Default Anyone experiencing being off balance or unusually clumsy recently ?

I was talking to a friend Sandy today who is very intuitive and has had many a paranormal experience.
She asked me this question and I was amazed, I am experiencing this as well

I have I felt unusually clumsy, dropping things , and off balance at times for no reason.

I was recently at a friends dance recital and when walking towards the bathroom in a perfectly straight line, began to fall over to the right. I cought myself, but people watching me must of thought I was drunk.

    anyone?

When the Sun is sending CMEs and solar wind our way, I often feel unbalanced and dizzy, also fatigued.
We are moving into a more active cycle, so I expect it will be on the increase.
One reason why I report every day on what the Sun is doing on this thread: Geomagnetic Reversals and Ice Ages.
The Earth's diminishing magnetic field and ozone layer and the current pole reversal affects us all, whether we are aware of it or not, and it's speeding up.

I was recently diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a disorder characterized by short bouts of acute dizziness. I woke up one morning with intense dizziness. My eyes going back and forth at an unbelievable speed. It is caused by a little stone in your inner ear getting out of position. Never had anything like this before... Here is a video...
Happiness comes from within, nowhere else.

Doug, the first 3 paragraphs of this post of mine from a year ago may be a match with your situation.

For about (I think) 7 months during late 2021 early 2022 I was significantly unsteady on my feet. It never occurred to me to describe it as a dizziness because there was no mental/cerebral element to it that I was aware of, in a consciousness kind of way, but of course I know the brain does the business with physical coordination too. My mind seemed OK but I was just not quite planting my feet in the exact right places to be properly steady on my feet.

I don't remember exactly when it started or when it went away again. I just realised at some point that it wasn't happening to me any more. . . . . . . .

I've known a number of people experiencing vertigo in the last few years. Some have traced to a lack of Vitamin D and sunlight, and it seems to happen more with fair skinned persons. Some have treated it by getting Vitamin D injections or moving to Florida where there is more light (I'm in NYC area).

Vangelo, I have had huge episodes of vertigo. I'm quite sure there are many causes. I found this simple technique to be the very best, IF, the vertigo is caused by the balancing mechanisms of the ear. I will share the video below. That is very creepy stuff to be hit with one of these spells and not know what happening. The woman doing the video also has directions you can download and print. Hopefully this is a one time deal for you, but it is good to be prepared.

Addressing the issues that Doug brought up. I have had frequent episodes of this. Sometimes I have cancelled my hiking or walk due to the following symptoms: not feeling connected to the earth or floor surface when I walk, walking as though drunk but not feeling drunk mentally, a sort of disconnect between my body and the structures I am interacting with. A general disconnect with everything around me. norman articulates the experience perfectly.

There is something going on with this, but I am not sure what it is. What I do know is these periods are followed by paradigm shifts in my consciousness, at least for me.Could it be the nervous system is upgrading? I don't know but that is a valid consideration. These episodes also seem to be at or around times of changes in energy in my experience.I have had times where my energetic level was so intense, the energy surging through me almost feels unbearable, or the opposite, where I am content staring out the window with an empty mind.

It feels like this reality is nothing more than a cardboard cut out during these episodes. I am pretty sure I could get myself a handful of drugs if I went to the medical system with these complaints, evidence that I am mentally unstable. Sadly, I am sure many have done this.

Everything seems to be changing. Some of them are so subtle that they will go unnoticed by most.

Doug, I am glad you brought this subject to light. I will be interested to see if others are experiencing it.

Yes...mostly more aware of it upon waking. Its different than the Vertigo issue from a few yrs ago.Definitely ,in my case at least not lack of vit D.I have been thinking its most prob caused by a frequency or magnetic change of some sort.I did wrap my possible wifi related phone for a while to see if there was an issue there..but not.
I think its been about 6 months but cant for sure remember exactly.Didnt participate in the shot program.

Thanks friends. Norman, thanks. Lunesoleil thanks! i do feel its celestial. Wish I understood what you know about this all.
and let me add to this I watch movies repeatedly that I like at times. And i sometimes see something new in something i thought I knew so well. How did that get by me?

I truly do not feel this is anything such as deficiencies in Vit D or a brain issue etc, I feel its more what Onawah raised in something sun, pole shift or celestial. And its subtle , not debilitating.
Like something in an alteration of my reality. Its not dizziness. Its not vertigo, Its more like I'm walking during an earthquake. Im not claiming this is happening all the time but Sandy is having it and it reminded me of those moments I have
I still play ice hockey and feel fine good balance

however I have become very angry with my self over my own clumsiness . spilling things, dropping an egg, making popcorn then dropping the entire thing etc. I never did this before

I was always very sharp and dexterous regarding such up to several years ago . Now a train wreck. lol .

I wonder if the necessity of continually having to live in lies, in living everyday with such abandoment of common sense, this 2=2= 5 type thinking, men can give birth, what is a women? what do you identify as ?, and in lawlessness etc,and seeing so many young people die , without stated cause of death etc, is taking its toll on many of us.

    were a scrambled eggs society

Pam I think you've hit the nail on the head with this. I can relate to most of what you've said. I believe the Earth and all on her are going through an intense energy upgrade - have been for decades, but it's accelerating to such a degree that we are now feeling this on every level - with disconcerting results You are right in not succumbing to drugs for the symptoms you feel (but a caveat here: anyone who is really concerned, by all means see a GP)
Not for me, though, as I know things are on the move and change is in the air.
A good solution for the discomfort - one I use if I'm shopping, for example, is to do a basic (if you're new to this) Grounding visualization which works for me: imagine your feet in the earth, tendrils/ roots growing from the soles of your feet, digging their way down, anchoring to the soil many feet below you. Ask Earth to stabilize you. Takes but a few moments. You can do this anywhere - doesn't have to be outdoors. It has saved me from many an embarrassing moment.
But I sense that the roller-coaster that we're all on is going to notch up several gears before this is all done with. So hold on there and strap in.

Add to the list the number of debilitating frequencies we are all being subjected to, from satellites, 4G, 5G, and the self-replicating nanobots that are being found in the jabbed and the non-jabbed alike, which interact with some of those frequencies. See the microscopy work of Dr. Ana Mihalcea for more about that.

Here's one revealing entry from Dr. Ana: https://anamihalceamdphd.substack.com/cp/138587746
If you are carrying a cell phone around with you, you can attribute a lot of symptoms to that which build gradually, and so like the story about the frog in boiling water, you may not have noticed it until recently.
As for the Sun and the current pole reversal and 12,000 solar cycle we are undergoing now, that would be enough by itself to cause any of the named symptoms, especially if you take into account that it is causing birds and other migrating creatures to become lost and to behave very uncharacteristically.
The Sun is currently undergoing a periodic pole reversal itself, as well, and combined with the Earth's pole reversal process, it's no wonder that we feel dizzy.
And don't forget to take this into account:

This has been happening to me as well. It is annoying and has been a bit concerning in the past couple of weeks. I have attributed it to the general miasma that I've been personally experiencing, particularly mentally. Thoughts on the tip of my tongue seem hidden behind a firewall, tantalizingly out of reach, time as an illusory construct seems particularly so now, try to get me to remembering exactly when something happened, it's a wrap. I'm off into wonderland.

Thanks friends. (...) Its not vertigo, Its more like I'm walking during an earthquake. (...)
I can relate to all the experiences mentioned by you all. Of course, old age setting in.. correlation with sleep quality...

(Putting the ground coffee directly into the cup before adding hot water, instead of into the coffee can first etc. (noticing my mistake while pouring the hot water into the cup).. Occasionally hilarious, occasionally vexing.)

A friend and I had an interesting discussion a few days ago about losing track of objects we had just had in our hands and then finding them back unexpectedly at the place we had looked so many times three days later. Apart from the poltergeist explanation we came up with the parallel universes theory.

If the theory is correct, then it not only means that the universe has an infinity of parallel universes, but also that every single feature of our universe has an infinity of different locations, shapes etc. We would be living in an infinite to the power infinite number of parallel universes.

When I put down my spectacles and only find them again five days later on the exact spot it was supposed to be and where I unsuccessfully looked quite a few times it means that I shifted into the parallel universe where it is not at that spot for the full period of five days but only for the part that concerns the spectacles.

So. The déjà-vu being a time-shift to one different moment in a parallel universe and the "losing" experience a locality-shift as it were. We talked about the feelings we have when we lose and cannot find, and then find again. Agreed that the very activity of looking for the object in all the possible places and then occasionally going over them again etc. felt like scanning computer images for something searched, or going through a filing cabinet – or like the main character of Interstellar going through the Akashic records. If that is a (almost) correct hypothesis, then we could easily get dizzy from this switching universes thing, couldn’t we?

Generalising maybe the frequency and speed of the universe scrolling as is were or universe roaming has increased recently – because of cosmological or dimensional changes. Occasionally the dizziness feels as if something were shaking us, juggling us around in our familiar environments, prying us loose from the materiality of this universe. A stretching or yoga exercise as it were for us to hone our sense of reality and accept that we may even be multi-universal beings.

Doug I think we are all going through this together. I even caught myself staggering as though i didn't know where to put my feet down. I had back surgery a few months ago but I'm back on my feet and walking my normal 3 miles in the morning. I would chalk it up to old age but the youngers are having their mishaps too.
I'm not drunk but almost feel like it at times. And I don't have a shortage of any nutrients. Hopefully we all survive whatever it is we are going through.

Hopefully this is a one time deal for you, but it is good to be prepared.

    ...
Thank you Pam. This technique seems to be much easier to do than the Epley maneuver. I will try it the next time it happens.
Happiness comes from within, nowhere else.

I think its been about 6 months but cant for sure remember exactly.Didnt participate in the shot program.

    glad you mentioned that, thanks!

Here is what happened to me so many times, that I know for sure what the issue is with me of course. Every single time I get myself in a place with lots of radiation buzzing for example in a shopping or crowd of people with their phones and anything with lots of devices interconnected, it drags me down quite a lot, it is headache, the feeling of being ill with something similar to flu, and it will last for about 2 or 3 hours after I left these areas with high levels of radiation. I know for sure it make me sick, because at some point I started to observe every time I left my home and get into these places, I feel the feeling arising and then fading away when I am already home. Apparently for me it happens only when in crowded place, I have my internet home and I have 1 wi-fi and it does not make me sick at all.. so I may be sensitive to it.. I also heard that from others, exactly the same thing as me.

I would say, try to map the situation is happening to you to have a great picture of it, do you live around any cell tower? or crowded place with hundreds of devices connected full time?

Another thing, in the past I worked inside a data center for almost 2 years, full day inside with artificial light and radiation buzzing in my head, I remember some days I could not sleep at all, I was so awake but also feeling so sick so many times, it all went away days after leaving the work. Even my former boss told me, it was not very healthy to work inside for a long time, he had technicians working with antennas, larger repeaters for internet and all these stuffs can be very cruel to our body.

Hope you all get better, for me the solution for the problem is just avoid these places I mentioned.

    [QUOTE

    Love, Pam

Mari, thank you for your simple and effective technique. Doing this with intent and imagination can be very powerful. I have related to experiences in just about every post here. In a strange way, I find this very comforting. Not that others are experiencing uncomfortable symptoms but as Mari stated, this process is has been occurring for a long, long time. Now it is becoming very difficult to ignore for many.

I woke up this morning and just wanted to throw this suggestion out there. I sense that this is about transformation or fortification of the nervous system. The nervous system at least at our level is electrical (and a lot more). I have found that drinking a glass of water with a quality sea salt is very helpful. I use the Redmond brand of sea salt from an ancient sea bed, long gone, found in Utah. It is not actually one color it is full of trace minerals which I feel are essential at this time. I am also taking chlorophyll and a product call source, which is basically ground sea weed. It seems the products from the ocean can be of benefit to us at this time. At least, it has helped me incredibly.

onawah, your considerations are not to be overlooked. In my personal experience, I find my symptoms will come and go and lately I have been at my homestead. So that is the only reason I feel it may be more that all these insane frequencies. I do know I am effected by this. I never keep my cell phone in the same room with me, and only on rare occasions will I put it in a pocket. Honestly, I don't like to touch it. I turn off wi-fi if I am not using it.

Blacklight43, I think you hit the bullseye with your description of
Quote I even caught myself staggering as though i didn't know where to put my feet down.
That is exactly the feeling. I also think it feels like trying to walk on a boat that is rocking back and forth.

This is a very important thread. If I begin to notice other distinct changes, perhaps I will start a thread or check if there is one and breath new life into it so this one isn't derailed.

Mari, I couldn't agree more, we are not done with this process, as you said,
Quote But I sense that the roller-coaster that we're all on is going to notch up several gears before this is all done with. So hold on there and strap in.
Taking care of our physical vehicle seems to be key at this time, particularly our nervous system. The other thing I have found immensely helpful is monitoring what I allow to enter my mind. Once one begins to understand the power of belief and how easily we can be programmed I found this to be very helpful.

My final two cents.... I use grounding pads around the house but specifically in my bed, and I have a pillow case that has grounding qualities. The grounding comes from an plugging into the grounding to the earth via the ground for the electricity sockets in the house. I don't believe it to be as effective some as direct connection to the earth, as in lying on the ground or walking barefoot, also connection to a tree, but I believe it is very beneficial. Just the fact that I believe in it, has huge power.

Thanks everyone for sharing your personal experiences. I love that about this forum. The degree of trust and the willingness of others to listen and not judge allows us to talk about the things others would consider either as a sickness or scoff or be amused at.

    Love, Pam

I noticed last 7 days I have issues walking the (partly spiral) stairs feeling a bit dizzy/disoriented ... also making fast movements of any part of my body (hands/legs/foot) is not in alignment with my brain ... like there is a short "disconnect" ... super weird ... also I have issues concentrating on anything last week ... if I watch a "good movie" or "good documentary" I noticed I feel a strange urge to do something else ... highly annoying ... I can not enjoy things I usually can/do.
    • My sleeping pattern is also different last week.
I sincerely hope it will go back to how it was ... because I need to balance things out for a reason every day! ... I use "rebirthing" breathing techniques for over 30 years to let go of any tension I might have, and ±95% of the times I succeed in doing so ... I also have a special meditation technique that I developed myself >>> maybe I should write about it why it stands out than most used meditation techniques out there, and I tested most of them like: Yoga, T.M., Martial Art, "Channelings", all kinds of "New Age Type Workshops" etc. and I still felt it could be done in a better way that suits me more than being part of a "hive mind" attitude.

John, if you find the time your sharing of the technique you have developed, I would appreciate it. The more tools, the better. I have come to deeply value your input over the years.
