🇺🇦⚔️🇷🇺From the very first days of the special military operation, the People's Front, despite all dangers and threats, has been providing assistance and support to the population of frontline and front-adjacent areas of our country.

Today, an irreparable tragedy occurred: the enemy struck an evacuation group consisting of three volunteers, two of whom are young men from the Donetsk People's Republic. They heroically lost their lives while providing humanitarian aid in the Kursk region.

Nikolai Kovalev and David Sokolov. They will forever remain Heroes to us, a symbol of courage, fearlessness, and sincere love for their Fatherland.

For the entire organization and our country, these losses are an irreplaceable tragedy. Deep condolences to their families and the entire People's Front team.

It is pretty close to that. We heard recently that "Israel doesn't need spies" because the phones of Hamas commanders make them easy to track. So, yes, phones and/or videos are, in that sense, betraying the user as soon as you start them.

On the other hand, Israeli politicians were recently given satellite phones. So when you change tech to something less digitized, you have greater freedom.

I would say it's a really bad idea for "folks at home" to make instant judgments based on "instant news". Especially since, from sides like Ukraine, the rapid posting is often shuffled with fake pictures and stories. They would make better use of the rapid access "surrender channel".

Most likely so, it is a big step up from "Russian people of the Donbass". Anyone who was indecisive about the Donbass problems has almost certainly switched to defense mode here. This is not true in America. For instance when our New York was "attacked", I saw it as a foreign plebiscite, not something I would lift a finger for. Regardless of what really happened, I, at least, did not go into any territorial defense mode because of it.

I don't see how Biden makes sense calling it some troublesome situation for Putin, when, in fact, the reality is practically opposite that of course "everyone" has been galvanized to defend Russia itself.

Umm - yes, you could say that! [insert Sarcastic emoji here].

So many of my friends and associates (as well as myself) have been subjected to many such kinds of "cancelling" over the past twenty-plus years, that I have lost count. It is a very long time since discourse began to be controlled in mainstream media (the late 1960s was the beginning of "woke"), and influential dissent has been almost suppressed by now - we are now in the terminal "mopping-up phase".

While I much value The Judge's channel, and regard him as a basically decent man - it is also clear that he does not yet realise the depth and extent of The Problem in The World now - and he continues to adhere to something like the ideology of US "classical liberals" (or libertarians) of the 1950s (or maybe the Reagan era).

The Judge's world view has many and deep problems of its own IMO (I regard it as ultimately non-spiritual and materialistic), and was anyway too weak to prevent the situation we now suffer. Free Speech never was free, and this issue is a red herring.

There always was, is and should-be a values-framework for public discourse.

The real problem is not that we have a values-framework applied to speech and writing, but that the framework we actually have is actively evil.

The New York Times is committing a War Crime against Russia. One of the biggest news papers of the USA is itself the perpetrator of a warcrime, despite the US officially not being at war with Russia.

You don’t actually have to be a party to a war, nor do you have to be in the military to commit a warcrime. If you simply breach the laws of warfare during a war—be that your own war or the wars of others—you become a criminal under international law.

Naturally, this will have zero repercussions for either the criminal journalists involved nor on the paper itself, but it’s nevertheless worth looking at this case as it gives us some insight into the twisted mindset of a failing and declining hegemon.

Kursk: the Ukrainian Army’s Last Major Offensive

The captured Ukraine army equipment includes a mix of British gas masks, Soviet-era anti-tank grenade launchers, American automatic grenade launchers, hand grenades, and a haphazard assortment of small arms ammunition.

Repeated observations have noted Kiev's use of unique and rare equipment models, previously kept away from frontline engagements, during the assault on the Kursk region.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' brigades appear to be formed under varying organizational models, resulting in a patchwork of different equipment and personal weapons.

As a consequence, the Ukrainian units currently operating in the Kursk region are employing at least three different intermediate calibers for automatic small arms, two distinct rifle calibers for sniper rifles (excluding "heavy" sniper teams), and an uncountable variety of machine gun calibers across various systems.

While Ukraine receives substantial support from the West, potentially averting any ammunition shortages, the logistical burden of maintaining and resupplying such a diverse arsenal in the Kursk region presents a significant challenge.

As we know, logistics is the backbone of warfare, and sustaining the combat effectiveness of the Ukrainian forces in this region is proving to be a logistical nightmare.

Adding to the logistical nightmare faced by Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region, there is now the crippling news that the German government has decided to halt all financial and military aid to Ukraine.

This decision follows WSJ revelations that Zelensky himself orchestrated the attack on the Nord Stream pipeline, a critical piece of German infrastructure.

With Germany's withdrawal of support, the Ukrainian military is now facing a severe depletion of resources, exacerbating their already precarious situation and further jeopardizing their ability to sustain prolonged operations in what could be their last major offensive.

London had prior knowledge of Ukraine's operation against Russia and played a role in its preparation, according to The Sunday Times. The Ukrainian Armed Forces' assault on the Kursk region was partly intended to boost morale within Ukraine and reinforce President Zelensky's standing.

Zelensky's democratic mandate expired in May, and his authority now relies solely on martial law, the paper reports.

The Sunday Times also noted that Zelensky hinted last week that the incursion was designed to secure favourable terms for future peace negotiations. However, there is widespread scepticism that any talks will take place before spring, and possibly not until autumn 2025
