NY 'Hush Money' Judge Grants Trump Request To File For Dismissal, Postpones Sentencing Indefinitely

Liberals will be tearing what's left of their hair out even more this morning as Judge Juan Merchan just granted President-elect Trump's request to file a motion to dismiss the charges in the Stormy Daniels' 'hush money' case and removed the sentencing date for the president-elect from the schedule.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) is opposing that request. Instead, Bragg floated that Merchan could freeze the proceedings while Trump is in office, meaning the conviction would remain on the books but sentencing wouldn’t occur until 2029, at the earliest.

Merchan ordered Trump to file his formal motion asking for dismissal by Dec. 2 and Bragg to respond by Dec. 9.

Merchan also confirmed the stay in sentencing for Trump, which was requested by both Trump and Bragg attorneys.

The sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 26, but on Friday, Merchan said that date "is adjourned."



The judge will then decide how to proceed.

In a letter to Merchan on Wednesday, Trump defense attorney and now-nominee for Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche demanded the case against President-elect Donald Trump be tossed.

"On November 5, 2024, the Nation’s People issued a mandate that supersedes the political motivations of DANY’s ‘People,’" Blanche wrote.

"This case must be immediately dismissed."

Blanche said that "immediate dismissal of this case is mandated by the federal Constitution, the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, and the interests of justice, in order to facilitate the orderly transition of Executive power following President Trump’s overwhelming victory in the 2024 Presidential Election."

Trump's imminent return to the White House has already pumped the brakes on his other criminal prosecutions.

I heard, a couple years ago, that the President has a very secret special power to instruct the Supreme Court, when absolutely required. At this point it seems, to me, increasingly likely that Trump used that power after the 2020 steal, before leaving the White House. If so, the Supreme Court's refusal and rejection of the pleas from the states to look at evidence of fraud could have been deliberately commanded by the President/patriotic military.


Here we are. The last battle. If the Supreme Court dismisses the House and Senate that refused to review the claims of fraud in 2020, that will be most of the members that are now trying to block Trump's path and doing everything they can to block his cabinet appointment picks. If they are instantly fired (and banned from ever holding office again), they can't do that any more.


I imagine, but I don't really know, that in such a scenario, the recess appointments rule will also apply.

JUST IN: Elon Musk taunts that he is thinking about buying MSNBC after Comcast announced they were putting it up for sale.

"How much does it cost?" Musk asked.

Lavrov, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, says that the Biden regime are provoking Russia with missile strikes via Ukraine as proxy, in an attempt to “leave as bad a legacy as possible” to the incoming Trump administration.

Russia know what’s going on.

They know the Deep State are trying to create a broader conflict, in an attempt to sabotage Trump’s upcoming presidency. The Biden regime are trying to bait Putin into a significant response, in order to justify full-scale kinetic war with Russia, before Trump assumes office and prevents it from happening.

It’s reassuring to know Putin and his government are aware of the situation, but terrifying that the Biden regime are trying to instigate nuclear war for political gain.

This is just the next extension of the Trump witch hunt. The Deep State are willing to start WW3 to stop Trump.

The Pentagon confirmed Russia notified the US before launch, that they would be firing IRBMs, but without nuclear payloads.

Real translation is: "Impressionistic recreation of Donald Trump that did not seem to have a good result..."

The reason I see this as sarcasm is that everybody can see in a really IMPRESSIVE result at the end (meaning the opposite what he says!).

Now I can see that some people assume he means it literary ... I think not! ... yeah it is confusiing to some ... I get that.

It is also possible that the "reuploader" of the video is "anti-trump" but the artist is not!

Luongo figures that this is the single most important position that Trump has to fill, and Bessent is the first alternative that Luongo and Marty consider and recommend.

If you continue listening to Luongo for another ten minutes of this video, past the 20:13 mark, you will get Luongo's view of where this leads. Luongo has been one of my favorite analysts for such global and dollar financial issues for the last few years, and where this leads is damn good, a seriously major clean-up, and really could happen.

I think that Luongo is right, and that the nomination of Bessent is one more excellent step in the direction that Luongo describes.

For centuries now, the evil bastards who endeavor to tyrannize humanity have been using debt-money, in which the bankers working for them create, by lending, our civilization's money, as one of their most powerful tools.

That will continue, for the next eighty year cycle, or the next solar micro-nova, whichever comes first.

The US Dollar dominated system set forth at Bretton Woods in 1944, is undergoing a major collapse and rebirth, to a multi-regional system, using global networking, cables and satellites connecting distributed block-chained based accounting, replacing the system run out of Manhattan using centralized and locally connected mainframes, dominated by the Federal Reserve and major US banks such as JP Morgan Chase.

Such collapses and rebirths every eighty years or so are an apparently necessary part of debt-money systems.

As in my childhood in the 1950's, following World War II, times will be relatively good, at least in the "winning" nations in this last decade of tumultuous times, such as Russia and the U.S. ... for "good times" are part of getting a people to strive to borrow lots of money, confident that they will be able to earn more money, individually or as a business, and pay off the loan, without their collateral, such as their home, car or business, being confiscated in a debt default. Major rebuilding will be needed in other areas, ruined by wars and economic/monetary collapse.

The leaders in Russia and the U.S., Putin and Trump, are both well known and broadly supported by their people. Both those nations have great natural wealth of land and resources, and neither of these nations has suffered grave damage domestically from the ongoing warfare of recent years.

Western Europe (the "Eurozone" and UK), and China, are suffering economically and financially, and are under leaders not so well trusted by their people. Both those regions lack as much natural wealth of land and resources. They will struggle to overcome their burden of debt and failing economies. Tom Luongo, in the video of his I posted a couple of posts back, points out the debt and economic problems that afflict Western Europe.

Areas in eastern Europe, the middle east, Africa, and elsewhere have suffered serious damage from the warfare of recent decades and will need to rebuild. The current major hot wars in the Ukraine and the Middle East will end within the year, with a clear loser who will go down in the history books (written by the winners, as usual) as the villains.

Whether or not the promise to China that they would become the world's dominant power for the next century was truly intended by the henchman for the world's evil bastards (e.g. Henry Kissinger, ever since his first visit to China, secretly, in 1971) or not is not something we peasants will ever be told. My current guess is that China was setup to be the counter-force required to bring the current eighty year monetary cycle to a climatic crisis and collapse. China will have to travel another "Long March" back to health.

Many nations elsewhere in the world, who have suffered through this last eighty year cycle, since World War II, as covert colonies of the once proud French and British Empires, will have an opportunity to become more respected members of one of the major multilateral trade and financial organizations. For example, the subversion of some 71 nations' elections to covert manipulation by Dominion software from Venezuela is now coming public, and will be thrown off.
