elections. Fines can go up to 6 percent of their global annual turnover and very serious cases of infringement could result in platforms facing temporary bans."

The key words there are "content endangering public health" and "elections." That tells you the EU will force all of these platforms to censor medical information and election information.

X Implementing New Identification Rules
X is also pushing us deeper into surveillance state tyranny by requiring XBlue subscribers to submit a selfie and a government-issued ID to verify their identity.22 X will store this personal information for 30 days and share it with an Israeli identification verification company called AU10TIX.

For now, non-blue users are not required to verify their identities, but I suspect it’s only a matter of time. Eventually, you’ll have to have a digital identity to use the internet at all, and every move you make online will be tracked as part of your social credit score. X is simply paving the way.

CCDH Feigns Innocence
In 2021, it became apparent that the U.S. government was basing many of its censorship decisions on information from an obscure U.K.-based group called the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH). Its "Disinformation Dozen" report,23 published March 24, 2021, has without question been one of the most widely cited "justifications" for censorship over these past two years.

The problem is that this report was itself an example of gross misinformation. The CCDH claimed 12 individuals were responsible for 73% of vaccine misinformation on social media, including Facebook, yet an investigation by Facebook revealed the so-called "disinformation dozen" were responsible for just 0.05% of all views of vaccine-related content on the platform.24

Yet, even after Facebook set the record straight, the federal government continued to cite the CCDH report as the reason for why they wanted the people listed in it censored by Big Tech.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren demanded that Amazon ban my book, "The Truth About COVID," based on the CCDH’s false statements about me, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) even relied on it to identify "domestic threat actors,"25 meaning domestic terrorists.

Put simply, the DHS has tagged me as a domestic terrorist based on the fabrications of a shadowy intelligence-connected group that in a rational society would have no credibility whatsoever.

This is the intelligence community’s version of Nancy Pelosi’s "wrap-up smear" tactic,26 which is when a politician feeds false information to the media and then uses those media reports to support their false claims.

August 3, 2023, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, launched an investigation into the CCDH’s potential role in the Biden administration’s censorship regime.

The group was ordered to hand over records to the Judiciary Committee detailing its interactions with the U.S. government and the executive branch by August 17.27 As reported by The Washington Post that day:28

"On Thursday [August 17], the CCDH responded with a full-throated defense of its research and communications with government officials, dismissing Jordan’s allegations as ‘confusion about the organization’ in a letter.

Related documents, which were exclusively viewed by The Washington Post, show that the organization has worked with government officials from both parties ...

Jordan also has released internal communications from Meta, which he has dubbed ‘the Facebook Files,’ citing the CCDH’s research. The emails ... show that the White House discussed the CCDH’s coronavirus research with Facebook executives as it pressured the company to take a tougher line against vaccine falsehoods.

Nadgey Louis-Charles, a House Judiciary spokesperson, recently told The Post that these emails expose the ‘extent to which the Biden White House used the work of the CCDH to try to censor speech.’"

Free Speech Without Reach Is Not Freedom
The CCDH’s fabrications have been used by a long list of government actors and representatives, including members of Congress, state attorneys general and even President Biden himself, all of whom publicly called for retaliatory actions to be taken against us.

As a result, we’ve been censored on social media, delisted by Google Search, and demonetized on YouTube. We’ve been deplatformed and cut off from online payment processors, our websites have been cyberattacked and, in several cases, taken down completely — and we’ve been debanked, all for the "crime" of sharing Constitutionally-protected views and published science.

At the end of the day, the so-called "problem" of misinformation and disinformation is pure nonsense. In a free society, people debate issues and bring varying viewpoints to the table. "Misinformation" is a completely fabricated problem, made up by the very people who seek to control the public discourse for their own aims.

The technocratic cabal driving this global censorship movement know they must silence dissenting viewpoints because what they intend to impose on us is so heinous, if people understand what they’re doing, they’ll never be able to achieve their goals.

So, it’s not just "democracy" that hangs in the balance. Basic freedoms, human rights and life as we know it will be taken from us, and the only way to stop it is by waking people up to reality through information sharing. The very survival of humanity now depends on our ability to maintain free speech, which is why we must keep pushing back against all forms of censorship."

When I inputted the sentence above into Google Search, the top hit was this reply from Google’s experimental Generative AI, which agreed that the ADL is, in fact doing this but claimed there was no evidence that this data was being used to create files on individuals:
