Quote Posted by Bruce G Charlton (here)
I don't think it "refutes" the idea; but instead demonstrates that there were several agendas for Ukraine and Russia at different levels within the hierarchy of power.

LG is not at the top of the hierarchy but is clearly under-orders - a kind of middle manager. So what he says (if honest! - a big "if") is just what his bosses have told him - or told him to say.

Can you be more concrete with this?

How do we know for sure that Mr. Graham is being "ordered" by something unexplained?

Quote I believe the top level (demonic) agenda for this was was primarily destruction of the West, secondarily destruction of as many other nations and people as possible - not for strategic gain, but destruction from sheer hatred; but the lower levels are given quasi plausible rationales for this and various up-front incentives (money, power, fame, sex - the usual stuff), so they can pretend to themselves (or perhaps sincerely believe!) that there is some long term plan for "the greater good" behind it all.

This is what comes to mind.

The reason I have described the London School of Economics as the science of Genocide is to say that it has supported a Soft Kill regime in the western direction and a Hard Kill regime towards the east. Meaning that British infiltrations via things like the Bolsheviks and Maoists were based in the simplicity of putting a bullet in someone's head. Places like the United States have been subjected to Fabianism, leading to a slow deterioration in all things including health, softly killed by whatever you eat.

I would tend to agree that under that system--the umbrella based in the Bank of England--that destructiveness is hurled down upon humanity along multiple paths. One can probably provide the case that some Uber English envisaged vampirizing the United States for their own profit. However, I am having difficulty seeing how such a class benefits from the current situation in Ukraine.

One could perhaps say Mr. Graham is "controlled" in the sense that the ideas in his knowledge base are pre-conditioned and limited. At most, he has probably made a lifetime of anything I might have to say as the lies and propaganda of inferior, savage races. There's no plausible grounds for him to act any different, because his mind simply doesn't have those contents.

I would ask, if there is a superior influence on him, who is it?

If the loss of Ukraine is not a failure, whose purpose does it serve?

A site which translate the body language tells : "Itching at the base of the nostrils often indicates that you are not confident. There is something in the situation or in our interlocutor that arouses our suspicion. The intensity of the «unspoken» is all the more marked when one touches on the left side."

I will say that Zel here seems particularly uncomfortable, and we know that he is paranoid. I wonder if he is not totally losing confidence in his "friends".

The United States sent the USS Helena submarine to Cuba amid the presence of Russian warships there, according to the US Southern Command .

It claims that the submarine is in the Gulf of Cuba "as part of a routine port visit as it transits the US Southern Command geographic area of responsibility." However, the Associated Press writes that the US Navy submarine arrived “as a show of force” in response to the visit of Russian ships.

US media panic over Russian ships' routine visit to Cuban port

US news outlets and agencies triggered a panic chain reaction after a small group of Russian military vessels arrived at Cuban ports, despite both Russian and Cuban military officials stating that the stop-over was not a threat to anyone.
In particular, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that the trip’s objective was to show the flag "and ensure a naval presence in an operationally important area of the far ocean zone."

Cuba’s Defense Ministry added that none of the Russian ships were carrying nuclear weapons.

New US sanctions backfire: dollar dips as yuan dominates Moscow Exchange

"The share of the yuan, which now amounts to more than 50 percent on the Moscow Exchange, will probably be the main settlement currency for many transactions," Yaroslav Kabakov, director of strategy at the investment company Finam, tells Sputnik, commenting on the US sanctions against Russia's Moscow Exchange (MOEX), National Clearing Centre and National Settlement Depository (NSD).

After the US and its allies froze Russia's sovereign assets and cut the nation off from SWIFT, the yuan has replaced the US dollar as the most traded currency in Russia in 2023. In May, the share of the yuan in Russia's foreign exchange market reached a new high of 53.6 percent; it also increased by 1.3 percentage points in the over-the-counter market, up to 39.2 percent, compared to the previous month, according to the Russian Central Bank.

The US Treasury's announcement of restrictions against third countries trading with Russia is likely to bolster the de-dollarization trend. US secondary sanctions "created an incentive to diversify away from the US dollar to avoid these sanctions," Antoine Berthou, an economist at the Banque de France, warned in his September 2023 study.

Despite Western headlines claiming that the Russian currency "swings to opaque trading territory", the ruble has not been weakened by the US measures and the Russian market participants didn't panic, according to Sputnik's pundits.

"It was clear that [Russian] regulators were ready for this kind of solution. The Central Bank warned Russian banks in advance about how it would act. By and large, there is no surprise here," Nikita Maslennikov, an economist, the head of finance and economics at the Institute of Contemporary Development and a leading expert at the Center for Political Technologies, tells Sputnik.

Here is part of an article by Lucas Leiroz reminding us we may be to task to De-Nazify the west:

Quote Nazism is no longer a mere tool of war for the West against Russia, but is on its way to becoming the real ideology of many Western states. This is a direct consequence of the infamous policy of asylum for Nazi criminals in the post-WWII times, when the US and Europe granted amnesty to German generals, politicians and scientists in exchange for military and scientific secrets. Many Nazis who were exiled to Western countries ended up reaching high positions in the state administration, which resulted in the progressive Nazification of the Western political mentality.

For a long time, this Nazification remained hidden due to the global memory of Germany’s crimes in the WWII. However, Ukraine has been the excuse for NATO’s Nazi tendencies to become public. The normalization and rehabilitation of Nazism is not a simple side effect of the current conflict, but a real project on the part of the West to implement Russophobia on a global level. Only a Russian victory in the special military operation and the reconfiguration of the geopolitical order can stop the advance of Nazism.

Arming Ukrainian neo-Nazis a sign of US desperation - ex-Pentagon official

    RT
    Wed, 12 Jun 2024

    Azov Brigade

Washington's decision to greenlight the use of US-supplied weapons by Kiev's notorious Azov Brigade is a desperate move that only reinforces Russia's claim that it is fighting neo-Nazism in Ukraine, Michael Maloof, a former senior security policy analyst at the US Department of Defense, has told RT.

On Monday, the US State Department scrapped a ban on deliveries of arms to the Azov Brigade, which had been imposed by Congress in 2018 over the unit's ties to neo-Nazism. According to the agency, a recent review has found "no evidence" of the military formation being in violation of the Leahy Law, which prohibits Washington from aiding foreign security force units that violate human rights with impunity.

"Clearly, the Azov group didn't go from sinners to saints overnight," Maloof said in an interview on Tuesday. "There still is a list of atrocities that they had committed, human rights abuses... you still see them marching around as a group with their symbols, with their camaraderie and their discipline in support of fascism."

This change of stance on the Azov Brigade by Washington means "you no longer can really believe anything the State Department says, let alone the intelligence community," he stressed.

According to the former Pentagon official, the US move is "a sign of desperation" and a belated attempt to "bolster morale" among Ukrainians amid Russian gains on the front line this year.

"I question the rationale of wanting to continue to support a Nazi outfit like this because the war is basically lost already. To support the Azov just adds fuel to the fire... and reinforces and bolsters Russia's point of view that this is about fighting Nazism in Ukraine," he said.

Maloof noted that the Azov fighters "haven't really performed" in combat; they were defeated by Russian forces in the battle for Mariupol early in the conflict. It is unlikely that they would do any better if they are armed with American weapons, he believes.

The lifting of the ban by the US is "an effort to just prick the Russians because of their adamant opposition to Nazism," which wouldn't lead to any changes on the battlefield, the former Pentagon official stressed.

Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that Moscow's attitude towards Washington giving weapons to "ultra-nationalist armed units" like the Azov Brigade was "extremely negative." The US wants to "suppress" Russia so much that it is ready to go as far as to begin "flirting with neo-Nazis," he said.

In his video update yesterday, Alexander Mercouris remarked that a sole Azov soldier had just surrendered in Mariupol — having survived on his own deeply hidden under the Azovstal steel works for nearly two years, reportedly living on rats. (!)

A useful summary of Russia's conditions for the start of negotiations.

    https://t.me/AussieCossack/18400

Putin announces conditions for the start of negotiations between the Russian Federation and Kiev.
    1. Ukrainian troops must be completely withdrawn from the territory of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
    2. Ukraine must not join NATO.
    3. Russia wants a neutral, non-aligned, nuclear-free status of Ukraine.
    4. All Western sanctions against the Russian Federation must be lifted.
    5. The status of Crimea and Sevastopol, DPR and LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions as regions of the Russian Federation should be recorded in international treaties.
    6. If Kiev and the West refuse the new peace proposal, further conditions will be different.

Russian troops never intended to capture Kiev
    – Putin 14 Jun, 2024

Moscow’s forces approached the Ukrainian capital only to persuade Vladimir Zelensky’s government to engage in talks, the president has said

Russian forces did not plan to storm Kiev when they advanced towards the Ukrainian capital in the first weeks of the conflict between the two countries, President Vladimir Putin has said.

During a meeting with his Russia’s top diplomats on Friday, Putin noted continued “speculation” in Ukraine and the West about the intentions of Russian units when they reached the outskirts of Kiev in late February 2022.

“But there was no political decision to storm the city of 3 million, no matter what anyone says due to their lack of thought,” Putin insisted.

According to the president, the Russian advance towards Kiev was “nothing more than an operation to persuade the Ukrainian regime to [make] peace.”

“The troops were there to motivate the Ukrainian side to engage in negotiations, to try to find an acceptable solution and this way end the war unleashed by Kiev against Donbass back in 2014,” he said.

The conflict between the Ukrainian government and the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, which erupted after the Western-backed coup in Kiev in February 2014, “posed a threat to the security of our country, to the security of Russia,” Putin stressed.

The move by Russia did result in talks that led to agreements that “in principle, suited both Moscow and Kiev,” he said, referring to the negotiations that took place between the two sides in the Turkish city of Istanbul in late March 2022.

“On March 29, 2022, we withdrew our troops from Kiev because we were assured that it was essential to create conditions for the conclusion of the political negotiating process,” the president recalled. “Our Western colleagues” insisted back then that the Ukrainian authorities “cannot sign such agreements… with a gun to their head,” he added.

However, Kiev and its Western backers have been claiming that the Russian withdrawal from the area of the Ukrainian capital was not a goodwill gesture by Moscow, but the result of military successes achieved by Kiev’s troops. Already in April 2022, US President Joe Biden said “the ‘Battle of Kiev’ was a historic victory... won by the Ukrainian people with unprecedented assistance by the US and our allies.”

The next day after the Russian troops left, the Ukrainian leadership seized their participation in the negotiating process, staging “a provocation” in Bucha, Putin said.

On April 1, 2022, the Zelensky government blamed the Russian military for massacring civilians in the town of Bucha near Kiev. Moscow denied those accusations, saying that the purported evidence of the crimes was fabricated.

"I think it’s clear now that this dirty provocation was needed to somehow explain the rejection of the results that had been achieved during the negotiations. The path to peace was again turned down,” the Russian leader stressed.

This may always have been inevitable, a further sign of the rebellion rising against the Ukrainian authorities' war on their own people.

As a lay person these conditions seem very reasonable, but you can bet your bottom dollar they won't be to the other side. These conditions are appearing in mainstream news reports, with a rather negative slant. Here's one from The Guardian posted a short while ago:

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/ar...ine-to-end-war
Vladimir Putin issues fresh demands to Ukraine to end war

Russian president’s new ultimatum comes as foreign envoys meet in Switzerland to discuss western-led peace plan.

Vladimir Putin has demanded that Kyiv cede more land, withdraw troops deeper inside its own country, and drop its Nato bid in order for him to end his war in Ukraine.

Putin’s fresh ceasefire demands were issued as envoys from more than 90 countries, including Ukraine, convene in Switzerland this weekend to discuss a western-led peace plan. Russia is not invited to the conference and the president’s remarks on Friday were likely to have been timed as a spoiler to that summit.

Speaking to diplomats at the Russian foreign ministry, Putin publicly updated his terms for ending the war in Ukraine for the first time since he launched a full-scale invasion in February 2022, when he demanded regime change in Kyiv and the country’s “demilitarisation”.

The US defence secretary, Lloyd Austin, said Putin was in “no position” to make demands on Ukraine and could end the war he had started “today if he chose to do that.” The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, said the offer could not be trusted and Putin would not stop his military offensive even if his ceasefire demands were met.

The new terms appear to be a nonstarter, as Putin staked out a maximalist position that included claims on land that Russia has “annexed” without holding under its military control. Putin demanded that Ukrainian troops leave the entire regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia and that they be declared Russian territory by international agreement, calling the issue “closed” for Russia.

“As soon as Kyiv says it is ready to make this decision, begins the actual pull-out of forces from those regions and formally declares the abandonment of its plans to join Nato, we will instantly, that very second, order a ceasefire and begin negotiations,” Putin said.

Putin also demanded that the west drop all financial sanctions against Russia as a precondition to a ceasefire. The US this week expanded sanctions on the Russian banking sector, currency trading on the largest Russian stock exchange, as well as chips and other technology. US Treasury officials said they were targeting the Russian financial infrastructure and access to third markets as Russia completed its “transition to a full war economy”.

The G7, which comprises the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan, also agreed this week to use Russian sovereign assets frozen in the west as collateral for a $5bn loan package that would help keep Ukraine’s economy afloat in what had become a war of attrition against its Russian neighbour.

Putin on Friday decried the agreement as an attempt to provide “some kind of legal basis” for “theft”.

“Despite all the trickery, this theft will certainly remain a theft,” he told diplomats during the speech. “And it will not go unpunished.”

Ukraine and western countries were highly unlikely to agree to Putin’s terms. Kyiv has demanded that Russian troops leave its territory and that it return control over the 1991 borders, including the Crimean peninsula annexed by Moscow in 2014. Ukrainian officials quickly dismissed Putin’s remarks as a “complete sham”.

“Of course, there is no novelty in this, no real peace proposals and no desire to end the war,” wrote Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the Ukrainian presidential administration. “But there is a desire not to pay for this war and to continue it in new formats. It’s all a complete sham. Therefore – once again – get rid of illusions and stop taking seriously the “[Russian proposals]” that are offensive to common sense.”

Podolyak interpreted Putin’s proposals as telling Ukraine to “give us your territories”, “give up your sovereignty and subjectivity”, and to “leave yourselves unprotected” by committing to a non-aligned status outside of Nato.
"Is there an idea more radical in the history of the human race than turning your children over to total strangers whom you know nothing about, and having those strangers work on your child's mind, out of your sight, for a period of twelve years?" John Taylor Gatto
