I have a hunch that this false flag will never happen. This is just too far out there.

Statements like that signify exactly why mainstream science is no longer applicable (if indeed it ever was). In other words dismissing something just because it doesn't seem likely is not in the spirit of a true researcher/scientist. One must have more evidence to back up his disbelief other than "This is just too far out there". Why, any thinking outside the mainstream ideology is considered by most "Too far out there", but alas most of us here have come to accept that way of thinking as real life

2. At this point in time, Charles had no knowledge of my article. If I had not delayed the publishing of it, it very well may have been mentioned during their interview.

3. At this point in time, and like everyone else, I had no knowledge of the Bill/Charles interview.

2. Within only a few hours of posting I was quite shocked to receive a message from Charles.

It is certainly outrageous, but much the same can be said of the situation in which we've all found ourselves in.

I became enlightened to the concept of extraterrestrials when I was near the age of seven or eight. Playing the part of a clever child, I decided to ask my grandfather about flying saucers, figuring all adults talk of such things. I was a bit surprised when he took me to his desk; gave me several, large, black and white prints of disk-shaped craft to hold; and proceeded to describe how certain "families" have gotten hold of these disks via warfare, rebuilt them, and plan to take these craft into space.

We had a few more of such conversations as the years went by, and referred to them as "talking philosophy." One must realize, that before these men can shoot into the stars with these craft, the populace below must be accepting and encouraging of such a feat. This can only happen if a certain catalyst occurs, supplying the needed reaction from the masses to gladly support such a daring, cosmic solution.

Not only does the false flag, extraterrestrial event have the momentum of several decades, but it also carries with it the unification of an entire planet's population under the false premise of defeating an imagined enemy - boldly taking us to the stars in the process. One can only ponder what the reaction of the world would be in the event triangular craft filled the skies in a wave of malevolency. I don't believe the majority of people would question the spectacle, but instead, surrender all rights to remove these creatures from our skies, and seek a revenge against the hostile visitors. Problem solved, on many levels, yes?

Yes, the notion of a false flag event involving imagined enemies of extraterrestrial origin is highly "far out," but considering the situation, one I've been grappling with since early childhood, it may be entirely around the corner.

Now, I highly disagree with such trickery. I feel that as a civilization, we should not venture into deep space until we've matured enough to realize that in starting such a cosmic crusade, we're only injuring ourselves. Sadly, there is much momentum behind the future usage of these stolen toys. We may end up having to learn the difficult way.

You would have to assume that Charles operates in different modes. Most times he is very short and to the point. I dont think he reads over the short answers but when he delivers a longer response you can see he has read over it and used punctuation, or is at least being guided or prepared through this process by someone behind him. I personally believe that his involvement is to further develop his integration skill set amongst other things.

It is important to understand how TPTB work. they exist on hedging meaning they are prepared for the positive and negative of each outcome and have bets on both sides. They also change the typography of the game by manipulating factors to corral an outcome to their needs. In an emergency situation these rations could be sold at a premium. The only real way to avoid this control is to not play the game. Get uut of the loop and be indipendant or at least be part of a group that can survive with its own wits.

Same page as you Dale I think, and if they do try to 'fake' it now with everything thats out there it is almost certain to fail. (I did say almost because I simply don't know) What I don't think they are seriously considering is a possible earlier intervention which could be either natural, earth/quantum or extra terestrial/dimensional. They (whoeverTPTB) are blinded by their own hubris and megalomania. It is their achilles heel.
We look at some of the videos out there and does it bother us? Do we yet feel we 'need protecting' from ET? I seriously feel that everything is still on the table, they firstly need an element of surprise, if we (the community, all over the world) continue pre-empting their attempt at creativity of which they have little, (another achilles heel) then they are consistantly on the back foot. Hence their rush/panic to scare.

Concerning the possibility of such an event, which I feel is quite likely still around the corner, it is highly interesting to note how the mass media portrays extraterrestrials through varying means.

Take, for example, films. Following the release of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" in the late seventies, the depiction of extraterrestrials in films started to become more "human-like" in emotional and sociocultural ways. The visitors portrayed quite often expressed jealousy over love affairs, a knowledge of college humor, quick aggression, melodramatic takes on emotional matters, and other defining traits and peculiarities of modern humans. In other words, extraterrestrials have slowly been introduced as more-so "human-like" in recent years, via major motion pictures.

In the event we are faced with an unknown counterpart from the far reaches of the cosmos - whether real or false flag - we will likely do two things. First, we will take what we know of our own human psyche and project that onto the visitors. Secondly, we will search for cues we've collected over the years with regard to extraterrestrials; both from the media and what we've gleaned from the "grapevine," so to speak. Since both options will lead to a general projecting of "human-like" traits onto the extraterrestrials, it would be no surprise that many will preemptively hold a view that the visitors in the skies are doing what any human would do when encountering a new area - scoping it out for their own purposes.

The final nail in the old, pine coffin comes in here. If the mass media then reports the presence of malevolency in these visitors, the minds and hearts of the many masses would all be in agreement as to their intentions. A shot need not be fired from the "visitors," in the case of a false flag event, though such an action would only strengthen the preexisting mindsets. Human irrationality and the tweaking of our paradigms would likely already be enough to give many a sense of hostility toward anything in the skies above.

With regard to extraterrestrials, however, it is fruitless to project human traits onto them. It is much similar to a goldfish projecting it's psyche onto the blurry figure outside of the glass who occasionally passes through the room. Such an event is impossible, quite obviously. The extraterrestrials are eons more advanced than we, and likely transcend the limits of modern physics - including time. If I travelled four hundred years into the past to display my iPhone to a peasant; would I be considered a god? A warlock? A devil?

While I have to wonder what the motive is for posting comments such as this here in the False Flag thread, I certainly do not mind explaining to anyone who does not understand Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in publishing.

Here are some basic facts:

• This post, submitted by Bill, is comprised of a copy of a personal email which I received from Charles.

• This editing is per SOP whenever publishing personal/private material. However the context of the material is not altered.

Here are a couple of personal facts:

• This email was the first personal comm that I had ever had with Charles. Of course there was more to this comm than what was published, but that was for me and me alone. This is why it's referred to as Personal E-Mail.
  
  
• Because of what else was said and the way that it was said in this personal comm, I KNOW that this was indeed from Charles - The Person - and not from nor dictated to anyone else.

Hello Friends News just in . Do you get a feeling of burning in your chest or head and shoulders when on certain forums or certain clips on you tube ? This is caused by a low level frequency sent through and over to you via the screen and audio monitors. These frequencies are attuned to your chakra bases. they can make you feel anything from disoriented to nausious , drained , confused.

What you can do is limit the time you spend on the screen, indeed if you walk away from your terminal and go have a cup of tea or water you will feel relief. You will notice it stronger on some clips on you tube than others, some none at all.

Things of that nature. mind you im very sensitive to these energies. they hit your Heart and Crown charcra. As Harley stated UFO sightings are nothing new. What they are doing is anybodies guess. You have to take into account that there are more people on the look out and more people reporting what they see. IMO if an object of such technology is seen its because it wants to be. What does that tell you ?

Re Rain Falling : Its a common tool for years to spread viruses that they are sprayed into the atmosphere and when it rains it brings the virus to the ground. Thats the delivery mechanism. So when it rains cover up your inhalation is what that pertains to.

As far as the video footage to me it looks like its dumping waste prior to going into orbit or changing propulsion configuration.
