Hi Isserley, best I can provide is the original tweet it is from .I can't say if the screenshot of the website is genuine but it does look like it . The N.H.S.& Gov.Uk have form at these sort of 'odd' adverts especially during the last pandemic. That said, it could be fake t.b.f..

Edit to add - I've just found another identical except it says ' disease X ' as opposed to bird flu .So it is looking like a Hoax. Thanks for raising the question & apologies for my gullibility.
