The NATO Green Egg experiment looks like a very cool technology. If the Space Shuttle had used it, it would have saved hundreds of millions of dollars in constant repair to the thermal tiles.

There might have been some issues I'm not qualified to comment on which may have disqualified this thermal protection technology for space flight.

Most of the damages of thermal tiles on the space shuttle came from when the shuttle is on the launch pad prior to launch and the huge External Tank is filled with liquid Oxygen (oxidizer) and Hydrogen (fuel). So even though the External Tank is insulated, ice still forms on the exterior surface and falls in chunks and dings thermal tiles. I don't every recall if there were instances when a thermal tile completed came off, but many times some tiles did partially come off, except for the Columbia disaster situation.

Most of replacement thermal tiles were fabricated at the onsite lab across the street from the "hangar" where a space shuttle were processed between flights. A few had to be sent to the OEM for manufacturing.

Apparently there is some question about what Serpo truly goes by.... Much like Earth versus Gaia...

I don't have a problem with believing there are other inhabited planets, our history here indicates we have been visited many times by beings from other places... Artwork shows beings that look nothing like us, from giants, to horned beings to little green men... That same artwork also has craft that appears to the eye as the same "Saucer" type we are or have been created ourselves.

Seems none of this is new... Up to, and including reptilians, as we have bones all over the planet of very large ones... So believing we may have very intelligent ones as well, isn't so much of a stretch for an active imagination... And it wouldn't surprise me to learn those beings easily have been fighting wars throughout time over other worlds, and their inhabitants.

What I don't understand is why the big secret. Surely at this point it can't all be about the technological advances, and disrupting the structure of who is rich on this planet... In order to have a nice clean planet... It has to be so unbelievable that there is fear no one would believe and it would not strengthen the population, but rather make the population question the sanity of those in high positions. Or perhaps bringing it out would perpetuating the escalation of what is happening in secret, to full blown open wars.

The bible talks about beings coming to Earth and mating with humans, (Or altering their genetics), the creation of creatures that are anything but human... (Essentially messing up the original "creation" on this little animal farm)... all of the same things that the texts from the past suggest? Are being discussed now, when talking about this topic... And ufology in general...

And somehow, the "Reptilian factor" always creeps in when discussing the greys... Are the greys the same as the ebens? Where is the distinction? (If any of that is even true)

It baffles me how those that believe religious texts, can't seem to take on the possibility that there may be "Others", when the texts they follow themselves are chaulked full of telling of such things...

So if the individuals that are interested in what we are discussing AGAIN, and talking amongst themselves? I offer up a few questions... In the hopes that someone may possibly share a few answers, in whatever way they can, even if they are just their opinions... Some were posted above as I thought aloud, the rest are to follow.

My first question is this... Because this topic is so vast, and we can't know what we do not know to ask... I will skirt whether we went or not, and shoot right to "we went", and so "Now what?" (I do not wish to discount the gravity of those who gave up so much time in this effort, or what they gave up to learn whatever they did, but when is this information going to be shared? Isn't it time to honor their sacrifices?)

Much of the answers shared were technical in nature such as time of Serpo, and the two suns, but little information that the daily individuals would desire to learn...

* What area should we be most focused on when we ask questions? To get the most benefit from the opportunity of asking questions, what are the areas of the most concern or interest? (Asking what they look like seems an incredibly short sighted waste of a valuable question) We can't know what we don't know... so asking about the weather would be silly... Or even the shape and texture of their craft. What is the REAL pertinent information that lies in the minds of those that have the most information regarding the results or outcomes of that exchange?

* How many "Others" came to Earth AFTER or perhaps WITH those that returned? (Assuming only one stayed in the original exchange)...

* What is our relationship with them at present... (Regardless of whether they are still visiting or not, or if any still remain here) Do we still have a human exchange happening? If not, why did the exchanges stop?

* Given their ability at the time to create new "Beings", what are the chances they are here in human form at this time? (I know this begins to hit the woo woo arena, but we are cloning, so for them, it would seem a simple thing to do, especially if they are the same that are depicted in old texts)


This question, while seemingly "Off Topic"? Enters the equation when we discuss high technologies, biotechnologies and the possibly reality that the next question stems directly from our interactions with different species of beings not from this planet, or perhaps are from this planet, but much more highly advanced... I ask the questions with the caveat that according to those dealing with supposed aliens, they suggest they are upgrading us, making us telepathic, etc... So I push this at you....

I doubt it would be answered, but just in case someone feels some sort of responsibility to let the population know of our true situation... Here it is...

There has been a concerted effort to make every man woman and child on this planet telepathic, whether biologically, or using biotechnologies... It is rolling out under the guise of medical technologies where telecare can be presented to the public as the "next best thing", where Ai then monitors each individual on the planet and monitors their hearts, their biology, etc... Where information and even treatments can be affected using remote methods. Of course the body systems are powering said technologies, and one has to ask... Why are the populations of nearly every nation being tagged? Why are they being tracked? And why is it being done without the permissions of those affected by it? It is one huge intrusion into the human body to undertake covertly... So it has to be a pretty serious reason.

If one can truly give us a very very valid reason, I doubt the outcry for having done such a thing would be as painful in as much as backlash...

This new "System" could be used for many things. Helping humans, tracking them, and or enslaving them... and I am sure that there are some in all camps involved, who use it for just those things.... The same system that can help humans could also send electrical impulses to kill them, using remote methods to overload their electrical systems... So why would the entire planet agree to imposing this on the masses, unless there is an overall thought that we NEED to track/tag, and have access to the body systems of everyone for a larger purpose, or have access to their minds?

Surely this is a polyanna ideal.... Where I want to believe that there would never be someone who could get away with just using humans AS the technology that enslaves them all... (wban) Personal area networks, etc... There would be those who would stop them right? One would want to hold onto hope that this is true... As it would also mean the loved ones of those doing said things, would have also been compromised, so the reason must have been very convincing... And this is what gives me pause.. As those delivering said things also much be infected with the same and know it.

Perhaps we got this lovely tech from the et... Perhaps we just decided to create it because we used their tech and it led to new discoveries... Maybe it was unleashed enmass because someone used it in their country and it self replicates, so those, in an effort to maintain their own populations were then forced to do the same? Whatever the case, it has been done... So can you tell us WHY? The history lesson, while nice, is so primary at this point, it almost seems a waste to ask about it, and instead we should be asking about the outcome of such things, and those implications...

I am sure the load on the shoulders of those holding the secrets is heavy... But Bill has so kindly offered up this outlet for a nice exchange or information, even if anonymously. We realize the gravity of what is being discussed is extreme in that it was supposed to remain secret, but the things that are now happening openly, push far beyond just a little trip to another star system at this point... The implications very profound.

The PERSON = PATTERN , becomes extremely important in the discourse.
As a self defined "human person" for example your consciousness relies on individual pattern created from your ancestral biological signatures. Or perhaps you have redefined or created your unique pattern in resonance with universal consciousness.

It's necessary in human society to hold to the pattern readable and verifiable by other people.

The moment another but completely different complex pattern of universal intelligence encounters us, our own pattern - humanly drafted- gets disrupted, dissolves, all we can rely on is our naked intelligence .

I have experienced "both options - both worlds" I believe and retain that some of the information , namely complexity of the "pattern" is virtually non transferrable , non replicable - from the original and any attempts to do so, on our human side are imperfect.

It also begs the question to me ( concerning the human side of Serpo narrative) how or if really could the two civilisation be so closely related on physical but more on intelligence level to understand each other very well.

The first time I saw this was about 12 years ago? It was posted by Ivan0135, along with a few more. At first if I remember properly there was just one video... But almost immediately thereafter the others appeared... Then Nothing.. And nothing since... Which I find very curious...

Many have copied them and reposted them, but I believe Ivan0135 was the first to share them... In the description he does suggest they are the Zeta Reticulians.. Which would be Eben's... as we know them.

Were the Russians and Americans both visited in 47 with supposed crashes? Were they trying to fool one another? Or was this footage from one nation that exposed another nation for having had it? Who knows, but they sure look real. But given what we can fake now... it is impossible to know for certain.

This one claims it is a Zeti Reticuli film... It doesn't say if it is ON Zeti Reticuli? Or if it is just noting their species... And it suggests that the four videos are a compilation of the time period of 1942-1969, so they were not all taken at the same time apparently. (% years prior to Roswell)

There was a treaty that was mostly acknowledged in 1967 by most nations in regards to space. The acknowledgement of such a treaty suggests it was mostly signed in 1967.. and onward..

But it doesn't suggest this IS the document everyone signed (Regarding the one spoken about in the video).. But it is interesting to read.

I want to offer up my sincere apologies first...

I will leave my previous comments, but for those secretly talking about the fact that we are even discussing it again? This apology is for you...

Frustration that it seems we are "beating an already dead horse" about the topic, (with little if any new information), got the best of me. I suppose, as I age, the realization that I may never get the "real truths" in my lifetime, begins to wear on my sensibilities, and the recognition that perhaps, I may have wasted a great deal of time in this life... Exploring things that someone else has determined for me, that I am not allowed to know. Or worse, may have been lies.

While I read the entire site of Serpo, I still do not even know if it was real and true information... So where does that leave me? Wondering if it was an extreme waste of time, or something profound... And I don't know which that is... and until I do know, really it is just an exercise of "what if."

So rather than asking a ton of questions... I will ask only one... And it is a selfish one, because I just want to know about whether or not I would be wasting my time even looking back into the subject.

If this was real, and if there is still interest in sharing the truth about such things, will there ever be an effort to share more information? Because there are many of us that would like to learn more about such things... if indeed this happened...

I do believe that continuing to look for the truth no matter what, has and will always be worth the time. Even if it is to discover nuggets of new information here and there, every little steps can count for a leap, many leaps to the discovery of something potentially formidable.

Roswell, Rendlesham Forest, Skinwalker Ranch, Time Travel, Men in Black, Missing 411, Remote Viewing, The Mothman, etc and on and on and on and on it goes - ad vitam eternam!

Even though it feels at times that things would be a lot easier if one would just ignore everything, and just stick to being a lambda citizen. I will say to you keep on going, and never give up because in the end it will, and is worth every second you put into it.

The "Project Serpo" website established by Bill years ago is what brought me to Project Camelot in the first place, then Avalon. In this long journey towards the truthful light, some of us have stayed, a lot have left, either because they have been discouraged, or there has been too much to swallow and they felt like they will never say an end to it.

The author, Charles B. McNeal has uploaded a 25 minute audio file to YouTube. It's dated May 2023, and has had 300 views.

It's very compelling. It's hard to make out every word of the audio (and the poor YouTube transcript does NOT help), but it's pretty easy to understand what happened. It's worth listening to.

He had a couple of sources, back in 2002 (when he was aged 17).

The first was a retired intelligence officer in the Air Force, in the Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), with whom he had repeated meetings at a truck stop in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Then after violating a probation order he was on, he was sent on a special program, where he met another Air Force Officer, a younger serving man. One night when they were sitting under the stars, his guy told him about the Project Crystal Knight ("Serpo") exchange program.

Then he returned and met the first guy again, who he regarded as a sort of mentor. When McNeal told that retired AFOSI guy about what he'd learned about Project Crystal Knight, he became very agitated and angry, shouting: "Who the f*** told you that?"

A week or so later, the AFOSI guy returned, now much calmer, and offered to tell him a great deal more as long as McNeal gave his word ("as a man", as he had now turned 18) that he would not tell anyone else.

They went to a room, and the AFOSI guy produced boxes of files, clearly classified documents featuring photos, details of ETs, autopsy information, and the whole 9 yards. He said he was so excited "he could hardly sleep for a week", and it turned into 8 (eight) separate briefings, spanning January 2003 to September 2012.

At the end of the video, he explains how the craft work. He said there's a powerful electromagnetic field created by an engine powered by an element "heavier than enriched uranium". He said it's essentially gravity repulsion technology. And a by-product of this field is that inside the craft it has its own inertial gravitational field, all in its own "bubble".

He concludes by saying that everything in the document is accurate and factual. But he's withheld a few things because he's "not irresponsible". He refers to things happening "in subterranean sections" which he's not revealed as no-one would believe him.

He said he considered he'd seen 90% of all the classified information about the subject. He did NOT say (and presumably did NOT know) why he'd been entrusted with all this stuff, as the retired AFOSI officer was clearly most seriously breaking the law.

Thanks for sharing this material, Bill. Having only the voice of this man makes it harder for me to venture to say whether he is lying or not. I am not a specialist in neurolinguistic programming or anything like that, but it is always better to be face to face with a person to be able to determine if he is telling the truth or not. Although that is not decisive either because we know that there are people like Corey Good or Andrew Basiago who are convinced of what they say, but have been subjected to MK Ultra processes or something similar; therefore the information they give is false beyond what they consider it to be true.
Beyond all that has been mentioned above, I would not be surprised by the existence of a program like Project Crystal Knight or SERPO. Starting from the basis that the US government has a pact with a certain race or races of the Gray group since (perhaps) 1952; it is highly probable that they have developed an exchange project with these beings or something of that nature.
