    Ayn Rand (1905–1982)



    Ayn Rand (1905–1982) was a Russian-American writer and philosopher, best known for developing the philosophical system called Objectivism. Born Alisa Zinovyevna Rosenbaum in Saint Petersburg, Russia, she witnessed the Russian Revolution, which influenced her staunch opposition to collectivism and communism. Rand emigrated to the United States in 1926, where she pursued a career as a writer.

    Her most famous works include the novels The Fountainhead (1943) and Atlas Shrugged (1957). Both novels emphasize individualism, personal freedom, and the moral superiority of rational self-interest. Atlas Shrugged in particular is considered her magnum opus, exploring her philosophy in depth.

    Objectivism advocates for reason, individual rights, laissez-faire capitalism, and the pursuit of one's own happiness as the highest moral purpose. Rand's work has had a lasting impact on libertarian and conservative movements in the U.S., although she remains a polarizing figure due to her uncompromising views on altruism and collectivism.

    In addition to her fiction, Rand wrote extensively on philosophy, politics, and ethics in works such as The Virtue of Selfishness (1964). Despite her critics, Rand’s ideas continue to influence political thought and economic theory worldwide.



    She escaped Soviet Russia at 21 with nothing but her ideas.
    By 32, they landed her on national TV.

    But her views on money and morality made her one of the most hated philosophers of the 1950s.

    I’ve recently made lifestyle changes that have to do with blue light blocking technology: 1) Nightfall Blue Blocking Glasses, which block 100% of blue and green light which lowers melatonin and negatively impact sleep. 2) DayMax Glasses that eliminates 100% of the harmful blue light.

    A few more examples are I've switched out incandescent bulbs for amber incandescent bulbs. They don’t have the blue-green spectrum. The same for my book light for bedtime reading. There’s a twilight motion red night light in the bathroom which is '100% blue and green light free, has zero flicker, and is low EMF', so it doesn't interfere with the natural sleep patterns.

    I spend the first 15-30 minutes soaking in the rising sun. I walk even on cloudy days for the full natural spectrum light. Dr. Jack Kruse explains that sunrise and sunset are potent times and you only need 1-3 minutes. You may have heard him says that soaking up the rays doesn’t work if the window or glass door is closed. Lastly, I open the windows and use a fan to change out the air even in winter time. Now I understand it's also done to clear out the blue light toxicity.

    Bill and Paula, This video is extremely important, it will be very useful or used when the whole **** hit the fan throughout for people to believe how planned it is. It should go in Avalon library but I do not know how to put it in. The science is exact all along - just the GLP-1 and Ozempic is right on, etc. I definitely will refer to it later.

    I also hope the library is well protected and has multi-mirror sites all over, not just in the US..

    If I recall correctly, you wear protective glasses because of the horrific problem you had with the strong rays of the sun and high altitude. Protective eye gear is smart.

    I don’t wear sunglasses or sunscreen when I walk. I haven’t for coming up on fours years because the sun energy is my body's food source (in part).

    To quote Dr. Jack Kruse: More light, More life.

    My 100% blue light blocking glasses are for when its time to wind down a few hours before bedtime and I’m still on the computer. (I’m slowly working to change that.) As mentioned, I switched to amber incandescent lights because there’s no blue or green light to disrupt the circadian rhythm. My main goal is restful sleep. Amber and red light help signal (prepare) the body for deep sleep.

    At night, Dr. Jack Kruse uses candles and lights a fire in the fire place because there 100% natural sources. I used a bees wax candle while waiting for the amber lightbulbs to arrive. Many scented candles are toxic.

    I did not know until I landed in Trondheim that the Hessdalen phenomena is more than just lights in the sky. Several locals have witnessed tall “creatures” with long arms and legs, coming up from the river, crossing the roads and properties, and into the hillsides of the valley.

    The nearby animals are said to react to these encounters. Often they appear as a someone walking with a flashlight up the trails or mountains, but covering unnatural distances or jumping across the lake and river as if it teleported there.

    I actually filmed this exact same phenomenon my first night in Hessdalen and I still have no explanation for it. After witnessing this flashlight pattern myself we also met a local in the countryside who told us a very similar encounter that he witnessed almost twenty years prior, and described it the same way.
