In the film a huge container ship goes aground - that happens to be called 'White Lion' and White Lion was ....................

The White Lion was an English privateer operating under a Dutch letter of marque which brought the first Africans to the English colony of Virginia in 1619, a year before the arrival of the Mayflower in New England.[1] Though the African captives were sold as indentured servants, the event is regarded as the start of African slavery in the colonial history of the United States.

Then further into the film, that has overtones of racial matters.... and the bit where the (black) daughter says to her father that - basically - if society collapses that white people shouldn't be trusted... just after that bit @1 hour 41 mins there is a random lingering shot of a Lunar Eclipse.... seen from the Moon with an American flag on it...

And 'coincidently' the Baltimore Bridge was brought down by a Container Ship (maybe due to a cyber attack??) at the same time as the Lunar Eclipse this week....

What all that might mean I don't know - maybe the Obamas (etc) wanted to hint that America was going to be punished and brought down (in part) because of it's use (and abuse) of African slaves ... and then the descendants of the slaves?....and the Baltimore Bridge 'collapse' is an example -

I finally watched this movie last night. I'm struggling a little to evaluate it. It was suspenseful...I can say that without any sort of equivocation, so I'll start with that.

I don't think the movie was meant to be surreal or ironic, but that's how I experienced it. Watching it I felt trapped between what seemed like a very real, maybe even probable attack on the U.S. and the very poorly written, unrealistic dialogue and often times lousy acting.

So there was that awkward space between the events being depicted and the characters themselves that I could never quite negotiate.

But in the meantime I was amused to see that they managed to drag race into it all, as if that's what anybody would be obsessing over as the world was about to end. Julia Roberts was clearly playing some kind of stereotypical "Karen", and Ethan Hawke played the emasculated male (because they had to sneak that in there too)...the goal being of course to depict the white couple as insufferable and weak and entitled. They added the cherry later in the film when Roberts bent the knee with her nauseating apology to the black man, played by Mahershala Ali (maybe the one actor who was good in this movie). It was all overtly symbolic, and silly beyond comprehension.

I'm still not sure if I disliked Roberts so much because of her character, or if I just disliked her performance. Maybe both. Ethan Hawke I've always disliked, for the simple reason that he's a huge c#nt. As for the younger actors, they were solid, particularly the young girl. Maybe I'm just becoming an old fuddy duddy, but it was slightly jarring hearing these young kids drop the F-bomb so often. It didn't need to be in the dialogue, imo.

As for the rest of the symbolism, I won't pretend to have noticed most of it while watching the film but I'm catching up here in this thread. Interesting stuff. Overall I'd give the movie a B minus maybe. It was alright.

I just stumbled onto an in depth analysis of "Leave the World Behind" that is the most shocking thing I have heard that the Obamas did with this film. The film contains both a satanic ritual, and military-grade audio weaponry, according to this couple who are familiar with video editing. At 10:07 the date 9-17 is on the computer screen. At 10:11 you can see a mushroom cloud in the city. On 04/24/24 there was a similar explosion near Smyrna Beach, Florida.

At 10:38 there's a car going around a traffic circle. In Peter Moon's book he talked about frequencies being emitted from Montauk that would make deer run out of the forest. Clusters of oddly behaving deer were depicted in the movie. The name of the oil tanker that ran aground was called the White Lion. White Tesla self-driving cars were intentionally blocking roads & the leaflets dropped from the sky had a white dragon on them that later appeared red. Benjamin Fulford speaks of a White Dragon Society and the Draco are also referred to as dragons. In one scene it shows the American flag on the moon during a lunar ecplise or new moon.

There are two pictures I recall seeing but can't locate. One was a giant man wearing a space suit in the cargo bay of the space shuttle. The other which I believe happened during Trump's administration was a giant man wearing a suit near a plane, possibly Air Force One.

Monitoring the whereabouts of mega-yachts owned by the wealthy could indicate an upcoming event.

THAT is an awesome idea! Are there any Avalon members who have an idea of how we might keep tabs on boats docking in a harbor? Airports have public records of planes landing. Are harbor masters required to keep, publish who is docking in their harbors? This could be a great open source intelligence tool.
