WHO Triggers Emergency Use Listing for Monkeypox Vaccines

The WHO today triggered the process to grant Emergency Use Listing to two monkeypox vaccines. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told the media the listing will accelerate vaccine access in lower-income countries that have not yet approved the drugs.

Leading pharmaceutical scientists in Japan have just exposed a staggering surge in the risk of heart failure for people who have been injected with a Covid mRNA shot.

According to a team of Japanese researchers from the Division of Pharmacodynamics at Keio University Faculty of Pharmacy and Yokohama General Hospital, the risk of heart failure surges by up to 4,900% after a person receives a Covid mRNA injection.

The research team, led by Professor Keisuke Takada, found that the risk of myocarditis is 20-50 times greater after receiving the shot.

They calculated reporting odds ratios (RORs) and 95 % confidence intervals (95 % CIs) for the association between the vaccines and myocarditis and pericarditis based on data from the Japanese government’s vaccine adverse event database.

Myocarditis and pericarditis are both forms of inflammation in the heart.

The conditions restrict the heart’s ability to pump blood around the body and can cause blood clots, strokes, cardiac arrest, and ultimately, sudden death.

Both myocarditis and pericarditis are known side effects of Covid mRNA shots.

The team analyzed the official data for April 2004 to December 2023.

Takada and colleagues published a report on the findings of their peer-reviewed study in the prestigious Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy.

The Japanese team evaluated age, sex, onset time, and outcomes in symptomatic patients.
The authors said the underlying mission of this study was to clarify any associations between Covid mRNA shots (Pfizer BNT162b2 and Moderna’s mRNA-1273) and myocarditis/pericarditis plus any influencing factors.

Just as the researchers hoped, this study did bring some clarity.

The study exposes a disturbingly high rate of association between mRNA injections and myocarditis and pericarditis, especially in known risk cohorts.

The associations are so high under normal conditions, that the Covid mRNA shots would likely be withdrawn for study.
The researchers involved in this study are affiliated with Keio University, Yokohama General Hospital, and Teikyo Heisei University.

Vermont’s Supreme Court has ruled that schools in the state can begin vaccinating children without the knowledge or consent of their parents.

The state’s high court ruled that school officials will get the final say on vaccination and can vaccinate kids against their parents’ wishes.

"I filed a Motion to Expedite Oral Arguments today. The Appellees did not file a reply Brief in Answer to my Reply Brief in the 30 days required to do so. The Appellees are not required to file a Reply Brief, but if they choose to do so, they are required to file it within 30 days.

This case is regarding a Writ of Mandamus I filed seeking to compel Governor DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of the mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and to compel Attorney General Moody to confiscate the vials.

To recap…The original Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus was filed on March 3rd, 2024, in the Florida Supreme Court. It was then transferred to the Circuit Court in Leon County on March 20th, 2024. On April 9th, 2024, the Circuit Court dismissed the case. The case is now in the appellate court. The Appellate Brief was filed on Memorial Day, May 27th, 2024. I filed an affidavit from the law professor that drafted the 1989 Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act stating that the mRNA nanoparticle injections violate 18 USC 175 CH 10 Biological Weapons and F.S. 790.166 on June 6th. On July 3rd the First District Court of Appeal issued an Order directing the Appellees to respond with an Answer Brief in 10 days or the Court would move forward and evaluate the evidence without it. I filed my objection to appellees request for 30 days on July 11,2024. The Court did issue an Order granting the 30 day extension, but it was moot because the deadline passed, and Appellees filed the Answer Brief on the deadline of July 15th. I filed my Reply Brief on July 29, 2024. This was the same day that I spoke at an event attended by Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo.

I was outraged in 2009 when Emory University Hospital (later evolving into Emory Healthcare) instituted the mandatory flu shot (though we could apply for religious exemptions). I was disbelieving that none of my nurse colleagues even batted an eye. Even then, I thought it was because 3/4 were NOT from the US and were on work visa and applying for permanent residency ETC.

Now I am sad about the results of BIG MEDICINE and BIG NURSING which sees all as just a cog in a machine to use and replace. I have had to realize that the personality allowing one to be a nurse is passive and nurses are comfortable being martyrs and now they ARE.

Novavax is offering parents up to $3,000 to enroll their children in the vaccine maker’s Phase 2/3 COVID-19 vaccine trial for infants and children ages 6 months to 11 years. The offer also includes a stuffed animal for each child.

The “Hummingbird” trial is testing two primary shots and a booster shot of Novavax’s adjuvanted recombinant spike protein nanoparticle vaccine in children. The study, which began in 2022, is enrolling 3,600 children.

The study, which began in the U.S., is expected to run through 2025 and will be conducted in the U.S. and other countries.

The children will receive three injections and visit the clinic eight times. Parents will participate in three phone calls and keep an e-diary of the vaccine’s effects on their child. Some children will receive two additional injections, for a total of five shots.

The study website promises, “You will be compensated for your time and travel regardless of your immigration status. Transportation to the study site may also be provided, as available. No health insurance is required to participate.”

Recruitment materials from Be Well Clinical Studies, which is running one of the U.S. trials, state that compensation can be more than $3,000 over two years.

A 2023 video explaining the study also promises incentives for the children, including “a Covid stuffed animal.”

In the video, a pastor from Louisiana who has four children enrolled in the study said incentives like the stuffed animal made the kids even “more excited than the parents” to participate.

The video features Dr. Jibran Atwi who is running a Hummingbird trial in Lafayette, Louisiana. He encouraged people to participate in the study, because COVID-19 severely affected kids, particularly through lockdowns and lost schooling.

Atwi also said that COVID-19 can be “very disruptive” because if a child has to stay home from school, parents may not be able to go work and the child may have to be isolated from their grandparents.

“Prevention,” he said, “is the best medicine.” He added that there had been an “impressive response” from parents who wanted to participate.

Research shows that young children rarely get sick from COVID-19 and that the illness is typically mild in older kids.

Atwi received over $2 million in research funding in 2023 from Big Pharma, according to the Open Payments website.

Most of that funding came from Genzyme — a Sanofi subsidiary — and from Sanofi, which shares the co-exclusive licensing agreement with Novavax to commercialize its COVID-19 vaccine.

In 2022, Atwi received over $1 million, largely from AstraZeneca and Genzyme.

Last week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted emergency use authorization to Pfizer and Moderna’s 2024-2025 mRNA COVID-19 shots, but Novavax’s 2024-2025 formula has not yet been authorized.

The FDA has authorized previous versions of the Novavax vaccine, but only for children ages 12 and up.

High payments place children ‘at risk of coercion’

Other pharmaceutical companies that have paid research subjects large sums of money have come under scrutiny. In the United Kingdom (U.K.), Moderna was criticized for initially offering children’s families 1,505 pounds ($1,984 dollars) to participate in its NextCOVE clinical trial, which is testing Moderna’s mRNA vaccine in children ages 12 and up.

The Children’s Covid Vaccine Advisory Council submitted a complaint to the U.K.’s Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) — an industry trade group that regulates ethical practices — raising concerns about “inappropriate financial inducement” offered to children and their parents to participate in the trial.

The council cited concerns raised by the research ethics committee (REC) that approved the clinical study. Regarding the 1,500-pound payment they wrote:

“This amount seems much higher than what would be considered a reasonable reimbursement and therefore would contravene clinical trial regulations. The Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations (2004) explicitly prohibit the giving of incentives or financial inducements to children…..or their parents.”

The REC said the amount, “placed the children at risk of coercion,” and the organization required that Moderna reduce the offer before recruitment could begin. Moderna reduced the amount to 185 pounds ($244 dollars).

Yet, according to the complaint, at least one pediatrician continued to offer the high enrollment compensation.

The PMCPA sanctioned Moderna, and the case report on the issue is currently pending.

If the PMCPA determines a pharmaceutical company has breached the industry code, it can require the company to pay administrative charges or issue a corrective statement. Or, it may request a compulsory audit of the company.

In the U.S., Be Well is also advertising that it will pay parents $2,400 for enrolling their infants and toddlers, ages 5-23 months, in Moderna’s Rhyme Trial for an mRNA RSV and a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) vaccine.

According to the clinicaltrials.gov website, Be Well withdrew from the Moderna RSV study, but the website is still advertising to recruit participants.

Be Well is run by founder and director Dr. Mark Carlson, a geriatrician, who has taken nearly $3 million in research funding from Big Pharma, mostly from Moderna, since 2021.

Moderna did not respond to The Defender’s inquiry about compensation offered to children’s families to participate in these studies.

I wanted to let you all know that I may be skipping some of my weekly shows - there is so much on my plate. We are almost done with the editing process of my new book TRANSHUMAN - the Real COVID Agenda Vol. 1. It has taken a lot of time and effort and it came out magnificent.

Some of you may not know, but I run a very busy medical clinic, so writing my substack, doing interviews and research and writing my book is all happening “on the side” of my regular day job. Well, at some point even I run out of time in a day. I blink and my week is over.

I get bored easily with routines, so getting back to do my own research with my microscope brings me a lot of joy and reminds me that life is filled with discoveries and jazz. I would rather be a “mad scientist” figuring out problems than get stuck in tediousness of roles and expectations. I have piles of books to read since I have always had an insatiable curiosity about everything. Learning new things fuels my batteries, rather than writing about what I already know.

So for now, I will post my own Truth, Science and Spirit Interviews as I can and as I meet interesting people I want to talk to.

I hope you find this substack informative and I thank you for your support! Remember that together we can shine a light into the darkest places and find solutions to all problems. If only we are persistent in the storms of life, at some point the sunshine will come out again.
